• Fabrizio (9/5): Casa da sogno - La posizione eccezionale, gli spazi della casa Mancanza della lavastoviglie che per una famiglia numerosa o gruppi sarebbe molto comoda. Mancanza dello scola piatti sopra il lavello che mancando la lavastoviglie sarebbe molto comodo.

• Salaman (1/5): Avoid this property - we had to leave early due to cockroaches, a sewage smell, and the property failing basic hygiene s - The view and the location We had to leave this property early and would strongly advise others to avoid. While we understand that cockroaches can occur in Lanzarote, this property was clearly not properly maintained or sealed. We found multiple cockroaches inside, including in sleeping areas - the worst being in the bed where our 4-month-old baby was sleeping. We also found a dead cockroach under a bed. In addition, there was a drain fly infestation in the downstairs bathroom and a strong sewage smell throughout, suggesting an underlying issue that had not been addressed. This went far beyond a one-off incident - the property was simply not fit to stay in, particularly with a baby. We had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. Despite initially confirming a refund for the unused nights, the property has since refused to honour this, leaving us significantly out of pocket

• Luisa (8/5): Vista e posizione impareggiabile, ma da migliorare - Posizione stupenda e casa spaziosa e ben arredata, bellissima vista Pulizia approssimativa, casa molto umida (ma per la posizione sarebbe difficile che fosse diversamente), bagno al piano inferiore pieno di insetti, il bagno al piano superiore necessiterebbe di manutenzione (la doccia perde). Sarebbe utile che la casa fosse dotata di un kit di pulizia base, di asciugamani più grandi (sono molto piccole) e di un copri divano lavabile (il divano è pieno di macchie). Ho già segnalato questi problemi al proprietario anche privatamente..
• Justyna (8/5): Perfect place to stay in lovely Famara! - Beautiful view from the apartament-just in front of the ocean! Layout is very good-downstairs are situated bedrooms,upstairs living room and kitchen. Apartment is close to the Famara „center”-bar,shops,surf schools. There were some technical issues,but personel reacted quickly:)
• Evelina (9/5): - It was clear how to collect the property keys, instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The views were of course amazing, the living area makes you want to stay there and never leave. Interior design of the property is also very appealing, soft lines and patterns, perfect for beach vacation and when you want to unwind. Definitely a special location to finish the year in. Would have been nice to have more or bigger towels. The rain water was leaking through balcony doors so one towel had to be used to dry that up, so ended up with one small towel for three days. It would also be nice to have extra trash bins bags or basics like salt and pepper for cooking. The smell on the ground floor toilet is quite intense, but it must be due to the way canalisation is built and dont believe that can be fixed. Otherwise, a good spot and Caleta de Famara is absolute gem for a short vacation.

• Johanna (3/5): Tolle Lage und grundsätzlich stilvolle aber sehr schlecht in Stand gehaltene Wohnung mit vielen Mängeln. - Ansprechendes Design und tolle Lage direkt am Kai, mit Blick auf die Wellen und Surfer, Cafés, Supermärkten, Surf-Shops und Restaurants in der Nähe Küche kaum ausgestattet, Bäder und Schlafzimmer feucht und modrig, Ameisen in der Küche, undichte Balkontür, undichte Wohnzimmerdecke, schimmelige Balkonmöbel, Chlorgeruch, Krümel unter den Sofakissen.

• Pia (5/5): - LOcation top och 3 sovrum topp. Stort minus - Det fanns inga städmöjligheter, när man bor 6 pers och med sand utanför dörren så är det extremt konstigt att det inte fanns en bra sop-borte och skyffel. Endast en i plast som inte ens var hel. Ingen dammsugare, inge sopborste för kök och gemensamma utrymmen. Inga städprodukter för att skura av och inte ens diskmedel så det räckte. Detta gör att hela huset kändes smutsigt. Dock som tur var läget magiskt. Utesoffan var helt trasig i tyget. En tunn liten handuk per person. Inga duschmattor. Duschens avlopp var extremt dåilga och svämmade över, inte ens en skrapa att torka golvet med. Såna billiga små saker som skulle göra besöket toppen. Jag frågade om det men det gick ej att få.

• MARIA LUISA (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente. La Caleta de Famara es preciosa. Las fotos del inmueble son producto del fotoshop. Las habitaciones parecen grandes e iluminadas y son pequeñas y totalmente oscuras. Son muy húmedas y del baño del primer piso sale un olor muy feo. Hay algunas cucarachas pero parece ser que vienen de fuera pues las vimos en las calles cercanas.

Great for families and bunch of friends! the checkin was available at 4pm but the checkout was at 10am. It’s very unpleasant. Very small windows in the bedrooms (no sunlight and air) and the bad smell from the bathrooms (?).

• Corinne (4/5): Lovely apartment, great location but has problems - The apartment was in a great location in the centre of Famara. There were lovely views from the living room. It was spacious and stylish. The showers in both bathrooms flooded the bathroom floor, especially the downstairs shower. In the downstairs bathroom, there was a problem when we stayed with many cockroaches coming up the shower drain - so much so that after trying to remove them, they kept coming and we had to stop using that bathroom and seal it off to stop them escaping to the bedrooms. We contacted the owner for help but their response was totally inadequate and no one came to help. It totally spoilt our stay.
