• Janet (8/5): Accommodation was fine just shame about cleaning situation - Location was great for doing sections of the Isle of Wight Coastal path over the weekend. Upon arrival we were notified of a delay with cleaning apartment (arrived at 3) we did receive notification until arrival. Had to leave property so cleaner could clean. Dirty laundry from previous tenants in wardrobe. Owners communicated well but after walking 7 miles and in desperate need of showers refreshments having to vacate and spend another hour out wasn’t ideal and impacted on our ideas of eating out. Having already walked back down to beach so they could clean we didn’t fancy walking back out again. Not owners fault, as said communication great and allowed later check out unfortunately we couldn’t do this due to leaving promptly to next section of walk.
• Sean (9/5): Excellent apartment, excellent location. - Very nice, comfortable apartment. It is very roomy and in a great location, a short walk to the seafront. We only stayed one night, but the apartment would be excellent for longer stays, with all the amenities you would need. Just be aware that even though there is a parking space available (which is very welcome), it isn't a huge space. I had a rental SUV (not my choice; the smaller car I asked for wasn't available), and it was a very tight squeeze. But overall, a really excellent apartment.

• Amee (9/5): Superb - Location, size of property parking although very tight on space The sofa smelt really bad and was very dirty, we had to put throws over it to be able to sit on it
• Nicola (10/5): home from home - clean comfort and loved the tempura mattress, didn't want to leave. sea view from the lounge window 👌 the apartment had everything and more! that was needed, especially the little chocolate on the bed. I only stayed 1 night, but will be back!

• Josephine (7/5): Okay, not clean and very dated. Priced too high. - Location Not clean. Sofa was smelly, of dog. I had to vacuum on arrival, bedroom carpet was filthy. Under the bed had never been cleaned.

• Mostert (8/5): Great place to stay and despite the issues, I will be back. Great responsive hosts. - Spacious. No hot water, which were fixed a day later. Dirt in and around winddow sills and frames.
• Stephen (9/5): Great apartment with great facilities. - Ideal property for a short term stay with lot of amenity's close by. The bed was very comfortable (only used the double bed) and the whole place was very homely with lots of things to do entertainment wise. The parking is a bit tight due to the fact you have to park down the side of the property and made carrying bags up to the apartment a bit awkward.
• Andy (10/5): Great location, lovely accommodation, hope to return asap. - Everything. Location. Layout, rooms, furnishings. A very large and enjoyable living space. Very clean. Facilities were excellent, every appliance you might need available at the property. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower. Comfortable bedrooms and beds. Beautiful lounge. TV with multiple channels, DVD / CD player. Property stocked with DVD’s, CD’s, books & games. External terrace with table & chairs. Great for evening dining. Walking distance to town, shops, bars and beach. Parking space, which is a great asset. Evenings at the property, when in, were very relaxing, no external noise, a peaceful and friendly road. There was nothing that we did not like about the property.

• Annmaria (10/5): Exceptional - We were running an 40 minutes late as we had to leave property at 11 am ,sadly my husbands brother passed away the day before and we had slept in late .The lady from booking.com was extremely rude at the door and started shouting in front of my daughter and grandson which upset me greatly even more w she said I want u out now … when I spoke to the lady who was waiting there she replied I was shouting as I’m partly deaf I have the flu and u have made me come out to the property
• Gwenda (8/5): Very good - Peaceful location, lovely neighbours, fantastic views and the wifi was brilliant Could do with cleaning better, not filthy but we needed to wipe things before use. The main light in the double bedroom was faulty, not sure if it's the bulb or not
