• Leticia (9/5): Amazing location and immaculate apartment! - The location is fantastic. Across the road from the Palais, Luna park and a short walk to the beach and National Theatre. Tram stop directly out the front. The room was very spacious and one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The parking is very tight for a big car like ours but we managed.
• Andrew (3/5): Didn't suit us and unlikely we would stay there again. - Location was excellent and the space inside the large apartment was good comfortable, especially the dining and lounge area. Bed was comfortable and walk-in wardrobe space was very good, although a tv or clock radio in the bedroom would have been useful. Quiet and private. Access to the apartment ie getting the key, was ridiculous. The lack of information before arrival and about the apartment was unhelpful. Nor was there any prior information about parking, and access to the carpark - it was a matter of trial and error. The kitchen space was impractical, with no facilities except a jar of white sugar and instant coffee/tea. No coffee-making facility except a strange-looking capsule machine (but no capsules). All incredibly mean. Heating was inconsistent - duct blew cold air into the bedroom. Very loud heater. Lighting in the bathroom was impractical so that you had to move across and use different mirrors to shave or comb your hair. And you couldn't lean over the basins without hitting your head against the mirror. And then there was no information about departure, other than a reminder to leave by ten.

• Tamira (9/5): Excellent stay. Only very minor issues. :) we would 100% stay again - Location was superb. Size of appartment was perfect. Had everything we needed to cook with etc. As we booked for a full week, I just wish we had access to more fresh towels as we had to wash our ones multiple times. Also there was only enough washing powder for 1 load of washing. There was 4 of us so We could’ve done 1 load per day, As we lived out of state we couldn’t justify buying washing powder for just a few days We bought lots of dirty washing home with us instead. Also a second set of keys would’ve helped a lot as my teenage daughters could’ve had a little bit more freedom whilst I had appointments and errands to run etc.

• Heidi49 (9/5): A very comfortable apartment in a great part of Melbourne - This was a great apartment and I would stay here again, literally opposite Luna Park and the tram stop right outside the door. Easy walking to Acland Street and the too many to list outstanding restaurants, local shops and supermarket. It is very spacious and easily accommodated 6 people. About a 10 minute walk from where Skybus (Peninsula Express) drops you off. Across the road to the beach. The host was easy to contact on on this occasion was able to accommodate an early check in. The apartment was toasty warm (which was nice as we stayed in the middle of winter) but the aircon was a little noisy.

Hosts were also very helpful and responsive to messages. We will definitely be back! The price was a bit higher than we were expecting to spend
• Sandy (8/5): Perfect spot - Fantastic host, great position and outlook. Facilities were excellent. Location allows you to immediately access Ackland Street eateries, Palais, Luna Park and StKilda beach and the tram stops at the front door. We will definitely stay again First off, This was out of the hosts and buildings control,. There was a bit of a fracas in the carpark out the back when the night clubs emptied out , so that got a bit loud.
