- Jo (5/5): Stayed in much betterprivately rented does not match normal standard - Easy to find and access property 4 forks (there were only 3) if renting out to family of 4, plug for sink so you can wash up, more than 1 toilet roll given cost per night to hire, double bed is very wobberly. Hot water very hot and miss
- Tingaiteyi (10/5): My family enjoyed our stay I.this comfortable home - Clean and comfortable
- Siobhan (9/5): Brilliant kids loved it - A bit overgrown from pictures so no view to enjoy with a evening glass of wine but otherwise great No view as stated
- Sarah Goff (7/5): -
- Debby (10/5): - Location was brilliant. Lots to do. Needs more kitchen utilities. Struggled making breakfast

- Anonymous (3/5): The lounge area was pleasant and the carpet looked new. - Self catering - not applicable Dirty furniture on decking.
Fridge had a dreadful rotten meat smell.
No bedside lighting
Wine glasses were plastic & marked. We ended up going out and buying our own!

- Nashey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcos (5/5): Good location to visit - Good location to visit The sofa was uncomfortable, the kitchen tableware were dirty, had to wash them. They didn't let me know ahead that I had to bring towels, only got the message when I arrive at the property, had to go shopping for towels. The pool was not accessible, because this was a private hire, we went to the city facilities.
- Ross (3/5): Poole and surrounding areas very nice to visit. Accommodation was disappointing and over priced. - The property was in a nice area of Poole. We could easily get to all the locations we wanted to see. The property was very tired. The seating areas very grubby and needs a good clean. The bathroom floor is rotted and you think you are going to go through the floor when you step on it over by the toilet and shower area. There was not much equipment for self catering in the caravan no grill for the oven, no trays for the oven although the host did kindly drop an oven tray around but still no oven grill. No plug provided for the kitchen sink, and an already broken tatty picture frame fell apart to reveal big holes in the walls. This was a disappointing over priced experience the caravan needs some work on it to bring it up to a decent standard.
- Jelena (1/5): Horrible - Location was good We arrived at the caravan and were immediately met with a strong, unpleasant smell—likely from being closed up all winter without ventilation. Inside, everything felt cramped, dusty, and unclean. The bedroom was small and musty, and our daughter’s room was so tiny and smelly that she felt anxious and couldn’t sleep there. The living room sofa had visible stains and smelled strongly of dogs, making it unusable.
After seeing the overall state of the accommodation, we made the difficult decision to leave at 3 AM. This completely ruined our short break, leaving us feeling disappointed and frustrated. It was a waste of money and time, and we absolutely would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
- Latifa (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay Mr. Ammer was so nice and helpful - Great location
Frindly hostal
Many facielities Small twin beds

Host Amer & Emma are so friendly and helpful like friends All Good
- Sarah (10/5): Great site and clean comfortable caravan - Quiet spot despite being a busy site. Lovely view with private decked terrace. Caravan was clean and comfortable. It’s pretty basic facilities, would have been nice to have a cafetière, but being picky!
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Knorrer (3/5): Poor -
- Ja-yi (3/5): Poor - The bangalore was very old and smelly. There was no shampoo, tea or coffee whatsoever. We didn't enjoy our stay. The location is good but we arrived at the late night also left in the early morning so didn't enjoy the other facilities. Very unpleasant, totally overpriced. Will not come again or recommend to anyone.
- Bennysin (10/5): Exceptional - The suite was lovely and I would definitely visit again. Great location just around the corner from Poole Quay. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. N/A
- Iwona (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (9/5): We loved it and would definitely go again! Thank you! - Very easy to check in and great communication from the owner. The caravan was lovely, very cosy and charming and to a nice standard of finish inside. We all loved it! Plus the caravan was immaculate, it was very clean. It was also very kind and thoughtful of the owners to put out a free bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived too! The duvet covers and pillow cases, although clean, were frayed and had some small rips in them. They could do with some new ones :-). Not a biggie though and would still stay there again.
- Lee (9/5): Superb -
- Lee (5/5): Good location at Rockley Park and the host kindly gave us passes for the entertainment but saying that, for the cost of - Location dated and not very clean
- Aaron (10/5): Beautiful caravan & holiday park - Perfect modern caravan for our little getaway. Owners were extremely helpful and most definetly will book again. That we only booked for two nights
- Trevor (7/5): Good -
- Sarby (8/5): Location, the mobile home was good - Everything was close proximity, beaches, restaurants and pubs. The onsite pass for using entertainment and leisure, the option was limited, you have to pay for the duration of your stay as opposed to 1 day pass.
- Richard (4/5): Disappointing - Stains on sofa and carpet, bad smell of damp where it's been flooded at some point
- Anonymous (10/5): Amazing - It was very tidy and clean. Looking forward for our next holiday again. The view was amazing.
- Heather (10/5): Lovely will return next year. - Key code provided with easy to follow instructions on finding the property and how to work the boil etc No wifi and the phone internet on 02 was bad in the area. But it was nice to sit and play board games like old times instead of being glued to the internet
- Jennifer (9/5): Very relaxing comfortable stay. - It was a very pleasant stay, the caravan was clean and tidy. Just what I expected, it was very relaxing. The beach was near by. Not far to Bournemouth. Was given suggestions of places to visit by host previous to visit. Lock on the bathroom door needs a bit of adjusting but nothing major.
- Dany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Florentina (10/5): relaxing weekend - It was perfect, clean caravan, comfortable mattresses and quiet. I can't wait for the next one 😉 The only problem is that it is not front beach as it says when you make the reservation. To get to the sea I had to drive 23 minutes and pay for parking, 6 hours £16.30.
- Rysak (9/5): Superb -
- Christina (7/5): We had a lovely time. Weather was great. The owners were very friendly and happy to help with anything. I didn’t mention - It was in a good location not far from amenities. The lounge area and balcony were spacious. The shower was a good. The owners provided a parasol to help keep cool as property in full sun . The property was older and understandably had wear and tear. The bedrooms were very small and we found the bed uncomfortable.
- Leslie (10/5): Exceptional - Just 1 night but very comfortable
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stewart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Flook (10/5): A* lovely holiday - Lovely location, nice walks, we stayed in a private caravan, the owner was so lovely and helpful, looking to re book as soon as we arrive home N/A
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (5/5): We were lucky to have had some good weather and we enjoyed the area. Disappointed with the cabin. - Location good between two small beaches a short 10 minute walk to each. We stayed in TV36 which was the oldest of this hosts accommodation. Balcony/ deck was square and slightly bigger than the other two homes displayed in the pictures. Three homes in total,37 was much newer and 38 older. Not made clear on booking that there are 3 options.when emailed owner told us the number but there was no way to see this before arrival.Considering you are shown pictures of all accommodations this feels deceptive as the new one is very different from the older ones! There was a serious problem with ingress of water, we had two rainy days. The floor of the kitchen area was wet with water coming out of the laminate flooring when stood on. owner responded with,”the next time you visit you can have the nicer cabin”added that they were away and unable to come and see the wetness. The trim of the flooring falling off from long term damp and the bathroom door did not close due to swollen hardboard door surround, due to damp. Thick dust on both headboards and all cupboards dusty.
- Glaiza (8/5): Very good - The place is comfy and clean. So much appreciated the free wine from the owner!
- Roxanne (8/5): Very good - Lovely location, complementary wine and biscuits on arrival was a very nice touch.
Thank you
- Miranda (8/5): Very good -
- _fizzy_ (8/5): Enjoyed our short stay - Super friendly people - the lodge is on a holiday park with lots around and everyone we met were super friendly - everyone! The security staff were brilliant and we got talking to them for a while and also some owners of lodges who live there 100% of the time. Very, very friendly place. Its quite a small lodge on on a holiday park and you can't book activities like swimming in the pools or climbing, etc as private owners and their guests need to give a lot of notice, but that didn't ruin our stay - we were looking for a short stay and it was a bonus it was on a holiday camp
- Amit (8/5): Very good -
- Yasemin (9/5): Clean and convenient stay for families - clean in a good location. Great stay for families, hosts were accommodating leaving a treat for our arrival. a £30 charge each to use swimming facilities. but beaches made up for it
