• Rangesz (10/5): - Vég nélkül lehetne sorolni a pozitívumokat. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Sok minden gyalogos távolságra, ami nem, azt busszal egyszerű elérni. Tiszta, tágas szoba és fürdőszoba. Fiammal voltunk 36 fokos kánikulában, nem kellett klímát használni, annyira hűvös maradt a szoba a vastag kőfalaknak köszönhetően. Helyben ugyan nincs recepció, mobilon keresztül kommunikáltunk, mindenre azonnal reagálnak és rögtön segítenek. Hibátlan hely!

• Lonneke (8/5): Fijne plek in het centrum - Fijne locatie, ruime kamer. Goed contact met de verhuurder. We verbleven doordeweeks en werden elke dag rond half 8 door de vuilnisophalers uit bed gebeld (om de voordeur te openen), dat was wel even wennen. Het is ook vrij vochtig in de badkamer, ondanks de kleine heater daar. Advies is om iets meer ophanghaakjes aan te brengen zodat handdoeken iets beter kunnen drogen.

Communication from host was good via WhatsApp. Dressing gowns was a lovely touch. I like to be organised and receiving access information on the day was worrying. • Debra (9/5): Delightful relaxing stay. - Perfect location, spacious apartment, clean, quiet, comfy bed, plenty of towels, water and the bottle of wine was a lovely welcome gesture. Easy to contact via Whatsapp and responsive to questions. Key collection at Hotel virtually next door was easy and they were very kind and helpful, even ordering us a taxi to the airport. Walkable to many major sights and eateries at your doorstep. Quaint area with cute and interesting shops. Loved it! Nothing at all!
• Michael (9/5): Schöner Herbsturlaub in Rom - Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rom sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung gibts es fußläufig gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Einige Ausstattungsdetails des Apartments mussten während des Aufenthaltes repariert werden wie z.B. die Kühlschrankbeleuchtung, Lampen in der Küche und die Toilettenspülung.Es fehlte der Abflusstopfen in der Küchensoüle. Es gab auch etwas Schimmel im Bad, im oberen Bereich des Fliesenspiegels.

The location is very central, Piazza Navona, campo del Fiori as well as Vatican are all just few minutes walk. The staff is attentive and gives all necessary instructions on how to check-in. Allt var väldigt fräscht och en vacker lägenhet med högt i tak och fina detaljer. Väldigt lite att ha synpunkter på. Frukost åt vi på stan men kunde nyttja köket för enklare förtäring. Trapphuset om ngt kanske inte var det finaste men det spelade ingen roll.

• tenentedan978 (5/5): - Studio dans le centre historique de Rome, situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble ancien. Une fois la réservation effectuée et le paiement confirmé, j’ai reçu pas moins de huit messages WhatsApp, très longs et envoyés depuis deux numéros différents, ce qui a rendu la communication confuse et inutilement compliquée. le tout pour payer 5 euros de taxe de séjour afin de pouvoir, enfin, savoir comment faire pour récupérer les clés - dans un hôtel à côte. Le logement est plutôt bruyant, du fait de sa situation en rez-de-chaussée (bruit de la rue) et de l’appartement du dessus (bruits de pas, etc.). L’expérience d’arrivée et d’échange avec les hôtes a été peu fluide : j’ai dû appeler cinq fois avant d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone, et la personne, que je n'ai jamais vue, semblait agacée ou dérangée de devoir répondre. En résumé : emplacement central, mais service mal organisé, communication pesante et logement peu calme. Rapport qualité/prix décevant.

O local é limpo e muito confortável, o prédio tem elevador que nos ajudou muito, porque estava com minha mãe de 67 anos. O local é muito seguro e acolhedor, não ouvimos barulhos da rua e dormimos muito bem. Não deixaram a gente fazer o check-in antecipado, mas tudo bem..... guardaram nossas malas no hotel ao lado e isso já nos ajudou muito.

We arrived very early and it was priceless having the chance to leave our luggage at the hotel, and using their facilities to change and get refreshed! Loved that it was on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The 5 star hotel next door was very helpful. Apart from letting us use their Wifi they called taxis for us when needed. The apartment smelt damp and musty. It was too noisy and windows were at street height so didn’t open the windows for fresh air. Also would have loved a washing machine and dryer - plenty of room for one. The Wifi password didn’t work - had to go next door to the hotel and they gave us theirs.

There are a lot of art and artisan studios close by as well as eating options and attractions. The room was very spacious and well decorated. We had a very pleasant stay. • Melita (10/5): Exceptional - An unbeatable location within the very heart of Rome on the oldest street in the city yet away from all the noise and crowds. Very peaceful and quiet. If you’re a walker you can get to all major sites within 30 minutes on foot which is amazing in such a big city. Very charming property that speaks “Italy” to you. Amenities were also good, very soft towels, great cosmetics and we really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. Elevator on site is a huge bonus as well. The staff is very responsive and efficient in solving any questions/issues. The bed was clunky and quite uncomfortable for us, so we didn’t get good sleep. I would recommend new bed frame and especially mattress in the master bedroom.

Hosts arranged key collection from a hotel reception next door which was associated with Suites Guila. A bonus was that we enjoyed use of the hotel facilities, including restaurant for dinner and breakfast/s. at a reduced rate. The staff here were very professional and accommodating.
• Karen (9/5): SPACIOUS SUITE - The room was very comfortable and spacious. It had a small kitchenette that was convenient for preparing breakfast. The bathroom facilities were very good. The suite is located on a quite street and it is easy to walk to many attractions, it is particularly close to The Vatican, Trastevere and Campo de Fiori. Our host Elena maintained good communication with us ensuring that we were settled and comfortable.

Very quiet at night. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. Shower gel bottles in the shower were empty, no hot water in the kitchen sink and no tea towel. Some info about where to put rubbish and surrounding area for guests new to Rome would be helpful.

• Peter (1/5): Booked a suite, got a hotel room, no suite - I booked a suite. Description said a separate living room and bedroom. There was no suite at all. This is a hotel bedroom with a separate bathroom. When I complained I was told they would change the description... !!! This did not help me at all. I booked a suite as I work and have calls from 6am. I cannot do this when my partner is asleep. So I booked a suite. And i got a bedroom, no seperate living room.
