• Mark (9/5): Lovely, well appointed barn conversion accomodation close to N . Norfolk coast - Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely, extensive and enclosed gardens. Nearby friendly pub and well located for North Norfolk coast. Nothing, it was ideal for a our short family stay

• Jane (10/5): A lovely stay, great by location for exploring North Norfolk - Lovely spacious and comfortable home. Great for a group of friends spending the weekend together. Kitchen very well equipped and beautiful gardens.
• Emma (10/5): Great for big groups - It was very spacious, clean, easy to get in once we found it (as we arrived in the dark), the kitchen was well equipped and the arger meant we had extra space to cook The only downside was no festive decorations or xmas tree - we went for early Christmas celebrations (6-9th dec) and there was nothing up which we had expected there might be in December. Also need a light on the williams barn sign from the road so people can see it if they arrive in the dark
• Eliza (9/5): Perfect location for a group getaway. - Beautiful barn, so much space and everything you need. Close to lots of lovely places. It was a bit tricky to find in the dark, and the floorboards upstairs are incredibly creaky. Still doesn't overshadow the stay here!

• Mrs (5/5): Not a pleasant stay sadly - This house is set In beautiful gardens The house has wooden flooring throughout and they were very slippery especially on the stairs. Had few falls. Door handles to bathrooms coming off and to one of bedrooms. Toilet to main bedroom leaked. Can see in to one of bedrooms from the upstairs bedrooms as there is a window in it. Aga is on all the time and it gets so hot. Window locks broken.

It was so peaceful and relaxing, beautiful garden and the kitchen is stunning. Comfy beds and very clean. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch too! Very well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Nothing to complain about. It was all lovely
