Guest Reviews
- Gemma (9/5): -
- keith (9/5): Great apartment and Lovely Host - Lovely apartment. Spotless. Well laid out. Very friendly and helpful host. Difficult to find fault with it. Great shower. Kitchen was well fitted out. It is a 15 minute walk from Rye. We had a minor issue with one of the patio doors but the host came to our rescue and it was quickly resolved.
- Samantha J (9/5): Lovely weekend away in Rye - The apartment was beautifully decorated. The location was a short walk from the town on a peaceful road. Very ideal for a restful weekend. Nothing here to dislike
- Emily (10/5): It was nice comfortable but very cold when the heating went off - It was cosy clean and very homely The heating went off and on. Without the heating it was very cold, and we had to call the owner to put the heating on. That was very disappointing to be honest.
- Laura (10/5): Lovely place and very kind host - Lovely, clean and tidy and newly decorated. The host was lovely and the check in and out very easy
- Lou (7/5): Good. Nice place - a bit of a walk from town but that's reflected in the price. - Exactly what we wanted. Clean, enough room, WiFi, pleasant I didn't really understand the heating. We had no heating at all on the first day. I eventually turned the radiators on at the knobs ( I would have expected this to have been done already) but still no heating until the evening but none in the morning when you actually want it. And the towel rail was stone cold for the whole stay so towels remained damp. So that was a bit odd but not a major problem as we were out and about most of the time.
- Stephens (8/5): convenient place to discover Rye town and surrounding area - Spacious living room Better lighting in the kitchen area - maybe underneath the shelves for cooking
- Julia (9/5): Nice apartment - Lovely clean accommodation, nice quiet road ,everything we needed, short walk into town
- Charis (10/5): -

- Tom (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location, highly recommend. - Very quiet, no road noise. Good location in terms of proximity to Rye. Nothing!
- Carla (9/5): - Great location and lovely house.
- Clare (9/5): Great place to stay for a short break - Comfortable and well equipped. Very quiet area. Slightly further out of town than we would have liked, but didn't affect our stay too much.
- Wendy (9/5): -
- Kathleen (9/5): - Spotlessly clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Good view from top window We expected there to be off street parking but there wasn't. There was parking in the street
- M Girard (10/5): - Appartement confortable et aménagé avec goût.
Nous avons apprécié la table sur la terrasse permettant de prendre des repas au soleil.
- Sarah (9/5): - A comfortable accomodation perfect for a short break.
The decor was, relaxing. The back gate lock was a little stiff as was the key safe.
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely place, helpful host, I had the peace and quiet I wanted -

- Kath (10/5): Great little stay - Comfortable, cosy apartment- quiet too. Parking on road outside so no problems there. Not quite close enough to town to walk in, but that wasn't an issue for us.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Really peaceful quiet and comfortable. Thank you! - Bright, airy, clean and available parking. Only a short 15 minute walk to Rye. Everything that you would need and comfortable. Highly recommend. It was all great
- John (9/5): Superb - Nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. A bit of a walk from the town centre but it was quiet
- Gillian (9/5): Excellent for our 3 night stay. We would stay there again. - Outside table in a small garden where we sat for an evening drink Nothing really. A small coffee table in the sitting area might have been nice.
- Lesley (8/5): Very good - Peaceful and quiet location
- Mike (9/5): Comfortable accommodation - Clean. Well equipped. Good state of repair. Comfortable. It was a bit cool, especially at night.
- Daksha (10/5): Highly recommended stay - Very agreeable and generous host. Loved our stay here.
- Jose (10/5): Christmas weekend break - Loved this property. So nicely done. Clean , tidy and warm for the winter months. Brilliant shower.
Everything you needed for a couple of days away. Just a 20min walk from the main shops and restaurants or 5mins by car. Perfect stay. Everything was perfect
- Trifles (8/5): Had a lovely visit wandering through the pretty town of Y - Iiked the layout of the apartment Had to ask for the heating to be put on
- Isabelle (7/5): Lovely city and reasonably good place considering the area - The location was rather good ... Easy check in... Very small room and not very safe area
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Arthur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amin (10/5): Really cozy, clean and convenient. - Felt like home away from home. Really cozy. Code for the key was not accurate in the email so I had to call up. However the host answered quickly. I suppose I was more concerned in the event that my phone was out of charge or if they were hard to reach then I could have been stranded.
- Jack (9/5): Lovely apartment perfect for a couple staying for a night or two, only a short walk from the beautiful town centre. Grea - The department was spacious for a couple, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Amenities were sufficient for a night or two, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The equipment in the kitchen was very basic - but did the job for the night or two we stayed.
- Mike (9/5): A very pleasant stay - Clean. Well equipped. Well maintained. Nicely furnished.. Nice view over to the coast. Could have done with a small coffee table to have placed next to my seat. That's all!
- Liam (7/5): Good - A nice apartment on a quiet side street. Nothing mind blowing but a good little place to stay if you are visiting the area and need somewhere to stay.
- Fiona (8/5): Comfortable, quiet location. - Bright and airy, easy parking . Walk to town (20 min).
Modern decor Nil
- Jacqueline (10/5): Amazing - Great location and a very comfortable little apartment with everything you need; I thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again. Nothing; all good.
- Tania (10/5): Lovely stay - The flat was comfortable, in a good location and had everything we needed. Super quiet at night and has blinds in the bedroom that, as a light sleeper, I appreciated. Sue was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Nothing.
- Michael (9/5): excellent - great and quiet location, everything provided that you might need fridge rather small
- Jane (10/5): Relaxing, town and discovery of walks - Position, quite and stylish I’m a positive person
- Anne (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (9/5): Lived up to expectations and was a good base from which to explore the area. - Excellent fresh modern conditions. Outdoor/indoor space, very close to Rye. The only problem was the kitchen area was slightly crowded.
- Sara (9/5): It all worked very well for us - All very straightforward - any instructions needed were very clear. All good
- Jacqueline (10/5): Perfect! - Beautiful with everything you’d need. The location was perfect with a short walk into Rye. Being able to park on the drive made things very convenient.
I thoroughly recommend and have already book a return stay. Nothing!
- Lucas (10/5): Great stay at Rye - The property was better than expected. It had its own separate gated entrance. The flat was cosy and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was amazing! We didn't receive the instructions via Booking.com with the key box code, so we had to knock on the owner's door to get it.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great. Only a 12 minute walk from the centre of Rye. Very quite. Lovely accommodation and quiet. Nothing.
- Ryan (9/5): Superb - Lovely little apartment, 2 up/2down set up, very comfortable for a long weekend.
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet, spacious

- Kieran (9/5): Superb -
- Anastasia (10/5): Very nice stay. Will definitely be returning. - Super lovely property. 15 minute walk away from the town centre and the shops. Also super easy to get to camber. All in all great stay. The kitchen facilities were quite limited. The fridge was very small, which isn’t an issue, just need to make sure that you don’t do a massive food shop for the whole week type of thing. Also there was no oven.
- Alison (9/5): Brilliant - Peaceful. Clean walking distance to Rye I would prefer the plates and dishes in a cupboard
- Jayne (8/5): Quite! - Unfortunately the heating wasn't working...but was fixed very quickly
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Wasn’t central to town as we would of liked. Summer months could possibly walk in, but no problem getting a taxi.
- Janette (6/5): Apt good but could be so much better - Apt was lovely, clean and well laid out We had to park in the street as the driveway of the property was taken be car parked crossways, we got told off by neighbour for parking across driveway although we hadn’t it was a raised kerb on street. It was freezing in the apt when we arrived windows we open and no heating, tried turning radiators on but nothing, to be told heating was coming on shortly, it took ages to warm through but heating kept going off we had not control of it at all. Wi-Fi went off on the second day but came back on third no idea why.
- Nieser (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was well equipped and very clean and comfortable 👌
- Joanna (9/5): very very good - it was spacious and clean. ,more tv channel as weather was wet
- Teresa (10/5): Our second visit to this property, just as pleased as first time. - Its in a quiet road with parking. Accommodation is nicely designed with a simple kitchen area and with an outdoor sitting area. Its a half mile walk into Rye but plenty of parking nearer Rye if you are not a walker. Nothing to dislike about this property
- Gibbs (10/5): Exceptional - I loved this little. Apartment, it was so cosy, and clean. Prefect for a great great away. Sue was lovely. N/A
- Tracy (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Ben (7/5): Rye apartment - The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was 20 minutes outside the town centre. The price of the accomodation seemed quite high. There was no soap or toiletries, and no way to make coffee.
- Anonymous (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable apartment which was a great base for our explorations of the area, and a very comfy - Warm and welcoming. Clean and tidy. Lighting a little subdued for us ‘oldies’. At kitchenette we were in our own shadow and used phone torch to operate combination oven. An under shelf light on wall hung dresser unit above sink would have helped immensely.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent and beautifully quiet. Outdoor terrace lovely.
- Roger (8/5): A good break in a lovely area. - Clean and comfortable apartment. Plus use of garden furniture.
- Annaitaly (9/5): Great flat - Quiet & clean flat with a lovely back garden. Comfy bed, and the host was very kind!
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Philip (8/5): A very convenient and comfortable place to stay. - Location great. Quiet, convenient, great parking space and a short twelve minute walk into Rye.
Sue was very friendly and helpful and it was lovely to have an outside space with outdoor furniture to enjoy the summer evenings. Really enjoyed our stay. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
