The check-in process was very convenient 24/7 (the door had a code lock). I had to work online, so the quality of the internet was very important to me — and the connection speed was excellent. The host was very kind to us, responded to every message immediately, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was fine

- Jackie (7/5): Would not go back - The location was great close to vatican and restaurants Getting into stressful at start had to translate from Italian once in downstairs lobby lift broken. stairs very badly lit and so dangerous for a 78 and 81 yr old rat box on stairs .on entering space poorly lit with bags full of stuff dumped everywhere more like a store room light switch in wrong place.but our room was nice and modern and clean although dirtymop.and bucket left next to dining chair cleaning items left every ,and to top it all my sister who has impaired vision put her case on the area provided for it and it wasnt in till leaving we found the air conditioning control what a silly place to leave it .so wherefore had no airconditioning
