• Trina (8/5): I would stay again - Location was great, facilities were clean and comfy. Kitchen was good and breakfast items were quality. Off-street parking was hit and miss with only a couple of spots available. Breakfast between 8-10 was restrictive. Maybe carpet on the stairs would overcome noise problem.

The shared kitchen/dining is beautiful, and the high ceiling room with spa and tv and kettle and dining and comfy bed were fabulous. Wasn't expecting nearly what we got - loved it! A full length mirror would have been great, and a bit more hanging storage but honestly, it did the job perfectly.

• Percossi (10/5): Excellent choice! - Everything necessary was there. Decoration is exquisite. Very comfortable bed, good breakfast. Location is perfect. I had a bit of difficulty with the security lock initially, but realised I hadn’t read the instructions properly. It worked perfectly.

• Graham (8/5): Pleasant - A nice room with comfortable bed and good bathroom The technology to access the room was very complicated and the instructions needed to be much clearer. We were not provided with the code for the gate to access the rear parking and were extremely lucky that the owner’s Mother happened to be there and was very helpful.

From previous stays at the property the room was underwhelming, dark and it would have been useful to know that each room was different. We would have stayed elsewhere otherwise.

• Neil (8/5): Great location but a bit claustrophobic - Great location and excellent set up - kitchen well stocked oom was far to small for a weeks stay. I feel this should have been pointed out by the proprietor prior to our attendance- especially as we were international travellers. Other rooms were far more spacious and would have been more appropriate. Kitchen cooking jours could be later to accommodate different nationalities eating habits!

• Eileen (7/5): Beautiful house near town centre and beach; check beforehand if you’re bringing a car - Lovely building tastefully and comfortably renovated with good proximity to Fremantle centre and beach Communication from hosts was a little slow so we weren’t able to access parking or find out about extra linen until it was too late.

• Adrian (8/5): attentive but unobtrusive host and special touches of hospitality - Communication with/by host was excellent cumbersome nature of booking process which resulted in non receipt of critical emails (which may have been a problem our end) and no contact after 8pm left us worrying about property access due to flight delays. This cause of unnecessary stress could have been avoided with SMS contact from Booking.com instead of the limitations of email contact

• Parker (10/5): Best place I've stayed in Perth! - This was possibly the best accommodation I have stayed at in Perth. It was such a nice vibe at the property - the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I loved the character of the place and the self-serve breakfast was just perfect. We didn't see another guest the whole time we were there, so it felt really private and the location was fantastic. just a short walk to all the shops and bars in central Fremantle. I would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to everyone I know!

• Glenda (9/5): - Great location, beautiful colonial style cottage, lovely breakfast included. The only small complaint was a continuous boiler noise outside our room that we could hear at night. But it didn't inhibit us to sleep. In general all great!

• Bernhard (8/5): - Fantastic location. Good size bathroom..comfortable bed. Far too many instructions. We had to read pages of information to get in and out. Curfue is also a bit atrange. Really strong perfume used in the room and on linens. Made it uncomfortable to breath until we aired the room. No where to put luggage except on the floor.

• Danielle (10/5): Wonderful. 10/10 - Amazing location, so close to everything. Beautiful bathroom and the bed was fairly comfortable too. Breakfast provided was a good choice of cereals/toast and a coffee machine. Parking on the street wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst! The owner later gave us entry to the ground level parking, which was highly appreciated but an incredibly tight squeeze!
