• Barry (10/5): Great stay. Fantastic apartment, location and host. - Fabulous property. Has everything you could want. We were met outside by our host (Valdone) who gave us the best tour and guidance that we've ever received on arrival at a place we've stayed. Some lovely touches provided to make the stay even better. Beds very comfortable. The complex is slightly out of the noisy parts which is great but you can get to all the bars and restaurants within minutes. Fantastic host - Thank you. We would certainly come again. Nothing of note.

• deb (10/5): Tranquillità a Costta Adeje - L'appartamento era molto carino e pulito. La Signora Valdone è una host gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare cioccolatini caffè acqua, birre, coca cola.. non mancava nulla anche in bagno La piscina del residence purtroppo non è riscaldata ed era gelata. Peccato xchè molto bella
• karen (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - Apartment had everything. So clean it was a joy. Super cosy bed. Pillows maybe a little hard, but that’s just my preference, some would prefer this. Plenty of towels, super quality. Beach towels provided also which was great. Everything catered for, sugar, coffee pods, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing machine pods, toothpaste if needed, earbuds, tissues, showrgel, shampoo, conditioner. Our host was so good to have left us bottles of water, chocolates, wine, beers and cola, such a nice touch. Location is very central, short stroll to restaurants, cafes, shops etc and beach quite close also. Fantastic apartment. You won’t be disappointed if you book it. • Jennifer (6/5): Adequate but totally spoiled because of the owner’s attitude we would. - Absolutely nowhere on our paperwork (3 lots) did it mention that Sapphire Riviera Residence was in Ocean Park complex. This caused complete confusion, taxi driver never heard of it despite sat nav, we got left on the street in the heat with our cases. We went into two supermarkets nearby, they had never heard of Sapphire Riviera Residence . The owner phoned while we were at passport control, security took my phone away. When the owner appeared her attitude was appalling, said the phone call had cost her €3 !!! She made us feel she was doing us a favour. As regular Tenerife visitors we have always been welcomed in a polite and friendly way but not at Sapphire Riviera Residence. Because of the owner’s attitude we would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.The apartment was nice but small and not luxurious, grossly overpriced €2.250 for 11 nights. All this could have been avoided if the owner stated it was actually in Ocean Park Complex and not try to make it sound something better than it actually was. Well equipped but only had one sunlounger and no oven.

• Trini (10/5): Excellent apartment with great host. - The apartment was fantastic- it was exceptionally clean and well furnished with everything you could imagine. The toiletries, washing tablets, dishwashing tablets etc. Plenty of clean towels, beach towels, beach umbrellas- anything you could need for your holiday - even satellite tv! The host, Valdone, was very efficient and helpful. The only slight downside for us, and no reflection on the apartment, is that the local area is very British. Would have preferred a more authentic Canarian area but we had a car and were able to get to other areas very easily. Car parking space also very useful. Pool area lovely and quiet.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful accommodation with a lovely view over the bay. The apartment is perfectly situated to enjoy the coastal walks to Los Cristianos and Caleto. Supermarket and restaurants close at hand. Valdone a lovely host. We enjoyed the welcome pack.

• Maeve (10/5): Exceptional and Excellent Apartment - I love everything about this apartment. The host Valdone is a super host, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She is very kind. She even provides essestials on arrival like water, minerals, tea bags, all the little things to get your holiday started. The apartment is beautiful, it has everything and is in the perfect location, sea view, near to beach and restaurants, very central yet very tranquil. I love it and will return next year for my 3rd trip. It's simply wonderful. Nothing, everything was perfect

• Natalia (10/5): Wonderful apartment overlooking the ocean! - Wonderful apartment, clean, fragrant, comfortable, terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean, great location, very nice and helpful owner. The apartment is fully equipped - dishes, pots, toaster, dishwasher, beach umbrellas and towels, very comfortable bed, washing machine, huge TV, air conditioning in the living room, wifi. The location is fantastic, you can reach several beaches on foot, the nearest one is Fanabe, a little further is the beautiful Duque. Right next to the facility, right next to the Villa de Adeje hotel, there is a bus stop to get to Loro Park. Delicious food in the area, I recommend Masala Zone across the street, then El horno de Neptuno, El Olivo, burgers at Gusto. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and I hope we will go there again!
• Mike (10/5): Even though we had a late check in, We were met at the apartment by Valdone, the owner and her daughter. Valdone gave us - Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location with excellent parking facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with high quality appliances and furniture, and bedding, as well as the shower gel, shampoo etc that was supplied free of charge. There was a lovely balcony with a great view of the sea and a pool within the complex which we could also use. Although it is in a complex of apartments it was very quiet at night. All the local shops and beaches were just minutes away. Except for a trip to Santa Cruz, we hardly needed to use the car. It was perfect in every way and made our holiday experience so much better. No complaints at all.

• Peter (10/5): Fantastic apartment and host - Beautifully equipped and very clean apartment with every thing you could need for a self-catering break for two. Sea view from the balcony facing the sunset. The host met us outside the location and settled us in, plus left drinks in the fridge. The pool was being renovated when we first arrived, but it opened later and was pleasant to sit around - went in March, so no swimming! Ten minute walk downhill to get to Playa la Pinta and the marina and then on to other beaches, restaurants, bars, etc. Plenty to do in the resort, lots of water and driving activities. Nearest large supermarket was 10 mins walk. Nothing with the apartment. Local area wasn't the best, but only 10 mins from much nicer areas.

Beach towels, shower and hand towels provided, water, toilet paper, washing capsules, tea bags, sugar salt, washing up liquid etc etc. It was all the little things and touches that made it perfect. The host, Valdone was a super host, and it was in an excellent location. There was nothing I didn't like

• Michael (10/5): We had a great time thank you again. - Wow this apartment is fantastic, great location, quite, great view from balcony, really lovely touch by the host to leave, milk,beers,fiz on arrival also the generous supply of towels , including pool towels, also the complementary bodyshop toiletries was a great surprise. Valdone our host was amazing we were met from the taxi on arrival we were 3hrs early but she still accommodated us, and even arranged for a taxi pick up and bag store at a neighbouring hotel on our departure, fantastic care to detail and we felt as though we were looked after over and above thank you again we are already looking to revisit. We had a great time you will not be disappointed with this place absolutely excellent. Everything was great only thing we would of enjoyed was for the pool to be heated because of our Xmas wintertime visit, but this in no way detracted from a great week in Costa Adeje we will be back....thank you so much.

The host Valdone was very kind and attentive to our needs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we will be sure to stay here next time we come to Tenerife!

For anyone looking for a week of convenience, cleanliness, and a fantastic location, this apartment is an absolute dream. The contactless keys and code mechanism were either low on batteries or not working properly. Minor inconvenience overall.

The apartment is located in a closed area with access to the swimming pool and parking spaces. Contact with the owner was very good. She is very nice and helpful. The apartment has a high standard and we spent a great holiday there.
• Remi (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place to stay for a few days or a week. The host is flexible, able to arrange for cleanings and also for the check in/check out. The host is also extremely welcoming. Leaving drinks, chocolates, coffee... Very close from the Adeje beaches and restaurants, ideal residence quiet at night, and the view from the apartment is lovely. Thank you!
