The location was great, close to all top sights in Venice, with shops and water bus stops nearby. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities - perfect for our week long stay!

Las ventanas son de buena calidad e insonorizan bastante el bullicio que hay en la zona, que es mucho. La calle está repleta de tiendas donde comprar suvenirs al mejor precio de toda Venecia. Por favor lee la reseña de lo que no me gustó para tener una mejor idea del establecimiento. MUY IMPORTANTE, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO ENFRIA, y dada la calor que puede hacer en verano más la humedad que hay, no creo que sea buena opción para quedarse.Tanto la puerta del portal como el interior del portal da mala impresión nada más entrar. Subes dos tramos de escaleras donde el segundo tramo es regular. Nada más entrar te tienes que pelear con todos los interruptores para dar una luz, igualmente en el dormitorio. Las camas del dormitorio feas e incómodas con muelles. El salon/cocina aunque amplio tiene una decoración que no sabría definir tiene todos los estilos posibles. El sofá estaba bastante sucio aunque cómodo y es cama que no esta mal. La cocina bien equipada pero faltaban vasos de cristal ya que había poquísimos. El baño, limpio pero pequeño, para ducharte o te quemas o te congelas, el agua con poca presión por lo que tardas el doble en ducharte y si es lavarte el pelo si lo tienes largo hay que tener paciencia Y de tres bombillas del espejo del lavabo solo funcionaba una. No tienes vistas a ningún sitio lo máximo a una placita que hay que tienes una vista lateral.

• Tuszyńska (9/5): Pobyt był przyjemny, mieszkanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania, dużym plusem była wyposażona kuchnia - lokalizacja była niesamowita, blisko do głównych obiektów w Wenecji, sklep spożywczy w pobliżu łóżko w sypialni mogłoby być wygodniejsze, oraz problemem był brak możliwości wyłączenia klimatyzacji podczas nocy
• Cynthia (4/5): While we enjoyed our time in Venice, we would not recommend this accommodation. - Location is very good with proximity to the piazza San Marco and all amenities. Apartment is a good size. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly causing us to lose sleep at night due to the hot temperatures. Shower is terrible with little hot water. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

• Rivera (7/5): Good - The location is excellent. The floor was dirty. I had to clean it.
• Annette (7/5): Good - Great Location. Cheap for Venice where everything is expensive. There were several things that did not work. The washing machine was missing the door and could not be used. Only one light bulb in the bathroom (2 not working). Several other light bulbs not working. The shower was a challenge, your had to put it on hot to get it going then slowly change it cooler but being careful not to turn it off.
