• Ann (3/5): Mismatched uncomfortable and tatty - Beds were comfortable even though mismatched to the base No armchairs or settees. A huge fold up bed to sit on. To try and get comfortable we used pillows and many cushions. One of us suffered a bad back for 2 days. Nothing matched, no care to make things more comfortable.
