• Shek Lun (2/5): use several hours to handle the earthworms - modern design, spacious kitchen After heavy rain, there were over 200 lively earthworms inside the house. This may be a rare occurrence, but it was still very unpleasant. There was also no hot water for bathing, even if this may only happens once a month. It was disappointing that the staff did not inspect the property to help prevent these issues.
• Beckham (9/5): Delightful property close to Margaret River town, wineries and great beaches - Very sizable and clean accommodation for 4 couples (each had own separate bedroom) Great pool, BBQ and entertaining area N/a
• Rachel (10/5): Great memories, felt like home. - Great house with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Nice touch with the pool towels and all the games etc. the property is amazing would like to stay for longer next time. Looks just like the photos ☺️ Asked for weeks prior for early check in which I understand is not always possible - then the cleaners were not even ready for the 3pm check in time which for the price is definitely not good enough. Also not enough coffee pods for 8 people for 2 days. Small thing but had to go buy more, again only for the price you pay, you do except certain things.

• Angeline (6/5): Could Be Better - 1. Facilities, coziness and design of house. 2. Sheltered area for parking of our car 3. Nice camp fire area. 1. BBQ pit is not well maintained 2. Master Bedroom mattress is sunken 3. No lights at swimming pool area 4. Not enough plates for 8 pax 5. Clothes washing area is too far away from accomodation. This makes it inconvenient for laundry.. No umbrella provided especially during this rainy season. 6. No room slippers.

Beautiful welcome pack, choices, wine ♡ Small inclusions like rubbish bags and pantry items ♡ The charging point beside bed with uses! The huntsman spider in the kitchen. :) The very full outdoor bins upon arrival. No hair dryer in ensuite, please add another? How the sun vanished:(

• Helen (10/5): Wonderful property, clean and very quiet. - Location brilliant, beautifully clean property. Can definitely recommend. Main bathroom towel holders on wall missing, nowhere to hang towels. Oven difficult to work out how to use. Small things but everything else perfect.

The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities made it easier for us and the kids. Loved loved the pool. Close to shops and nice eating out places. Will definitely be coming back N/a

• Madan (10/5): Excellent family holiday, closer to Margaret River, with vast open outdoor are available for the kids to explore - Very well maintained property, with easy to operate facilities. Very clear communication on the steps & process. Surprisingly it had 4 bedrooms, while the listing seem to mention 3. So that was Yaay! Nothing to dislike. However, there can be some better signboards/ directions of use, for those who end up checking in late in the night.
• Molly (10/5): Stunning place in a stunning location. 10/10 would book again! - The house was absolutely gorgeous! Huge spaces for hanging out with friends, the facilities were great, and the bedrooms were so comfortable. A short drive into Margaret River, it was in the perfect location!
• Roisin (7/5): Great accommodation but lack of aircon is disappointing - This property is great for a large group. Its child friendly and the layout is excellent with the bedrooms all down one end of the house. Spacious kitchen and lounge area. Lots of kitchen appliances and utensils. The lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms was a huge disappointment. We were under the impression that all rooms were air-conditioned (the photos show aircon units and it says there is aircon in the description). We wouldn't have booked this accommodation had we known that there was no aircon. I feel the host should have reached out to us prior to our stay to tell us that none of the aircon was working. It was a heatwave and the house is very very hot. This meant our baby didn't sleep well which had a flow on effect for everyone else. This would prevent me from staying here again. Furthermore the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom are such bad design, so hard to open and close. Every time you lean over the sink a drawer pops open! Surely just have normal drawers with handles 😂
• Nayha (6/5): Beautiful views, some improvements required - The location was great and the grounds were lovely to play in. Cleanliness, bugs, rodents and cleaning equipment provided was poor. It needs some pest control treatment around the property.

Well set-up property in great location - Spaciousness, stylish fit out, excellent amenities, all utensils and range of cookware, extras like games and pantry items, sufficient dining and lounge seating, good laundry The drawer closures, especially when needing to open all to find an item. The queen bed next to master bedroom was very squeaky. Would have liked bedside lamps. We wondered about the frequency of floors being washed -feet got very dirty.

It was entering summer season - so there were creepy crawlies that crawled in under the door at night. It would have been good if the garage had a door - would have just made a city slicker like me feel better.

• Rita (10/5): Great property - give it a go! - The house looked like the advertised photos and was spacious and modern. Great location and amenities. The property was clean and very comfortable. Exactly what we wanted. The complimentary bottle of wine was not expected but very much appreciated. Nothing to report here as really happy with Casa Burnside.

• Georgia (9/5): Beautiful - just cold - Gorgeous interior and exterior Easy collection of keys Easy to set up WiFi and TV We ran into some hot water trouble while we were there so had cold showers until it was fixed The only heating in the property was a log burner which (our own fault) we were unable to light. Some plug in heaters would have been nice especially for the children’s rooms.
