Чистота и порядок . мы катались на лыжах и после катания нужна была сауна , в номере у нас не было сауны и хозяин дал ключи от другого номера , чтобы мы могли пользоваться сауной, без доплаты и прочих формальностей . Рекомендую всем . До подъемника всего 1.7 км. Вид шикарный

• enia11 (10/5): - Wir haben zuvor direkt mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen, da wir etwas früher einchecken wollten. Dies hat auch geklappt. Der Vermieter war vor Ort, hat uns mitgeteilt, dass es noch ca. eine halbe Stunde dauert aber wir uns gerne im Aufenthaltsraum fürs Skifahren umziehen können dort gab es etwas zu trinken und eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. Das Apartment ist ein Traum , neu, sauber, super ausgestattet, die Matratzen der Betten auch optimal. An Silvester stand sogar noch eine Flasche Prosecco vor der Tür. Danke .. wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Skilift ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

• Mhairi (10/5): Exceptional, loved every minute and would come back in a heartbeat. - Beautiful interior, very comfortable beds, fantastic shower and the sauna is simply wonderful after a cold day outside. The attention to detail is in every room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, plenty of space and furniture comfortable to sit. Access very easy, underground parking, hosts available if needed, very caring and friendly. Dog friendly too. Views from apartment are fantastic. Neighborhood extremely quiet. Nothing to report!
• ofir (10/5): - Everything! The apartments are brand new and very clean. Bedrooms and baths were very big and comfy, each bedroom had a balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and it made cooking in the apartment very easy. Good underground parking and a nice playroom for the kids in the basement. There were washing machine and dryer in the basement which was a great extra. The location was brilliant, just outside the city with everything close by, in a quite street, we enjoyed walking around. Hans the owner is very nice and friendly. communication was super easy. Not a bad thing about this place.
• Elad (10/5): דירה מושלמת מכל הבחינות - דירה מדהימה מרווחת מאוד בעיצוב מודרני ונקיה מאוד! האנס הבעלים של המתחם מאוד נגיש דאג לנו לכל דבר והיה מקסים ! היינו 5 לילות נהדרים בדירה . יש חניה של המקום וחדר משחקים חמוד למטה לילדים במטבח יש הכל תנור וכיריים ומכונת קפה וטוסטר ומדיח וסירים וכלים גם תבלינים היו . הכל היה חוץ ממיקרוגל. שזה היה פחות נח אבל לא הרס את החוויה. ללא ספק כשנגיע שוב לאזור נחזור רק לכאן.

• Gali (10/5): A great place to stay. - The apartment is amazing, very clean, spacious, modern and nicely decorated. It has two bedrooms, each bedroom has a toilet and a shower, which is very convenient when staying with kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, the equipment is new and very clean. There are two porches with great views. There are a washing machine and a dryer in the basement and also a playing room for kids. The location is also great, you can reach restaurants and supermarkets even on foot. • Jaap-Jan (10/5): Een prachtig appartement in een rustig dorpje, op loopafstand van Ötz en de bergbahn, we hebben genoten, fantastisch en - Alles, maar dan ook echt alles was aanwezig in het huis. De badkamers waren prachtig met mooie customized glazen schuifwanden. In de keuken was er zout,peper,olie,koffie,bakpapier,aluminiumfolie,vuilniszakken,schoonmaakdoekjes,keukenpapier en ga zo maar door. Ook was het servies en alle andere kookgerei zeer compleet. 4 verschillende afvalbakjes om afval te scheiden beviel goed. Ook, en daar loop ik vaker tegen aan met 4 kinderen, waren er voldoende planken en vakken om even iets op te leggen, zoals je ipad,hoofdtelefoon,opladers,speelgoed en boodschapjes. De eettafel had een gezellige hoekbank, wederom zeer geschikt voor een groot gezin. Wij bleven 5 nachten in Falkners Five, maar wilden eigenlijk nog niet weg, zo fijn was het! Aan de accommodatie is niks aan te merken, alleen waren de kinderen af en toe jaloers op het uitzicht van het mooie zwembad van het naastgelegen Habicher Hof 😉 .

• Yossi (10/5): Simply a lovely place - The Flakners five was great , Hansjörg the owner that is also the mayor of oetz was nice and very halpfull. we took the big apartment it was fully new and Equipped with all you need , all brand new and keeped. the Apartment have 5 or 6 parking places under the building. we had sauna in room. we really enjoyed.

Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The rental fee included the summer card which was very handy Location is 5 min drive from Oetz in a little village that has no restaurants or supermarkets

• Tiffany (10/5): Our stay was comfortable, clean, and accommodating for 6. - The owners were welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was large enough for 6 to feel very comfortable. I cooked all four nights and had everything I needed. The location was great, super close to lift and close to a grocery store. I could have used a larger cutting board.
