• Sean (5/5): A stylish apartment in a great location, let down by sloppy attention to detail. The details matter. - Great location When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned. I contacted the agency and cleaners did arrive within an hour but it wasnt a great start. There were quite a few small issues, which taken together did spoil it somewhat. 1. The downstairs shower riser is broken. 2. In the kitchen, one of the 2 plug aockets for the toaster, coffee machine and kettle were broken which means you need to change over each time you use a different appliance. 3. There was 1 cup. And in general, very little provided for food and drink preparation. 4. Strange procedure to open main building door which required you to make a phone call. Perhaps aimed at a younger group who just need it as a base. I was there with my kids.

Les espaces dans la pièce de vie La literie n'est pas confortable, pas adapté pour deux couples, la deuxième chambre est sous les toits et les lits sont exiguë,proche du toit! Les prises ne sont pas adaptées

• Steven Donald (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, with a large living area and bedroom on one floor, with a balcony above to a loft bedroom and second bathroom. Convenient location in walking distance to the centre of the city. There was a smell of sewage at times in the main bathroom, and that toilet did not flush when pressing the button: eventually we figured out how to make it flush by raising the cistern lid. To unlock the door on arrival requires calling a phone number sent in a message from the host: we had travel eSIMs with only data, no phone numbers, but thankfully the host called the number to unlock the door when we were standing outside, and then we could get the door key from the lockbox inside.

• Roat (4/5): Problemi da affrontare - La posizione Freddo in appartamento, Termoconvettore non funzionante. Una stanza sotto soffitto con tetto basso. Presa fohn non funzionante. Letti sulle rotelle e mancanza di una coperta. Televisore senza audio. Ultime due osservazioni risolte con lo staff.
• Enrico (1/5): Prenotato e pagato x 3 bambini ma trovato solo 2 lettini per i bambini - Bella location obiettivamente Avevamo prenotato e pagato profumatamente un appartamento x due adulti e 3 bambini (6, 8 ed 11 anni) ma nonostante avessimo più volte fatto presente la cosa anche dopo il nostro arrivo c'erano solo due lettini x le bambine percui il nostro figlio più grande ha dovuto dormire perterra su un materasso di fortuna.. Nessuno dello staff nonostante 3/4 chiamate e varie segnalazioni si è assolutamente preoccupato a contattarci o trovare una soluzione idonea.. Davvero disappointed!!!
• FILOMENA (2/5): Brutto soggiorno a Firenze - Unica nota positiva è stata la posizione Tutto il resto...il fatto di non avere un'ascensore e non menzionarla nella descrizione e io avendo tre bambini piccoli con passeggini, sono stati due giorni infernali.

• Isabelle (8/5): - L'appartement est très beau, spacieux, parfaitement situé et bien équipé. Il était impeccable J'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à ouvrir la porte. J'ai reçu du support par téléphone pour m'aider, c'est simple ...il faut tourner la clef, pousser et tirer la porte doucement en même temps 😉. Au bout de 30 minutes de ce charmant exercice un résident de l'immeuble m'a offert son aide.

• Sara (8/5): - Bra läge med närhet till det mesta, men ändå lugnt. Gott om utrymme för oss fyra. En väldigt glad och trevlig städare mötte vi vid utcheckning. Knarrande säng, men det var inget större bekymmer.

• Ronald (9/5): Great location. - The home is a great location and very comfortable. Firm beds, with limited head room in the upstairs twin beds, but great to have a bathroom on that floor. The kitchen has coffee and tea, but there were no dish towels or paper towels for cleaning up. The garbage was a bit confusing since there were no separation of bags. All in all we really liked the apartment and had a great stay. No kitchen towels or paper towels or hand soap in bathroom.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Great location and nice apartment especially for a family or small group - Excellent location right off a small piazza with a great coffee bar and gelato. Steps to piazza Santo Spirito and Ponte Vecchio. Nice living room and comfortable beds. Shower upstairs is very small.

• Tetsuko (9/5): - Big and spacious! We had difficulty opening the apartment door at first. Eventually we figured it out. Hopefully they told us that before. Apartment was on the third floor and there was no elevator so it was hard to climb up the stairs with big luggage.

• Linda (7/5): The property suited our needs.The location was good. If you have a lot of luggage, the walk up is a challenge. The host - The location was excellent. The hosts were very responsive even though remote (ie, electronic access). Extra bathroom is a bonus when traveling with family of 4 adults. Surprise view from main bedroom was a lovely surprise The door lock was a little tricky. The main bedroom did not have ac unit. It was not uncomfortable, but would have liked better if a bit cooler.

• Yi (10/5): Exceptional - the design of the apartment, its spaciousness, and its location The management team could have responded to our emergency requests sooner, e.g., electricity outage.
• Conrad (9/5): Superb - Large spaces and very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to Central Firenze. Many cafes nearby. Washing machine, Nespresso and television all to some work and finagling to make work. The online check in process was very tedious.
• Melissa (8/5): Worked out well- but was a little pricey based on that 2nd bedroom. - Very clean, nice and spacious. Upstairs “bedroom” was cramped and hot- no air. Upstairs beds were tiny and on rollers- had to sleep downstairs in the living room to be comfortable. Other than that, stay was great. Great washer and master! Air conditioning downstairs worked well. * steep stairs to 3rd floor- was fine for us but could imagine it would be difficult for some. Upstairs bedroom was so hot and cramped.
• Tessa (9/5): Spaceous apartment at a great location - Very spaceous apartment, perfectly suited for a family. Great location close to ponte vecchio and other sights but in a slightly less touristic area. Excellent ice cream place on the little square at the end of the street and large choice of restaurants nearby. It's not cheap, but this kind of price seems normal for Florence.

• Anusa (5/5): I would not return to this apartment. - Location. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen spacious. Old bed, which was very loud . As well as from bedroom , when You sleep it is very loud outside. Overall photos are much better when it actually is. No hair dryer. Tv was 50/50 connected. We had to take our garbage out when checkout. It is the first time I expierence something like that.

• Sandra (7/5): Perfect location! - Spacious with all amenities The fact that it was on the third floor without a lift. Luckily there were two toilets in the apartment as on arrival the one did not flush. When I wrote to the staff they immediately answered and told me the maintenance staff would take care of it in the morning which they did as scheduled. We had arrived after working hours.
• Saurabh (8/5): Very good - Very nice Property for young Couples and young families !! It is nice and unique - it carries all basic Amenities !!! You can cook your meals with ample space in the kitchen and dining area.. This is on the 3rd floor and doesn't have an elevator?? So climbing with Luggage and going up and down is a bit of a Challenge!! Also the Master bedroom has No A/ C which is very annoying ?? As it was 36 °c and we have to sleep in the living room on the floor where the A/ C was ???

We would like refund for the upstairs room which can not be used for let out at all. - Location 3 stairs Steps that were not mentioned in the description posted. It was very difficult to climb with suitcases. Aged people cannot stay and even others may not climb with heavy weights. Its not at all comfortable to sleep upstairs at all. Bathrooms are very small and no place to keep soaps also. They had lot of docs required from people but their communication is not all that good where we could understand them.

• Philippe (3/5): Poor - Unfortunately the appartement was replaced by another one to a different standard and no discount was offered for the difference and inconvenience. After having requested a partial refund there has been no response and no transaction.

• Danish (5/5): It was blissful because we were in a group but the property needs to improve there operations the staff is responsive bu - 5 mins walk to Salvatore Ferraragamo museum , we loved how approachable the property was which made it easy for us to commute and walk around . They layout of the apartment it’s quite good it’s spacious . Stefano made a Whats app group to communicate smoothly and to answers are queries promptly . First thing first the property is located on 3rd floor so if you have heavy luggage I wouldn’t recommend it . The property is air conditioned but just in one room for which the Ac wasn’t working in 35degree Celsius in addition to that the big room with double bed does not have a air conditioner as well . There was only one working air conditioner in the common area where we had to put our matteress and sleep for both nights . In addition to this there were no standing fans, iron box provided on first day of the stay . Lastly as a feed back to the property they must put air conditioner on all rooms since the apartment is on top floor and dose not even cool down in evening as the sun sets at 9pm during summers .
