- Håkan (8/5): - Trevligt hus. Enligt uppgift skulle det vara en extra bred dubbelsäng. Det stämde inte. Saknade en del köksutrustning t ex fungerande stekpanna, visp, bestick.
En diskmaskin hade också varit bra.
- Mellisa (10/5): Lovely and great location - All rooms were spacious and clean. Living room and kitchen was lovely and modern. We had everything we needed. Should be tvs in bedroom or atleast the en-suite.
- Heather (9/5): - The location and walks by the see with our Labradoodle were stunning. Lovely garden and 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with open plan living dining kitchen worked well for us.
- Isobel (7/5): - Location Very steep stairs to upper floor. Both toilets down stairs. Shower in onsuite didnt drain properly. Fungus actually growing at onsuite door.

- William (8/5): Enjoyed the sunny garden,short walk to beach and fresh fruit from local farms . - Well situated to places we needed to visit,minutes walk to train station and High street .Arbroath ,Dundee and Perth. The property was in need of maintenance and thorough clean.

- Patricia (8/5): Coastal getaway - Rare to find a house with 3 double bedrooms, two bedrooms are upstairs and the one on the ground has an ensuite. There is a second bathroom which is also on ground floor. Located close to beach, hotel and Coop. Off street parking was great.
The electronic handbook was very helpful. The library has a great range of books and games. The instructions need to give directions to rear of property as that is where the key box and parking are located.
This property provides tea bags, coffee and sugar but no milk or condiments such as salt and pepper.
