• Диана (10/5): - Все было прекрасно. Очень вежливый и внимательный хозяин, готовый придти на помощь в любую минуту. На кухне есть все и даже больше для приготовления еды. Спасибо большое!

• MILTON ALEXANDER (9/5): Good stay - El lugar es bastante cómodo y muy bonito. Además el propietario fue bastante amable y estuvo atento a mi llegada, incluso me mandó un video para saber cómo era el apartamento y sus utilidades. Incluso lavé mi ropa y el internet funcionaba a la perfección. Tienes Netflix también. No he puesto un número malo para la reseña pero considero que hay cosas que deben mejorar. Por ejemplo, el lugar tenía olor a cigarrillo en general y las paredes son muy delgadas que escuchas a los vecinos bastante fácil y no tienes mucha privacidad. El espacio de la ducha estaba sin remover los pelos y lo mismo pasó con la ropa de cama, por lo que tuve que darle vuelta a las fundas porque tenía muchos pelos. Descansar en una cama así no fue muy cómodo (No pude avisarle al propietario de cambiarlas porque era muy noche ya). De todas formas el apartamento fue muy bonito.

• Абдусаторов (10/5): - Альберт вообще крутой арендодатель, комната офигенная удобная пришли чистая, да и было много нюансов мы опоздали с оплатой задержали но он нас порадовал во всем поддержал, вообще все круто было.

Всё есть для удобного проживания: стиральная машина, микроволновка, холодильник, духовка, телик, и куча приятных мелочей: мыло,бумага, шампунь, бальзам, бумажные полотенца, средство для посуды....... Крупы,соль сахар перец, масло........

• Alena (10/5): - Очень понравилась квартира, есть абсолютно все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Район тихий, при этом до центра буквально 10 минут пешком или рублей 100 на такси. И очень отзывчивый хозяин.

• devon (9/5): Awesome - It was an awesome place to stay. Very clean private. Perfect for a couple to stay while visiting It was difficult for a taxi to come to the location because Iof how the streets were designed. That has NOTHING to do with the owner and the facilities. Those were absolutely perfect. Traffic was very congested outside however
• Pavel (10/5): - Clean, quiet, great value for the price. Fullsize fridge, equipped kitchen. Not for disabled, strollers and huge cases, stairs are too steep.
• Mikhail (10/5): - Уединенное место недалеко от центра Еревана, где тихо и спокойно. Очень приветливый хозяин, встретил, все объяснил и показал. Возможно позднее заселение. Хороший номер со всеми удобствами, есть внутренняя терраса, где можно попить кофе или просто провести время на свежем воздухе.

• Dilyana (8/5): Very convenient place in an interesting neighbourhood - The unit was very comfortable and properly equipped, the host was friendly and flexible, covered all our needs. I particularly liked the kitchenette and the fact there were basic condiments provided. The terrace was an unexpected bonus which we have also enjoyed. The only thing is that it was hard to find the exact address on Google maps
