• John (10/5): Amazing peaceful getaway - The tent was very spacious and had a double bed which was comfortable, a heater / pizza oven which was amazing for cooking pizza. The bed had a heated blanket which was nice if we got cold. Tea and coffee available. The surrounds of our pitch were nicely equipped with a bench and seating area around the fire it’s your own private space as there is a wooden surround around you. Great views across the hills and rugged Scottish highland landscape. The staff were always on hand and very friendly. I would definitely come back or recommend to anyone going to Scotland. Nothing.
• Ka Lun (10/5): A peaceful countryside escape with cosy glamping, beautiful views, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. - We had such a lovely stay at Tomnauld Farm. It was the perfect place to relax and switch off for a day. The amenities are new, clean and tidy. The tent is really cozy and comfortable. The host is absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful. We felt so welcoming and well looked after. Last but definitely not least, the animals there are so adorable. Overall, a really enjoyable and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a calm countryside getaway. Honestly, not much to dislike — although having horses or Highland cows on the farm would have made the experience even better!

• Arpit (10/5): Perfect quiet outing with so much to do - We had a wonderful stay at Tomnauld Farm. It was easy to get to, with clear directions and only about 10 minutes from the main road. The tent had amazing views, and the surrounding farm was beautiful, with lovely animals and great walks. The private tent amenities were excellent and very well thought out. The bonfire area, barbecue grills, and personal sitting space made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The tent also had heated blankets and a fire chimney you could light, which made it especially cosy. The host was lovely and very welcoming, and the whole experience felt peaceful and special. • Ayda (10/5): An unforgettable and wonderful stay. I will definitely go again. - The scenery was very beautiful, pristine, and dreamy, just like a painting. It was really great and we enjoyed it. The children's bed could have been a little bigger and more comfortable, especially the mattress.

• Alison (10/5): A top place to stay, with brilliant owners who give their all to give guests a comfortable stay. - Its location & trying out sleeping inside a tent to experience the outdoors ! The showers & toilets were all very clean. Lots of hot water. Outdoor space was brilliant, especially if you were visiting with children. They can burn off lots of energy with football & a games room also to enjoy if rainy, with lots of seating & a little kitchen for rustling up some food or hot drinks. My car wasn’t very keen on the road up to the property , quite a lot of pot holes. You just have to drive slowly & manoeuvre around these.

• kayzz (7/5): We did have a lovely time, it was just very cold through the night as there were no logs left. - The location and the owners were lovely, very nice place. The accomodation let it down as the single bed was ver uncomfortable camp bed and the cold penetrated through, we had to put extra blankets and cusions on in order to get some sleep, a bit too uncomfortble for a 30 year old 8 stone woman. Quite expensive to look after your dog £40 for a pensioner is a lot to ask, but my dad wouldn't complain.

The tents were great, and the facilities (toilets and showers) were immaculate. The location was fantastic too. Very peaceful.

• Stewart (10/5): Hope to be able to visit again one day 😃 - Everything was set up in a lovely way. Each tent was separate from the other and the shared facilities were lovely and clean. The games area was comfortable and had plenty of games. The showers were fantastic as well. David and Hannah were great and clearly care about their guests. With added extras available to buy like wood and firelighters for the fire and pizza oven you didn't need to worry about bringing stuff with you. The animals on the farm were so cute and it was nice to be able to walk round and see them. You can also see them being feed every morning. We were very lucky to have excellent weather and the views were amazing.

• Lyndsay (9/5): Would come back and recommend to others!! A beautiful peace place to stay for couples and families who like the outdoors - Beautiful location, very scenic and peaceful. The hosts were extremely accommodating and lovely people who had made so many special finishing touches to the decor and also surrounding space to make the stay special, like the fairy glen for example and we loved the feeding animals tour. The accommodation was fantastic, extremely comfortable and even though it was stormy when we got there the wood burner and heated blanket soon heated up the whole tent and made it very cosy. The decor inside is also above and beyond, really beautiful and high spec. Just a very special place to stay Everything was fab, one very small detail but not hugely important would be that a stepping stool in the toilet would be amazing for toddlers/small children to wash their hands. But can manage fine without too. It was excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the host, who is a genuinely lovely and kind person. Our stay was truly made special by the personal tour of the farm. We loved meeting all the animals, and the opportunity to feed them and learn more about their daily lives was a memorable highlight for us. It was a charming and peaceful experience that we will never forget. Tomnauld Farm is a real gem, and we would highly recommend it to any couple or traveler looking for a tranquil and unique getaway. We can't wait to come back!
• Shelley (10/5): Lovely getaway - The family who run it are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There was beautiful views of the surrounding hills and an area for my son to run around and play soccer. The river was very tranquil down the bottom of the hill, the fairy Glen is a great idea and the games room was great! Being able to buy frozen pizzas and cook them in the tent was a great novelty for our son, and the personal outdoor fire was also lovely. Nothing.

Little trails to go on from your tent, out in the beautiful countryside with animals and streams and forests. The hosts made us feel right at home for our short stay, and I'd highly recommend the tour of the farm animals if it's offered in the mornings.

• Helene (10/5): Heerlijke plek, gastvrij en fantastische locatie. - Heerlijke locatie, met zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Mijn last minute boeking was geen enkel probleem. De accommodatie was gezellig en comfortabel ingericht met een houtkachel en mogelijkheid tot het zelf maken van koffie en thee. De douches zijn zeer schoon, warm en een goede straal. Verder is het terrein zeer goed onderhouden, zijn er enkele korte wandelpaden en het voederen van de geiten en de alpaca's in de ochtend is geweldig. Dank! Ik kan niets bedenken.

• Gordon (10/5): A complete and cosy experience - Absolutely the cosiest and well presented Glamping trip we could hope for, the full experience has been anticipated and given such caring thought. A wonderful touch to invite guests to feed the farm animals in the morning too - capped it off as a delivered experience rather than mere accomodation. Can't think of anything we didn't like! Perhaps those unfamiliar to driving in Scotland will find the wee road up the hill difficult terrain for a rental car?

• Fiona (10/5): Wonderful, amazing, blissful, idyllic! - Our hosts were two of the loveliest people we’ve ever met. Our stay coincided with an amber warning storm which shortened our stay, our hosts prioritised our safety at all times even though this meant a loss in earnings for them. They then pulled out all the stops to make sure our stay was comfortable and fun when we arrived. Their hard-work in ensuring their accommodation was up to a high standard after they had sustained some storm damaged hadn’t gone unnoticed. We were always greeted with a smile and friendly banter at all times even though our hosts must have been truly exhausted! The accommodation and location were just beautiful. Facilities amazing with every need catered for. Our daughters loved roaming around the farm land and meeting all the animals - a real adventure for them! Would definitely recommend and hope to go back! Couldn’t find a fault. Loved everything - only sad the Scottish weather let us down on our first night.

We were welcomed with kindness on arrival by David and he showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the coziness of the bed as well as the tent in general, super soft and had a great sleep. (10/10 for having a mattress heater) Outside the tent has beautiful views any direction you look, you can tell the farm is well cared for. Went out and fed the animals in the morning and Hannah was an absolute gem! Lastly, Chester loved it here too (Our ginger floof 🐾), so we shall be back as soon as we can! • Rebecca (10/5): Glamping wie im Bilderbuch - Die beste Unterkunft unserer Schottlandreise!!! Wir habe uns gefühlt wie im Bilderbuch. Die Zelte sind superschön, luxuriös und komfortabel ausgestattet. David ist super nett und versorgt einem vor Ort mit Feuerholz, Pizza und Marshmallows auf Bestellung. Was wirklich richtig Spaß macht mit dem Ofen im Zelt. Haben einen Abend Pizza gebacken und uns am zweiten Abend Nachos überbacken. Selbst unser Teenie war total begeistert und für Familien mit kleinen Kindern hält David auch einiges an Überraschungen bereit. Betten, Duschräume und Toiletten sind super und sauber. Und es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Spielen und eine kleine Küche. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und gerne auch länger nächstes Mal. Alles war richtig toll und wunderschön!

• Annelore (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf gehad in de tent met prachtig uitzicht! - De tent was van alle gemakken voorzien. En het uitzicht echt fenomenaal. Daarnaast was de host een ontzettende lieve vrouw. Onze dochter had enorm veel plezier in het voeren van de dieren en het rondrennen bij het speelveld. Daarnaast is de douche ontzettend comfortabel! Het toiletgebouw is ontzettend netjes, top! In de tent is aan alles gedacht, een houtkachel, elektrische dekens voor de koudere nachten en extra slaapzakken voor de kids. In het hoofdgebouw zit een kleine keuken, waar je ook boodschappen in de koelkast kan plaatsen. Daarbij ook een binnenruimte voor spelletjes en een pooltafel. Ik kan deze locatie alleen maar aanbevelen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf op deze farm! Pitlochry zit dichtbij, voor de boodschappen en restaurants. Niks

• Anonym_m (10/5): - Es war wunderschön! Die Farm ist sehr idyllisch, perfekt für Kinder und alle, die die Natur lieben. Es gibt einen netten Gemeinschaftsraum mit Couches, einem Tischfußballtisch und einem kleinen Billardtisch. Die Badezimmer waren die besten, die wir in Schottland hatten, schöner Wasserdruck und Warmwasser rund um die Uhr. Alles ist sehr neu und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum!
• David (10/5): Welcoming, wonderful views, facilities are too a high standard and a brilliant farm tour. - We had a brilliant stay at the farm. The location, view and welcoming from Hannah and the farm tour from David was excellent. We also walked the alpacas which our whole family loved. You can tell that a lot of care, attention and thought has been put into the whole experience. We will be back again at some point. Nothing, it was a brilliant stay.

Hannah was very welcoming, loved the fact you could feed the animals and that kids were catered for with a games room and a football pitch. David was great taking us through the animal feeding time was amazing getting close up and interacting with the animals. Comfortable tents, plenty room, almost all you require for a night under the stars is there, even marshmallows! Fairy glen, football pitch, games room, bbq, campfire, stove inside for cold nights, 4 star++ shower block. Feeding the animals was extra special, great interaction with the kids. Camping without any of the hassle in a bigger tent! Bring eye masks, or you'll be up with the larks

• Annemarie (10/5): Tomnauld Farm is an absolute recommendation! - We have had an absolute brilliant time at Tomnauld Farm! Hannah was so kind and welcoming immediately when we arrived. She showed us around the barn and tent. Everything was spotless! The tent had everything we needed, including a breathtaking view across the valley. The bathroom area includes two toilets and two showers. During our stay only two tents were occupied, so the facilities were not busy. The animals were curious and adorable so we were beyond happy to go on the feeding tour in the morning. We did not have the best weather during our stay, so to have the barn available to relax in and play games was very convenient. Do not hesitate about your booking, just do it! Nothing

• Laura (10/5): A wonderful and surprising evening -so much more than a hotel! - what a fantastic place, run by a lovely family. We booked very last minute -would it here, or a faceless hotel in Perth. This was a great decision. We were completely unprepared for camping - but it really didn't matter. We worked out what we needed and picked it up from the local town before arriving. The second we arrived we were made welcome - shown our tent - and the wonderful facilities - including a well renovated barn space in case of rain! You don't need to be worried if you don't like camping - it's all set up for you. We had a hilarious evening barbequing between rain showers, feeding pygmy goats, and enjoying the wonderful views far across the valley. We are so pleased we made the decision to stay at Tomnauld farm and would certainly come back again. Support a local family and make the same choice!

The tent was amazing and clean, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were super clean - the shower was amazing. Our 4 year old especially liked going down to the Fairy Glen and also liked feeding the animals. It was such a great experience for him and us 😊 we will definitely book again! Can’t think of anything - we loved it all!

Loved everything about it, the tent was cosy and comfortable, the facilities were amazing especially the toilets and showers were 5 star hotel quality, the views were incredible, the grounds were amazing from fairy den to the river, loved feeding the animals, they have a puzzle challenge waiting in your room which they say is for kids but as a 33 year old still had fun and to top it off the owners are so friendly and helpful…. Highly recommend this place had an amazing stay Honestly nothing it was the perfect farm stay

• Laura (10/5): Un posto magnifico dove soggiornare. Da non farselo sfuggire - L’accoglienza da parte di Hanna ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa. Le tende sono posizionate su una collina magnifica. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare un piccolo gioco (caccia al tesoro) attorno alla fattoria che ci ha permesso di conoscerla meglio. I bimbi hanno fatto il bagno nella spiaggetta del piccolo fiume che scorre in basso. Ci hanno aiutato nell’accensione del fuoco nella stufa della tenda e abbiamo cenato con una vista spettacolare, il sole che tramontava tra i verdi campi scozzesi. Al mattino i bimbi, ma anche noi adulti, ci siamo divertiti moltissimo a dar da mangiare agli animali con David. Sono due persone fantastiche. Grazie per averci accolto! Domani mattina gusteremo le vostre preziose uova, regalateci con affetto.

• Richard (10/5): Ideal base for Pitlochry and the surrounding area. - Comfortable and spacious tents with great views. Excellent facilities including very clean showers and kitchen. Child and pet friendly. Friendly hosts and even friendlier farm animals!

• Wan (9/5): The glamping facilities at Tommauld Farm are setup really well. We had a really good time here. Kids had so much fun at - The Glamping was set up really well and comfortable. We feel safe living there and enjoyed the magnificent nature view. Nothing. Everything was good. We created some really nice memory here. Kids loved the idea of Glamping and had so much fun at the fairy glen and also feeding the goats in the morning. 🥰
• Andrea (10/5): Great place with nature and silence around you. Very friendly hosts. Modern clean bathroom. - Tent with nature all around you. ***** hosts. Although the weather was cold, the tent with wood burner keeps you warm. Paradise for dogs. Loved the goat feeding in the morning. Never had better breakfast eggs in my live.
• Rodriguez (10/5): - Le lieu était magnifique et la vue depuis notre tente était incroyable. La tente avant un lit double, une petite cheminée pour se réchauffer, et tout le nécessaire de cuisine pour manger. C'était super propre et bien aménagé. Tout était fait de sorte à ce que cela soit agréabe et cela est réussi. Pour la nuit, nous avons écouté les conseils des hôtes en prenant des habits chauds et cela a fonctionné. Enfin, les hôtes étaient très disponibles pour répondre à toute question ou aide dont on pouvait avoir besoin. Nous avons pu nourrir leurs chèvres le matin, c'était une super expérience. Les toilettes et salles de bain qui étaient communs étaient très propres. Nous devions faire une seule nuit mais avons décidé d'en faire une deuxième, car le cadre était magnifique. On retournera à notre prochain tour en Ecosse et on recommande 100% cet hébergement.

• kimberly (10/5): Wish we would have stayed longer - Everything! Amazing views, facilities were spotless clean and the hosts were welcoming (including the goats). We would 100% recommend to anyone thats appreciates nice walks and we had a good time exploring the farm. If you have a dog, this place is paradise! great location also, just less than 15 minutes away from Pitlochry where you will find a grocery shop, restaurants and shops. If you plan on visiting the highlands, do not miss staying at Tomnauld Farm! It is, by far, our highlight in our roadtrip in Scotland.
