• Judith (8/5): Experiência Enriquecedora! - Os quartos são amplos, o imóvel é um típico casarão colonial muito bonito e muito bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, perto de tudo, dá para conhecer os principais pontos da cidade a pé, inclusive, pode-se ir caminhando para a ponte D. Pedro II, construída por D. Pedro II, que liga a cidade à São Félix, do outro lado do rio. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. Íamos viajar às 7h, mesmo sendo fora do horário do café da manhã, eles se esforçaram para nos atender e prepararam um excelente café da manhã para nós. A cidade é especial, com seus casarões centenários, cercada de história. Uma rica experiência só por saber que se está na cidade natal de Castro Alves, André Rebouças e de Ana Nery, uma visita obrigatória para os amantes da história e da poesia do Brasil. Poderia ser box no banheiro, mas não sei se fica fora dos padrões do imóvel, que está localizado onde tudo é tombado, por ser uma cidade histórica. Havia um cabide empoeirado também. Mas, no geral, foi ótima a estadia!

• Zorav (8/5): Wonderful stay! Lovely staff. - This is an old respectable and historic institution in Cachoeira which has housed great famous people and it is located perfectly in the city center. The living room area and the breakfast area have been renovated recently. I recommend choosing a superior room, as the smaller ones are not really gonna meet your standards if you’re used to fancy places. The staff and people working there are wonderful . Too bad that not all rooms have bathroom en suite.

A porta do quarto Santo Amaro é vazada na parte de cima e tivemos muitos mosquitos no quarto. Fora esse detalhe foi tudo ótimo.

• viviane (9/5): - Havia um hóspede que simplesmente ligou a música através da televisão e fez barulho, perturbando o local de descanso dos outros hóspedes. Ao meu ver, deveria haver maior atenção dos funcionários em relação às regras de bem estar que influenciam a paz de todos que ocupam o espaço.
• Angelita (7/5): Uma opção charmosa sem conforto - A decoração é linda, os funcionários maravilhosos e a localização é muito boa para quem quer ficar perto de todas as atrações turísticas e festas Não tem banheiro nos quartos, apesar dos banheiros serem individualizados por quarto, ficam longe dos aposentos e a noite isso fica mais complicado. O banheiro do meu aposento tinha um odor forte. Os quartos não tem isolamento acústico, então havia um homem que roncava a noite toda e parecia estar dentro do meu quarto. De manhã cedo muito barulho externo e quando as pessoas andam nos corredores o piso de madeira faz bastante barulho também. Entendo que é um casarão rústico e que tem seu charme, justamente por isso, mas não é a melhor opção para quem precisa de um pouco mais de conforto.

Haviam pessoas extremamente mal educadas na praça em frente a hospedagem com som de carro ligado em volume altíssimo, ligado até tarde, o que prejudicou o meu descanso e noite de sono.

• Fara (7/5): - The living room in the common area is very beautiful. The location is ideal The bathroom is separate from the room, which wasn't mentioned. Also, there are no windows. The room has openings on the living room and the hallway to let fresh air circulate. You can hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the common areas and the other rooms.

• Mariachiara (7/5): Nice and friendly - Very friendly place with a lot of colors and a traditional Portuguese house. Well located clean and convenient, price wise. My window did not have any glass so I could hear very well every noise from the living room. And being a sort of social house people were watching TV until late and I was not able to sleep until I asked them to turn it off. But they were nice and accepted. I would only suggest finding a way to be able to close that grid to prevent noise from passing easily.

• Faycal (7/5): Good stay overall. - Location is great, right on the main square where most of the cafes and restaurants are. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good and varied. The shower room and sink is outside. Each room as a private bathroom but you need to walk out of the room to use it. Some room seem to have bathroom but it wasn't clear on the listing.

Only thing I didn't like was the separate bathrooms... you need to walk through the kitchen to get to them, only weird in the morning when others are in kitchen. There was room with a private bath available so I upgraded. :)
