The location was very convenient, with 2 supermarkets, easy access to the beach and a bus stop to get into Durres. Irena was very helpful and easily contactable. The value for money was outstanding.

• Oleksandr (7/5): Good - Our stay at the apartments started on a positive note — we were greeted by a very pleasant person who was always willing to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. This left a great first impression. The apartments are indeed beautiful, cozy, and comfortable, designed for a relaxing holiday. However, there are a few nuances that need mentioning. The first downside is the sofa bed in the kitchen, which turned out to be a real challenge. Sleeping on it is nearly impossible due to its discomfort; it would honestly be more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The second major issue is the bathroom. The shower is located right in the corner without any curtains or partitions, so after every shower, the entire bathroom is flooded with water. Having to mop the floors every time after taking a shower is not what you expect during a vacation. We were promised that this would be fixed, but unfortunately, the problem remained. the apartments have great potential, but small issues like uncomfortable furniture and a lack of comfort in the bathroom slightly diminish the overall experience.

It seemed to be a new apartment, clean and comfortable bed. kitchen equipped to cook basic things.good communication with the host. We've checked in late(took the key from the lockbox) and second day host came to pick up the money. Payment is in cache and euros.we also had upon arrival a bottle of water and redbull in the fridge. There is some music heard from the hotel downstairs all day long, not so noisy, and around midnight is stopped. There should be some additional basic things in the kitchen, like a sharp knife and some salt and pepper :)
