• ELizabeth (9/5): Great holiday house - Loved the Garden/ decking area ..The spacious bedrooms, good size kitchen with plenty of storage space . The downstairs toilet was a bonus. Liked separate lounge and dinning room Could have done with more hand / bigger towels , bath sheets perhaps? Grab rails in the bathroom for getting in and out of bath. One bathroom 6 people sharing not good, Suggest Ensuite for master bedrooms.

Location not quite as imagined for my 93yr old mother to access local area on foot. - The property was exceptionally clean and airy, the beds comfortable, the bed linen, and towels were fresh, and there was plebty of loo roll. We were lacking a teapot and kitchen roll. If one person was having a shower and another person used a tap, or flushed a loo, the person having a shower was affected by poor water flow and scalding water for a few seconds.

• Nick (9/5): Great holiday home - Great house, ideal for families, really nicely appointed and very clean. Off road parking for one car was a bonus. About a 15-20 minute walk into town.
• Julie (9/5): Superb - It was very spacious and very clean. It was beautifully decorated. There was always washing liquid, cleaning products and bin bags provided. Also had the plenty of mugs, plates etc The beds in the 2 main bedrooms would be better if they were king size beds. There were no tvs in any bedrooms. I think tvs in the 2 main bedrooms at least.

• Claudine (10/5): FABULOUS FAMILY GET TOGETHER, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ;) - EVERYTHING WAS AS DESCRIBED, IT WAS CLEAN, LOTS OF APPLIANCES AND EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED SUCH AS TOWELS, TOILET ROLLS AND HAND SOAP. NICE AND SPACIOUS LOUNGE AND SEPERATE DINING AREA. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE HOUSE WHAT SO EVER. CHECK IN IS AT 3 AND CHECK OUT IS AT 10 WHICH I DO FEEL IS RATHER EARLY (10.30-11.00 WOULD BE MORE LIKE IT)

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional, We have already booked to stay again!!! - We had an absolutely amazing stay at Scarborough Stays - Garfield. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Scarborough. It’s conveniently located next to Peasholm Park and the beach, making it perfect for our dog walks straight from the house. The property itself is outstanding. The large decking area and garden were fantastic for our sunny days, with enough outdoor furniture to comfortably accommodate all 10 of us. Staying with our extended family, we found the house to be perfect for our needs. The rooms are huge and offered all the comforts you would expect from a luxury house. Everything had just been renovated, so everything was brand new and immaculate. Additionally, the off-street parking was very convenient, and the E.V. charger was perfect for our Tesla. However, the owner provided us with parking permits for Multiple cars, which we parked outside the front of the house. To top it off, we had great weather throughout our stay. Overall, Scarborough Stays-Garfield exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. Nothing
