• Merjam (4/5): Beautiful building and part of the city, the accommodation itself was meh. - The location and the building were great The shower and the toilet were dirty, we complained and the owner came to clean it but when we came back it wasn’t cleaned at all, and obviously hasn’t been for over a month. We had issues with the water temperature for the whole duration of our stay, which culminated with only having freezing cold water on our last night of the stay, so we had to heat up the water in the kettle.

• Stella (1/5): Bad - We had a very disappointing experience with this booking. Despite having reserved well in advance, the host never reached out to us until the night before our arrival, asking what time we would check in. Unfortunately, we didn’t see the message in time, and the next day we were traveling without internet access, so we couldn’t respond. Since there had been no prior communication, we assumed it would be a self check-in and that we would receive instructions. However, when we arrived later that day and finally saw the message, we found out the host had closed the check-in. We called her to explain the situation and try to resolve it, but she was rude, didn’t listen, and even hung up on us. We were left stranded in a foreign country and had to look for last-minute accommodation. Overall, a very poor experience and not something I would recommend to other travelers.
• Yevgeniya (8/5): Calm and spacious - It’s very spacious, the manager is very nice, bus stop to the center is very close to the apartment. There was an intense parfume smell after cleaning that I personally don’t appreciate a lot, but otherwise it’s alright.

• Dobrila (5/5): Passable - Good location. 800m from Rea di Roma Metro station (line A) We took the room with the external bathroom. In both facilities there was no heating. When are asked about it, we were told that it would be in the evening (see it the picture that we put it to 6), but there was no heating in the evening, so we contacted the girl again and we were told that it would be checked - no response from the girl and no heating during our stay. In the room, one outlet seemed to be broken, other didnt work, so we used the remaining one used for the fridge. In the bathroom, apart from the fact that it was very cold, it was not cleaned, and shower was broken, so it was hard to get the water appropriate temperateue (it was euther hot or cold). • Tomasz (3/5): Poor - Good location Lack of heating in the middle of winter and no duvet provided. The room was extremely cold, as the flat wasn’t meant to be warm, quite the opposite, it’s made to keep you cool in summer. When I reported broken radiators, the host didn’t offer any help, and didn’t provide any extra blankets or proper duvet. The only thing available was a very thin bedsheet and a dusty bed cover. Toilet seat is missing.

• Eliécer (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is gorgeous. The area is well connected and we slept heavenly. Perfect!
• Sagar (6/5): You will get the location at the compromise of many little facilities. - As being near the city, reach to the tourist destination is easy. Even in the case of no public transportation 20 minutes walk would be enough to start city exploration. The temperature was boiling hot and there was just a tiny fan trying to cool the whole room. No kitchen, no a/c, no shower gel/crème, not enough charging points for gadgets, no personal contact with the host and so complicated process to get to the room. At some point I was so scared with all the experience while getting the room key.
• Yogita (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, spacious room. Warm host. In a beautiful locality and major attractions are easily accessible. No problems.
