• Pilar (1/5): Lamentable, una estafa total - Nada, cuando nos fuimos, no nos quedamos ni a dormir, tuvimos que dormir en otro hotel. El abandono total del establecimiento. La falta de atencion por parte del personal, tuvimos que llamar para que nos dieran los codigos y despues de esono pudimos contactar mas con el establecimiento. Tuvimos que hacernos las camas por 145€ una habitacion, las sabanas estaban sucias y los colchones con restos de pelos

• Afonso (1/5): Experiência horrível!! - Nada. Tudo. Quando chegamos ao Hostel todos os quartos estavam sujos, não havia água quente nem ninguém para nos atender. Após 45 minutos à espera que chegasse alguém para nos receber, chegou um rapaz que não sabia o que fazer e só nos pediu desculpa, ele próprio começou a limpar os quartos e estava claramente desconfortável com a situação. Também estava outro hóspede que também ele estava desconfortável com o Hostel. Após mencionar que queriamos um reembolso, o dono disse para tratarmos tudo com o Booking mas o Booking apenas disse que não obteve resposta do dono e para falarmos com ele mas ao falar com o dono ele diz para falarmos com o Booking. Ou seja, estamos num loop em que o dono diz para falarmos com o Booking e o Booking diz para falarmos com o dono.
• Manuel (8/5): Lugar muy recomendable - La libertad de usarlo todo como si fuera nuestro propio. Difícil de aparcar, pero de esto no tiene culpa el alojamiento.

Al llegar, envié mensajes y estuve llamando un rato, hasta que me llamaron de vuelta y me enviaron los códigos de las puertas por whatsapp. Todo fue bien, pero al principio crea incertidumbre.

• Noelia (1/5): Completely abandoned property: no reception, no cleanliness, no security. - Location The experience was unacceptable from the very beginning: 1. Complete lack of information to access the property: There were no clear instructions provided on how to access the hostel. I called the contact number listed in the reservation several times, but no one answered. Only a voicemail message was triggered. 2. Blocked access and no staff available: From 12:00 (the official check-in time) until 19:00, I waited outside without being able to enter. The main entrance was completely closed off with a garage-style door (images attached). Eventually, another guest who happened to be leaving let me in, which clearly shows that there is no proper access control—anyone could enter. 3. Unattended reception and no staff presence: There was absolutely no one working at the reception or anywhere else in the building. 4. Unsafe room conditions: The only accessible room had a code on the door, but the door itself was broken and left open. This rendered the security system useless and created a strong sense of insecurity. Anyone from the street could have walked in. 5. Beds without sheets and no basic cleanliness: The beds had no sheets. I had to find and take them myself from a messy and dirty closet in the reception area, guided only by my own intuition and confirmation from another guest I happened to ask. 6. Poor hygiene: The bathrooms were dirty and lacked toilet paper. In the women’s showers, the motion-sensor light turned off every two minutes, forcing me to leave the door open and step out repeatedly during my shower to get the light back on. This was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. 7. Damaged and dirty facilities: Many parts of the establishment were either dirty or in poor condition—such as doors, taps, sockets, light switches, and air vents. All of the above made this stay completely unacceptable and unsafe for any traveler.

The check-in was stressful for me and for everyone I see arriving as no one was there to receive the guests and nothing in the profile suggests that we should text the hostel to receive an entrance code.

• Aaron (10/5): Amazing host, great facilities, excellent hostel. - The owner Jacinto is the best hostel owner I’ve met in my years of stay in in hostels. So friendly, always checking you’re OK, and recommending great things to do or places to eat. One night he invited me to eat in a great tapas bar with his family. As for the hostel, excellent facilities with good showers and kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and there’s a washing machine for your clothes if you want. Very good location too. Nothing, it’s excellent.
