• Tokhtakhunova (10/5): - Апартамента просто шикарные, как будто снял собственную виллу. Утром просыпаешься можно посидеть на балконе с видом на море или подняться на крышу и смотреть на город 360° и пить чашку кофе. В квартире имеется всё необходимое очень уютная с приятными инновационными решениями по кухне. Самое главное шаговой доступности абсолютно всё, магазины кафе пляж. Мой рекомендасьён

• Birgitt (10/5): - Gut ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft schön. Im Appartement waren Trinkwasser, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Kaffee und Tee etc. vorhanden. Perfekt 👍 Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern und gute Tipps für Restaurants, die besten Strände und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Echte Gastfreundschaft, die uns überzeugt hat. Besser wäre, wenn man das Schlafzimmer etwas besser abdunkeln könnte..... ( Eine Schlafmaske ist hilfreich)
• Zdenek (10/5): - Hostitelka velice milá, ubytování moc hezké a čisté. Snadná komunikace pres whatsup. Luxusní výhled na město z horní terasy, nádhera!! Taky druhý balkon u kuchyňky super. Kuchyň dobře vybavena, klimatizace v obou místnostech. Doporučuji!!! Byli jsme 2 dospěli 2 dvě děti a jeden syn spal na nafukovacím lůžku které se vyfukovalo takže vlastně spal na zemi. Jinak vše super.
• Lidija Mon (10/5): - Очень классные и дружелюбные хозяева, всегда были на связи и помогали советами, большое спасибо! Апарты на 10 этаже с террасой и хорошим обзором на город. Частный лифт до 9 этажа по чипу. Пляж рядом, много кафе и магазинчиков, вокруг фрукты и овощи, поразило, что их можно купить даже ночью. На пляже лежаки от 15 евро, пиво по 2 евро, коктели по 5 евро, много фаст фуда и др. Очень вкусные буреки с мясом, посоветовала испробовать хозяйка Светлана🥰 Народу на пляже было очень много, море +26, песчаный пляж, до глубины около 400 метров. В апартаментах 2 кондиционера, что очень важно в жару. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Есть чай, кофе, соль, сахар, приправы, вода и даже макароны. Спасибо, за чудесное молодое вино. Есть микроволновка и стиральная машина, пакеты для мусора, капсулы для стирки и средства для мытья посуды. Хороший wifi, но в городе если нет интернета в салонах связи можно купить без проблем туристическую симкарту. Спасибо, Василю за организацию трансфера и самому водителю Миколе, который тоже всегда был готов помочь. Апартаменты маленькие, больше подойдут для 2 человек. Вторая комнатка больше соответствует закрытой летней веранде. На кухне софа неудобная для сна. Нужны жалюзи или темные шторы на окна-перегородку с соседями. Ты спишь, они включают свет и ты пугаешься, что кто-то к тебе зашёл😅

• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well equipped, there is a fridge (with water, wine and snacks), a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a coffee maker and even coffee and tea. There are also wine glasses, spices and cleaning products. The biggest advantage is the beautiful view from the roof terrace. There are deckchairs, an umbrella, a shower and plants on the terrace. The owner is a very good and helpful person. When we arrived in Tirana, the taxi driver took us to the wrong address and drove away. Vasyl picked us up in Golem and brought us to Durres. We are delighted with the service and the apartment.

The apartment itself is neat, cozy, and fully functional. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered ensuring guests feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the terrace. It's a stunning space where we spent countless hours watching the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The location is perfect, with the sea just a five-minute walk away. All the necessary infrastructure is nearby, making it incredibly convenient to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Highly recommended! We didn't find any!
• Vilis (10/5): Probably the best appartments in the city! - A terrace on the roof top with outdoor shower and sunbeds is fantastic! There is a spectacular view to a see, and the city. Well equipped kitchen. A tastefully decorated brand new appartment with 2 separate air conditioners for kitchen and room. Very kind and pleasant hosts who gived all the information about the city, restaurants, beaches, shops nearby. They did everything for us to have a great vacation! Thank you! Everything was perfect!

• Aliaksei (10/5): Best view!! Convenient location. Everything other is ok. - Beautiful 360° view of the sea and mountains!! Very convenient location, all amenities are within walking distance. Near the assignment there is a fruit stand open 24/7, ideal for a late-night snack) There is everything you need in the apartment, such as internet and air conditioning, plus all the little things like tea and water were already in the apartment. One of the unpleasant things is that the elevator only goes to 9 and the apartment goes to 10 ;(
• Tatiana (10/5): Just perfect - Enjoyed the spectacular night city panorama and a good view of the center of Plazh district of Durres and the seaport. The building stays aside from the main road so you may sleep well and not be disturbed by the nightlife. The upper terrace is comfy. Brand new furniture and kitchenware. Convenient location in a few hundred meters from the sea. There is a nice and cheap mini-market with a good selection of veggies and fruits nearby, plus a lovely cafe on the opposite side of the street. The condo is situated on the 10th floor, whereas the lift goes up to the 9th.
