Wyposażenie kuchni ubogie, w złym stanie, niedopasowane wielkościowo do płyty kuchennej. Toaleta pod prysznicem, wykończenie łazienki plastikowymi listwami przypodłogowymi, wolne spuszczanie wody w toalecie.

• ZHOU (8/5): A generally good guesthouse with excellent staff, but many details could be easily improved. - The location of this guesthouse is fairly convenient—about a 12-minute walk to the town center—and it's very quiet at night. We stayed in a two-story wooden villa with two bedrooms, and a living room (which basically only can function as a kitchen due to bad design) . The villa is cute, it is slightly larger than the other three cabins. Inside, it was very warm and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and all the facilities were spotless, clearly well-maintained with care. The living room and balcony face directly toward the snow-capped mountains, offering a wonderfully relaxing view. There are flowers in the yard, and when the weather is warm, it's perfect for having a barbecue outdoors. Many of the design choices are highly unreasonable and frankly, quite foolish. 1. Bathroom: Even though a full glass door could have been used to completely separate the shower area, only half of it is enclosed. No matter how careful you are, it’s impossible to avoid getting water all over the floor. A simple sliding door would easily solve this problem. The sink is also very small, which causes water to splash out easily. In fact, if the orientation were changed and the sink were placed right next to the existing glass partition, there would be more space available to install a larger sink. 2. Living Room: There is a huge, bulky, and useless wooden platform placed on the right side of the entrance. Meanwhile, the sofa bed is upstairs. In reality, the sofa bed should be placed in the living room—this would make it more convenient for watching TV and also allow it to be converted into a bed when a third guest stays over. A smaller, long bench placed along the wall could easily replace the current oversized and useless wooden platform. 3. Furniture: Many pieces of furniture have sharp edges, which are very likely to cause injury—especially unsafe for children. 4. Front Door: The entrance door is very difficult to open and lock.

• Xu (10/5): I love this cottage so much! - To be honest I like everything about Cottages DILA! I love this warm and lovely cottage! It’s the best place for you to wake up early and look the sunrise! The owner of the Cottages is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended Cottages DILA! 100% will not let you disappointed!
• Adam (8/5): Great for the price, not the best facilities but you're here for the mountain not the room! - Great views of the mountain, comfier bed and loft space than we expected for the price. Our host was friendly even though there was a bit of a language barrier. A guidebook could've been provided when we arrived to provide a bit more information and advice for facilities in the cabin. It was minimal appliances as expected, but the air con stopped working for most of the trip and during summer we didn't know how to fix. Running water also stopped during the heavy rain. For the price and staying a couple of days, this was still fine though and we'd definitely be prepared to come back again!

Nothing at all

• Roi (7/5): Nice view, good value for money - The cottage is well built and quite well equipped. The view is awesome. The bedroom is tiny and the bed was not comfortable for us. The shower was not working and we could not take a shower as the how water faucet was not working. We got a significant discount because of that.

Душевая кабина отсутствует, слив идет в пол в ванной, что делает пребывание после принятия душа в ванной не очень комфортным.

• XIAOOU (10/5): 美好的住宿体验！Such a great and wonderful experience there. - 这是私人的木屋，收拾的干净卫生，家具，美的的冰箱，洗衣机，空调都很新很好使用。并且还有全套厨房设备可以自己做些餐食，特别适合开车过来游玩的家庭。木屋坐落小镇中心不太远的地方走路到中心10钟左右，中心有超市餐饮银行。而且去圣三一教堂徒步也很方便。最好的是木屋外美丽的风景，在屋外平台可以看到卡兹别克山的美景，屋内推开厨房窗户是满眼的花火啊草。房东夫妇带着他们不满一岁的儿子很友好热情。 This is a private wooden house, clean and tidy, with furniture, Midea refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioning all are very new and easy to use. And there is also a complete set of kitchen equipments that allows you to cook your own meals, especially suitable for families who come by car for holiday and hiking. The wooden house is located not too far from the town center, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and banks in the center. And it's also very convenient to hike to the Holy Trinity Church. The best thing is the beautiful scenery outside the wooden house. From the platform outside, you can see the beautiful scenery of Kazbek Mountain. Pushing open the kitchen window inside, you can see beautiful grass and flowers. The landlord couple with their 10months son are very friendly and enthusiastic, 都很美好，即使遇到停电维修，也友善说明尽快恢复。如果可以铺一条平坦小路可以推行李到木屋就好了，现在石子路比较适合开车过来。但房东也是友好的帮我们搬了一个箱子进来。 Everything is beautiful, even in the event of a power outage for maintenance, they kindly explain and restore as soon as possible. If there can be one flat path to carry luggages to the wooden house, that would be more convenient. The gravel road is more suitable for driving over. But the landlord also kindly helped us move a box in.
• Xuezhou (10/5): 我们入住了一晚，体验非常优秀！很棒的小屋。 - 位置超级棒，正对着卡兹别克山和圣三一教堂。早上5点半拉开窗帘就看到最美的日出景色。房间内设施齐全，可以做饭，洗衣服，我们自己做了晚餐和早餐。停车方便，车可以开到院内的小屋门口。 我们住的是中间的一栋小屋，这间房的门锁不太好用，必须用很大的力气和一些技巧才能关上大门。

• Jenny (10/5): Beautiful view, the best hosts. - We really loved our stay. The host family are so lovely, welcoming and accommodating. They helped us make a fire each night which was such a highlight for our kids. The view is mind-blowing. A really relaxing and peaceful place. The cottages are cosy, equipped to cook meals and wash clothes. Beds super comfy. We could park our car securely in the yard and walk to the main street for groceries, bakery and restaurants. I'd highly recommend. The only negative is the dogs that bark in the night, I think they are in the property next door so not the fault of DILA but perhaps bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Утром открылся Казбек, видно Троицкую церковь .. с обратной стороны горы и лошадка утром пасётся - красота! Очень чисто, есть всё необходимое, принадлежности для душа, посуда. Перед домиками костровище для вечерних посиделок. Надеюсь, вернёмся ещё !

Приветливая хозяйка отзывалась на все наши просьбы. Все новое, свежее, спать было очень комфортно. Вид из окна шикарный! Не совсем удобный санузел, в котором душевая и туалет не разделены ничем, и вода льется на унитаз
• Guest (9/5): 入住几天天气不佳没能好好欣赏卡兹别克的风景，如果再来还会入住。 - 小屋位置很棒，布置的很温馨，天气好的时候能看到远处的教堂和雪山。有厨房可以做饭。房东人超好，还送了我们自己做的芝士饼。非常感谢。 浴室如果能干湿分离就好了，不然一洗澡，马桶和地板都湿了。偶尔会有蚂蚁，在山里这个环境可以理解。

• YUNSHAN (10/5): - The cottage is very nice, clean, and comfortable, and looks like it is brand new. The location is great, close to ATMs, grocery stores, and restaurants. The view of the mountain is breathtaking right in front of the cottage. The host are very nice and kind. They drove us to JUTA village and GORI, and the price was very reasonable. I sincerely thank them. I wish them a happy life and better business. We would like to come again next time.

Душевые хозяева знающие русский язык, кому актуально. Очень легко найти место на своем авто. WiFi работает отлично! Все удобства в домике есть. Горячая вода, стиральная машинка, микроволновка, индукционная плита. Рядом супермаркет spar, обменники, банк credo. Все понравилось!

• Mo (10/5): Excellent environment with stunning view. - The property is very clean and the furnitures are pretty new. The location is good, just 8-10mins walk to the centre. The view from the bedroom is absolutely stunning.
