Camilo, es una persona muy amable que soluciona cualquier tema, te da recomendaciones y está atento a lo que puedas necesitar. La casa ofrece lo básico, es cómoda y está bien relación precio - servicios. La casa es básica, buena para ir a dormir y ya. En el cuarto que nos quedamos el baño esta dentro de la misma habitación sin mucho aislamiento para olores o sonidos.

- César Augusto (8/5): - Esta ubicado en un sector calmado, la atención del personal es excelente y es adecuado para ir a descansar y tener un sueño tranquilo. En este momento están haciendo unas reparaciones por lo que se presenta algo de desorden. Falta un poco más de aseo en las habitaciones.
- Geert (7/5): Goed voor de lage prijs. - Voor de prijs heel goed. Let op! De prijs is heel laag, dus verwacht niet te veel. De ontvangst was zeer goed, super aardige mensen. Er loopt een aantal heel mooie lieve hondjes. Op vier-vijf straten afstand van alle winkels of restaurants wat je maar nodig hebt. Voor een tussenstop van een nacht in Mariquita, prima. Wil je een top-hotel, dan moet je simpelweg meer betalen. De vloer was niet heel schoon en de tv werkte niet, maar wij hadden geen behoefte om tv te kijken.

- Linda (5/5): Acceptable for the price but cleanliness and safety should be improved - The house and the yard inside is cute, room is spacious, safe and peaceful neighborhood. Good price for a private room with bathroom. My room was not in a very good condition, dust and spider webs everywhere, there was mouse feces in the bathroom and also on my bed when I arrived… The door doesn’t feel very safe, you lock it with a padlock but the system still allows you to open the door if you want to. No AC, the fan is on the wall other side of the room so the breeze doesn’t even reach the bed. I don’t know why but I felt a little uncomfortable with the hosts, the way they run the hotel didn't seem very professional.
- Jan (7/5): Basic accommodation without any major issues, would stay again. - The room, including the bed, was very clean. The owners are super friendly and helpful. I could park my car safely inside the hotel's yard. And everything in the town is within walking distance. The neighborhood is largely residential and felt safe. The yard seems very nice with an Avocado tree and some seats. There's also an open air kitchen, but I didn't get to use it. Wifi worked well. At this price point, all as expected. But just in case this is relevant, the room is very basic, only lukewarm water in the shower, which is only divided by a partial wall from the rest of the room (double bed). You'll be able to hear noises from the yard and the street. Mariquita as a whole is quite hot, and you'll only have a wall mounted fan (I turned it off and was okay).
