Pennie (10/5): This lovely apartment was perfectly located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and surrounded by gre - We were so happy with our choice to stay here. The location was absolutely perfect, easy walking distance to the Vatican and that surrounding area, as well as walking distance to most of the historical sites and attractions. We loved the uniqueness of the building.There are so many wonderful restaurants, and local places for a glass of wine or beer as you take it all in. Arriving by shuttle bus from the airport was extremely easy and economical (S.I.T). The drop off and pick up locations are a short walk away, less than 10 minutes each way. There are a number of little grocery stores very close, to pick up a few items such as fresh fruit, drinks and snacks. The host was readily accessible to provide any information or support needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
