• Alba (8/5): Estancia - La ubicación Que encima del apartamento habia otros y se escuchaba todo y por las noches no se podia dormir. Las puertas eran de cristales y cada vez que entraba gente se te iluminaba la habitación.

• alix (5/5): - Derrière les Setas donc proche de certains musées et monuments (mais pas de la gare ou de l’Alcazar par exemple). Des fourmis dans la salle de bains, et la tige qui maintient la douche au mur s’est déboîtée. Les crochets pour accrocher ses vêtements ou sa serviette sur la porte de la salle de bains sont cassés, et le meuble d’appoint sous le lavabo est rouillé. Salle de bains accessible uniquement depuis la chambre donc ceux qui dorment dans le canapé-lit doivent la traverser et déranger les autres. Canapé dur à installer en version lit et à replier. On doit se trimballer les poubelles en partant jusqu'aux Setas où on doit faire le tri, seulement il n’y a qu’une poubelle dans la cuisine donc pas de tri possible en amont. Pas assez de papier toilette. Voisins assez bruyants jusqu’à minuit passé et tôt le matin. Îlot central petit, pour 3 personnes maximum. Volets pas faciles à ouvrir.

Faltaban algunos detalles, para colgar las toallas, poco papel higiénico, cortina ducha muy corta, se mojaba todo, mucho ruido, se escuchaba todos los vecinos, poco mantenimiento, como las puertas son de cristal, no podíamos tener la habitación a oscuras.

• Stanley (10/5): Lo volvería a reservar - La ubicación perfecta (a un par de calles de la Seta), pero calle tranquila. Al lado tienes un mini carrefour. El apartamento con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. (desde 1 a 4 personas). Todo la gestión por la aplicación y email (llaves, ubicación, códigos...) muy detallado. Hemos estado muy agusto, nos ha gustado mucho . Se me ha olvidado hacer fotos 🤦🏻‍♀️, pero tiene de todo. El baño con ducha, cocina lista para usar (tiene hervidor de agua con sobres de Nescafé, azúcar y té), habitación con dos camas, y comedor con sofá cama, mesa, 4 sillas, sillón..

• Marc (8/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an den Setas. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Weiterhin befindet sich die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Daher ist es abends recht ruhig. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls in gutem Zustand. Aus den Bildern ging für uns hervor, dass es sich um ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer handelt, dies war nicht der Fall. Die gesamte Wohnung ist offen gestaltet. Weiterhin wären auf den Informationen weitere Hinweise hilfreich, bspw. dass sich der WLAN Router (samt Passwort) im Treppenhaus befindet (wahlweise das Passwort auf den Informationen vermerken). Und ein Hinweis wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann, wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert.

• Lennart (10/5): Great location and cozy apartment! - Property was nice and clean. They had all the neccessary equipment including hair dryer, iron and all kitchen supplies. I had to have one working day and stay in and it felt really comfortable and homey. Amazing location! We barely stayed inside. You are on walking distance from all sightseeings and amazing vibes!! Totally reccomended!
• Louisa (7/5): Perfect location, but photos aren't necessarily the flat you'll get. - Location is amazing, right in the Old Town, a few minutes walk from a major attraction (Las Setas de Sevilla), bars and restaurants and only about 10 mins walk from the major bus station. Really easy to get round the city using this as your base. Loads of room as well. Good value for money for the price. The apartment wasn't the one from the photos - I'm assuming there are multiple, and as I had booked one for a 4 occupancy as a solo traveller, I may have been given another one? My criteria for booking was that the bed was next to a window as I like to wake up with natural light, and that wasn't the one I was given unfortunately. There was also no shower gel or toilet roll which may have been an oversight, so I had to purchase some. In terms of things outside the apartment's control but worth mentioning - the drains! My word! I know that old buildings in Spain often have problems with drainage, the smell was unfortunate. Also soundproofing, the upstairs neighbours sounded like they were moving the furniture round at 8am every morning I stayed there, which was a disturbance when you're relaxing on holiday. I haven't marked down the experience for these factors but I believe it's worth mentioning if you're considering a stay here.

The ad said there was a balcony but it was not private and only accessible from the roof. There was an electricity shortage at one point and the staff was not helpful at all even aggressive when they eventually answered our messages…
• Amanda (7/5): Nice apartment and great location, however cold in winter and shower leaked - Location is great. Apartment is nice and sofa was comfy. Good communication via booking.com Code and locked box to collect keys - easy check in. Washing machines available and rooftop terrace. The apartment was very cold on arrival and the air con heat setting didn't really work. Luckily we found some heaters in the storage room but these still took a full day to heat the apartment and the apartment was always a bit cold (we stayed in January). We messaged about this via booking.com and they sent someone over at 9.30am the next day which woke us up and was unexpected - I think they should have asked us if we wanted someone to come round and arrange a time rather than just turning up. The shower door seals had gaps at the bottom so the shower leaked water all over the whole bathroom floor (significantly) every time, even having very short showers. We had to wring out the towels and mop up the whole floor after each use having the quickest possible showers. There were 2 shower head holders in the shower - one didn't fit the shower head and the other was fitted strangely low down (even for me and I'm short). There also wasn't much hot water even just for 2 of us having short showers. The mattresses were very soft so not comfortable. There was a strong smell of drains in the hallway and on the rooftop. On leaving it states to take the bins out (why could the cleaner not take the bins out? It is strange to ask us to do this), however the location given (the plaza) did not have bins there and when asked, they didn't know where to take the bins. This resulted in us walking round for ages with our bin bags trying to locate some bins which was frustrating. All in all, although the apartment was nice, we don't think we would stay again due to it being cold and the shower issue. If they resolved this it would be a nice stay.

Pas de chauffage donc on a eu froid. Ballon d eau chaude trop petit pour 2 douches chaudes. Odeursd égouts durant le séjour. Pas de cafetière, pas de torchons. Das Bad hat extrem unangenehm gerochen und das ist laut Putzfrau auch immer so:( .Keinerlei Haken im Bad um etwas aufzuhängen. Die schön aufgenommenen Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität / der tatsächlichen Ausstattung (kein Teppich, teilweise andere Möbel und Aufteilung). Man sieht Fotos aller Appartements und weiß nicht welches man bei Ankunft erhält.

Wir waren im November dort und es gibt nur so kleine Elektroheizungen die das Appartement nicht richtig warm bekommen. Der Geruch nach alten modrigen Abwasserrohren ist schon ziemlich extrem und unangenehm. Es ist sehr hellhörig und man hat das Gefühl das die Leute von den anderen Appartements direkt neben dir stehen. Man hört wirklich ALLES

Расположены в 5-6 минутах ходьбы от площади с продуктовыми супермаркетами и El Corte Engles, от которых удобно начинать осмотр достопримечательностей. Внутри есть все необходимое, удобная кровать, просторная кухня. Все чисто. Единственный нюанс: апартаменты находятся на 3м этаже, куда ведет узкая лестница без лифта - но для нас это не было неудобством. Инструкция по дистанционному заселению была предельно понятна, прошло все быстро. Вернулся бы я сюда? Да, однозначно!

• Lola (7/5): Very central, clean flat. - Very central location, literally in the historical centre, yet still in a quiet street. Ideal. Easy communication with the host. Clean, well furnished and decorated flat, which doesn't feel like your typical soulless rental place. The smell in the bathroom is something else.. I suppose they can't do anything about it and it must be due to a pipe problem. If you have a stroller, bear in mind you will have to carry it up and down a tight flight of stairs.
• Thibaut (5/5): Super emplacement mais attention rdc - L'emplacement vraiment top entre la vielle ville et la partie moins touristique mais plus animée. Découvrir que c'est un appartement en rdc. On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres et on vit donc dans le noir. Voir les soucis d'humidité.
• ANA CRISTINA (8/5): Fin de semana con amigas - Ubicación Nos pareció muy escaso el papel higiénico. Eran rollos pequeños y de muy mala calidad con lo cual se terminaron muy pronto y teníamos 5 para 5 personas entrando un viernes a las seis y saliendo un lunes a las 11. Tampoco había repuesto de toallas sólo un juego. No daba tiempo a que secaran de una ducha a otra. Un repuesto hubiera estado bien. Somos conscientes de que un apartamento no es un hotel pero hay cosas básicas como el papel higiénico que no deberían considerarse como amenitis igual que el gel o el champú. Y lo de las toallas pues creemos que no cuesta nada dejar un juego de más por simple cortesía. Por lo demás todo muy correcto.
• María (8/5): Bien - Lo mejor es la ubicación del apartamento, muy céntrico. La verdad es que le falta una mano de pintura y retocar algunos detalles para que sea un apartamento exquisito. Había unas manchas en el techo de la cocina que no sabíamos muy bien de qué serían.

• christophe (7/5): Good value for money and very good location. - It’s a big flat suitable for 3 to 4 people. Very well located close to all points of interest. Lot of details in the decoration with reference to Sevilla local culture. Well equipped if you want to cook in the flat. The lock was very difficult to close from outside. The air conditioner is mandatory to sleep at night Terrace could be better decorated. Couldn’t find the washing machine.

• MARIA (6/5): práctica para una estancia breve - La ubicación y la posibilidad que hubiera una zona común a parte de las habitaciones. La acústica, se oye fácilmente el ruido de la calle y del resto de usuarios y la luz que se transfiere entre estancias. Hubiera agradecido jabón y otros utensilios en los baños. Falta algún colgador para las toallas y una mampara o separador para la habitación de 4 camas de la planta baja.

• Paivi (8/5): Good apartment in good location - Location is very nice. Apartment is nice. We booked two single beds and got given a double bed. One of us had to sleep on the sofa bed, which meant no sitting on the sofa in the evenings. We made it work but it won't work for everyone. If we book two single beds, that's what we want and should get!
• Adrianne (7/5): Honest Review - The location of the apartment was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment worked for what we needed, however there should be pictures of the entrance door, the keypad, the stairs you have to climb to get to the apartment and where the washing machine is. Walking into the building, there was an unpleasant odor. The hot water didn't last long in the shower. The sink drained slowly. There wasn't any detergent for the washing machine. More towels should be given.

• Tarik (5/5): Would definitely find something better if I go to Seville again. - Location was good. Pictures did not match the reality. It looks much more modern and way nicer on pics. Some rooms on pics are totally different, probably the owner has many apartments and so you can’t know which one you will get. And just to clarify, when I mention pics here, I mean apartment pictures, not of property as a whole. I understand that property pictures contain many different rooms and of course there will be discrepancy. But apartment pictures should match the room.
• Darren (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good Premium should not be included in the description of this property. The apartment smelled damp and dirty when we first entered. We requested a different apartment but none was available. We checked the property and found a smelly mop that was producing the smell. The apartment had not been cleaned properly and there was hair from a previous occupant in the shower. The kettle was broken. The rooftop patio was neglected and the table was broken. Fixtures were broken and not repaired. The street outside is noisy, not quiet as described in the property information.

Restaurants and bar really close. Bath towels very clear and good smell. Dishes machine. Like other places on de center, parking is difficult. You need to find places, some times, 1km far. Bathroom with poor illumination. There is a lot of decorations itens on the apartament, making a visual a little bit having.
