Guest Reviews
- Lisa (4/5): We made the most of it, but sadly wouldn’t return as felt disappointed with the property. - Nice location, keys were accessible and garden was pleasant. It was not made clear how low the ceilings were on the listing, my husband and step son are both 6ft. The stairs were very difficult with a toddler and being pregnant.
The house was not cleaned to a high standard on arrival and the finish very dated for the price of the property I felt this was very expensive for quality of the house.
- Smithson (10/5): Fabulous thatched historic little old cottage. - Our family had a great time. Watch out for the low beams and uneven stairs. But that all adds to the charm. Some great local pubs to enjoy too!
- Louise (9/5): Superb - The cottage is really lovely the area is really lovely, we went in November 2024 so winter time but I'm sure if you went in the summer time you would love it more just down the road is Ilfracombe you can take a boat ride and see the puffins the beaches are lovely , one thing about the cottage is the cellings are low my partner and I are 5 foot 8 inches and we bumped are heads 😀 but soon knew to duck 😀 there is a lovely church and that's were you park your car brilliant stay brilliant house you won't be disappointed, The shops are close by really good chinesse takeaway lovely scenery
