• WU YUQI (7/5): Excellent location and good value for money in Naples, despite shower issues. - Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. It is safe, convenient, and close to major attractions, restaurants and shops, with a grocery store directly next to the building. The bed is comfortable. Trash disposal is easy for stays longer than two nights. Overall, it offers good value for money. The shower was quite problematic. The handheld shower was broken, water pressure was low with poor water flow. Hot water took a long time to heat up, and temperature regulation was unreliable, fluctuating between extremely hot and freezing cold. This was our main issue and greatly affected our stay experience. Everything else was satisfactory, though the drinking glasses could have been cleaner.
• Will (7/5): Comfortable and perfect location for a short trip to Naples! - Great location in the centre of Naples, short walking distance from the main tourist streets, Duomo and Archeological museum. Room was comfortable and nice size. Aircon was a bonus and would be extremely helpful on the warmest days of the summer! Did not meet the hosts at any point. The shower was disappointing- it fluctuated from scalding hot to icy cold.

• Nathalia Eloiza (3/5): Água fria, chão sujo e insegurança. - O chuveiro não esquentava. Tivemos que tomar banho gelado num dia que fazia 10°. Além de que quando chegamos, acabei confundindo a porta da acomodação. Peguei a chave do meu quarto e abri a porta do outro quarto (por engano), e para minha surpresa a porta abriu, ou seja, a chave de cada acomodação não e diferente, é a mesma. Se houver alguém hospedado no outro quarto, ele pode acessar livremente o seu quarto quando você não estiver. Quando entramos no apartamento, nos deparamos com um chão completamente sujo. Para conseguirmos permanecer ali, tivemos que varrer o quarto com uma vassoura que tinha no hall de entrada.
• Dora (2/5): Bad - The only good thing about this room is the location. It is right next to Via dei Tribunali, but was very quiet. The room has one window looking onto the common atrium and it is closed shut as the room is on the ground floor. The shower head was hanging to the wall by two plastic straps and the shower head was leaking, the drain was clogged. There is mold all over the bathroom grout and the room seems to have some water damage. We stayed for 3 nights and let the hosts know about the problem with the shower. They offered the room upstairs for the last night (which we didn’t want as it looks fairly similar and didn’t want to repack everything for one night) and chainged the shower head. They however did not change the hose and did not unclog the drain so the experience remained the same. I don’t know why this property has such good reviews. I wish we had a pleasant experience.

• Hana (10/5): Quiet haven in the heart of the historic centre - This accommodation is like a safe quiet haven in that crazy city. The room is spacious, clean and contains everything necessary (working AC & wifi, good TV, towels, hairdryer, fridge, coffee machine etc..) But first and foremost it really is quiet since it is has window into the backyard. The location is amazing, right in the heart The water in the shower was draining too slow. The bed was a tiny little squeaky.

MI CHIEDO COME FACCIA AD AVERE RECENSIONI COSÌ ALTE: vi lascio immaginare… Complice della truffa è BOOKING che non ha gestito la controversia in alcun modo.
• Christina Kalogianni (8/5): Αν φτιαχτούν κάποια πράγματα θα είναι τέλειο! - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή για τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα και δίπλα σε σούπερ μαρκετ και εστιατόρια. Είναι σε ήσυχη αυλή. Ήταν σχετικά άνετο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ευγενικοί. Το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ άνετα! Καθαρό μπάνιο! Δεν υπήρχε internet. Το δωμάτιο έχει σήμα μόνο δίπλα στο παράθυρο όπου όμως δεν υπάρχει πρίζα, οπότε χρησιμοποιούσαμε το κινητό ως hotspot αλλά τελείωνε η μπαταρία γρήγορα. Ζητήσαμε μια προέκταση την οποία είπαν θα μας δάνειζαν αλλά ξεχάσανε να την φέρουν. Η ντουζιέρα ήταν αρκετά βουλωμένη, ήρθαν την ξεβούλωσαν αλλά την επόμενη μέρα ξαναβούλωσε (τα νερά φεύγαν, αλλά πολύ αργά). Το παντζούρι ήταν σπασμένο (έλλειπαν 3 σειρές του) και επειδή η χοντρή κουρτίνα είναι μόνο διακοσμητική και δεν κλείνει είχαμε συνέχεια την αίσθηση ότι κάποιος μπορεί να μας βλέπει από έξω το βράδυ όταν είχαμε τα φώτα ανοιχτά. Το σαμπουάν ήταν 2 πάρα πολύ μικρά δείγματα, αναγκαστήκαμε να αγοράσουμε. Κάτω από το κρεβάτι ήταν βρώμικα. Αν το από κάτω δωμάτιο είναι κατειλημμένο ακούγονται αρκετά οι από κάτω (τους ακούγαμε και μόνο που μιλούσαν).

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para poder desayunar e incluso cenar una ensada. Buena lumpieza. El anfitrión muy bien, no iba el wifi, le comentamos y el mismo dia ya estaba resuelto. El unico pero: se accede al apartamento por una escalera estrecha y un poco empinada, que dificulta subir y bajar con la maleta Claro!!! Segun la edad 🤣🤣

• Aneta (9/5): - Ubytování je v boční uličce, ale opravdu malý kousek od hlavní ulice. Vstup do neapolského podzemí je odsud asi dvě minuty chůze. Neapol je rušné město, proto jsme velmi ocenili, že ubytování se nachází ve vnitrobloku domu. Hostitel má dva pokoje, ubytování je v přízemí. Hostitel je velmi příjemný, neumí moc anglicky ale domluvili jsme se dobře. Pokoj je velmi útulný, čistý a prostorný. Pokoj je v přízemí vnitrobloku domu, je tedy docela tmavý. Upozorňuji na to, někomu by to mohlo vadit. My jsme ale byli hlavně venku, takže nám to nevadilo. Navíc, Neapolské centrum je plné domů blízko sebe, takže tmavé pokoje jsou tu běžné.

The information provided by Gino were very analytical and helped us find the best places to eat, drink and see the culture of Naples. The room also provided a coffee machine with capsules and tea! Don't hesitate to book this room if you are visiting Naples!!!

Ci ha permesso di fare check in anticipato e di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Camera pulitissima, principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Stazione nelle vicinanze e supermercato a 20 metri.

Location is absolutely perfect! 120 meters from Via dei Tribunali (main street in centro storico). You can walk to everything, to see the city. Nearby are the best pizzerias and restaurants, caffes and attractions. Gino the owner are absolutely the best! He sent all the info before the arrival, from insteuctions how to get there from airport, to what to see in the city (with links). And give all the best advices. Grazie Gino!

The accommodation is perfectly located, in the old town, but in a little yard so the loudness of the street is not an issue. A supermarket is 2 minutes away. Very clean, fresh towels, coffee machine and basically anything you will need. Nothing.

• Enrico (7/5): Okay für ein paar Übernachtungen, wenn man sowieso viel unterwegs ist - Grundsätzlich ist das Zimmer gut gelegen - sehr zentral, Supermarkt um die Ecke und viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Ehrlich gesagt war das Zimmer sehr dunkel und modrig. Da hatten wir uns irgendwie mehr erwartet. Darüber hinaus haben wir uns nicht so willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, die Menschen in dem Haus zu stören. Da haben wir zwei, drei unangenehme Erfahrungen gemacht.

It wasn’t a bright light but just enough to notice because it would change. Also the door closing can be loud depending on who else is staying at the b & b.

• Sophie (10/5): Quiet, cool apartment - This is the perfect BnB. Really close to everything but in a quiet square off the main street so we didn't get disturbed once. The owner is lovely - very helpful and communicative. The WiFi works brilliantly as does the air conditioning and there is a great fridge. It is a very airy, cool apartment with lots of space. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

It was well stocked and the bed was comfortable It was quite loud, we had to use earplugs to sleep, as well as quite light even at nighttime. As it is a shared front door with another apartment, this was also loud as the door was very squeaky and woke us up when the other guests arrived

Gino is the most positive and helpfull Signore in whole Napoli ! He does his best to ensure you have a pleasant stay ! You can't have a full Napoli experience if you dont meet him !! DONT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS ROOM!! Just keep a sleep mask if u are sensitive in the morning and use the aircondition cause whole napoli , not only the room , has Humidity issues Con tutto il mio cuore Michael !

The location of the accommodation is perfect, with great pizzerias just around the corner. There is a supermarket one minute away. The place was stylish and cozy and it had a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge and snacks provided. We had breakfast included at a pasticceria nearby. Our host, Valeria, was very kind, friendly and gave us a big list of tourist attractions, restaurants and helpful tips. We enjoyed our time in Napoli and would recommend it!

• Ellie (10/5): Great location, wonderful host, and a clean and comfortable room in Napoli! - The location of this property was incredible! It was very quiet, but also very central and close to all the food and drink places Napoli centre has to offer. The aircon was effective, everything was comfortable and the room and bathroom was spacious. The host went above and beyond, letting us check-in early and providing amazing recommendations for during our stay. There was also some pastries and coffee in the room which was such a lovely touch, and we also got breakfast included from a local pastry shop 1 minute walk away. We had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Everything was great, no negative comments!
