• Ilaria (5/5): Almeno le basi devono essere garantite - La posizione. Parliamo comunque di una struttura al centro di Venezia ad un costo non eccessivo quindi le pretese non possono essere alte. Detto questo la camera è veramente spartana, non ci sono arnadi ed il letto, oltre ad essere attaccato al muro è attaccato all'unica finestra che quindi non può essere aperta. Fino a qui potremmo essere anche ad una scarsa sufficienza però non é invece ammissibile avere tante zanzare morte sul muro con incluso sangue e il docccino del bagno rotto. Quindi consapevoli che bisogna sapersi accontentare, l invito è quello di garantire un minimo di attenzione alle cose basilari che per 130 euro a notte forse ci si aspetta che vengano rese.
• Inês (6/5): - Localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Falta de limpeza no quarto, muito pó. Devia haver serviço de limpeza e troca de toalhas. Nas zonas partilhadas, as pessoas não lavavam o que usavam e deixavam tudo sujo, nomeadamente na cozinha.

• Jakin (6/5): - The property owner was nice to accommodate a part of the family to the prime location of Venice when one of the apartments that we had booked in the property had an issue and was under maintenance. The owner was very quick to respond over the booking.com app as well as over their personal number over call or WhatsApp. They provided clear guidance on how to reach the apartment, which was helpful, especially in Venice. One of the apartments that was booked was changed 2 days before the checkin, and it was difficult for us since we had booked this property for all 16 family members to stay together. Also, the property had lots of mosquitoes. Given it was a quiet place, we had to be mindful of not making noise after 10 pm, which was difficult for a group of 16 people. The new property that was provided had a small lizard in the living room, of which some of the family members were afraid of but wasn't a big deal.
• Daria (9/5): Świetne mieszkanie dla dużej ekipy. Polecam! - Idealne miejsce dla dużej ekipy w jakiej podróżowaliśmy (16 osób w tym dzieci). Zależało nam na wspólnym mieszkaniu i ten apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Każdy miał swój pokój (5). Swobodnie jeszcze 2 osoby miałyby gdzie spać. Do tego dobrze wyposażona, wspólna kuchnia oraz część wspólna - salon. Dzieci miały miejsce do zabawy. Wifi działało bez zarzutu. Dostęp do apartamentu bezproblemowy. Instrukcja dotarcia wraz z mapą oraz wskazaniem przystanku - SUPER!!! Mieszkanie ogólnie czyste, ale ekipa sprzątająca chyba się spieszyła, bo zostały śmieci po poprzednich gościach we wspólnej kuchni. Trochę przestraszyły mnie ostrzeżenia o konieczności zachowania ciszy, ale nie było tak źle. Dzieci biegały, bawiły się i śpiewały, a nikt się nie skarżył :)

• Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - A cozy apartment with easy access to the heart of the city. The beautiful embankment is just a 1-minute walk away. We loved the garden — it's a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. And of course, the host offers incredible hospitality.

• Rodrigo (8/5): Very good - It is in a less touristy and crowded neighborhood... the most bohemian location in Venice, with good restaurants and lots of local art and culture. The apartment was not very clean. The kitchen is shared and does not have a dishwasher.
• Anabelle (5/5): Passable - Location and spacious room We couldn’t use the bathroom on the day of our arrival as there was a problem, up until the next morning. We were not offered another room or another alternative and we were not offered a refund or upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. There is no lift.
