• Christina (10/5): This was the perfect place for us. - Plenty of places nearby to go grab something to eat and come back. Nice quiet place. Exceptionally clean beautifully decorated definitely like the place.

• Dee (1/5): CRIMINAL RIDDEN, UNSAFE, NOT SECURE, SLUM NEIGHBORHOODS. POLICE WARNED TO STAY NOWHERE NEAR THIS AREA - Absolutely nothing Arrived to front door not just unlocked but WIDE OPEN with 2 males fleeing on foot, room reeked of weed. EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND CERTAINLY NOT LUXURY. Trash and furniture piled on front lawn was the least of my worries. Crime ridden neighborhood. OFFICERS, police report, no answer from owner when officers, Booking.com nor I called. Finally, days later she answered, only to hang up. As of now, refusing to refund.

• Kierra (1/5): I’m usually very understanding and don’t complain easily, but unfortunately this stay came with ongoing maintenance, cle - • No towels provided upon arrival. • No updated lock code and no clear instructions on how to properly secure the door. • Door did not latch or lock correctly and would slide open, creating a major safety issue. • Shower would not drain and the toilet did not work. • Shower water would not get hot. • Ant infestation in the shower, bathroom, and kitchen. • Baby roaches seen multiple times, including one that got into my bag and crawled on me. • No WiFi for the first two days due to lack of response through Booking.com. • Loud dogs barking through the shared wall at all hours of the night. • Asked to move units multiple times, including after a 12-hour work shift, which was exhausting and disruptive. • Toilet torn apart while my dog was inside the bathroom. • Emotional support animal escaped due to faulty door and lack of instructions, then found outside by the host’s husband. • Someone broke into my car during my stay. • Host attempted to place blame on me despite clear safety and maintenance issues.
• Kierra (1/5): I came in with a positive attitude and tried to be flexible, but the number of issues throughout my stay made it difficu - I really wish I had seen a review like this before staying here, so I’m writing this to help the next person avoid what I went through. I booked this place expecting a “luxury” stay, but from day one it was one issue after another — and most of them were serious. There were no towels, the shower didn’t drain, the toilet wasn’t working, and the shower wouldn’t get hot. There were ants in the bathroom, the shower, and the kitchen, and I saw baby roaches three times — including one that ended up in my bag and crawled on me. The door didn’t lock properly and would slide open on its own. Because of that, my emotional support dog actually got out while I was at work. The host tried to blame me, but even my best friend struggled with the door, and there were zero instructions on how to secure it. This was a huge safety concern, especially with how fast cars drive through that neighborhood. I also dealt with no WiFi for the first two days because the host wasn’t responding through Booking.com. I only got WiFi info after she called me from her personal number for something unrelated. There were also loud barking dogs on the other side of the shared wall all night. To make everything worse, someone broke into my car during my stay, and I have photos of the damage. On top of all of this, the host asked me to move units twice. I didn’t complain the first time, even after a 12-hour shift, but being told to move all my belongings over and over again was exhausting and completely unprofessional. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay caused way too much stress, wasted time, and real safety concerns for both me and my dog. Please consider all of these issues before booking — the photos and listing make it look “luxury,” but my experience was the complete opposite.

Footprints on the floor, the bathroom was covered in grime and mold, handprints on the tables, the kitchen sponge was dirty and old, and the bar soap was used and dirty. Overall, it was dirty and unpleasant.
