RACHEL (9/5): מלון טוב במיקום מעולה - מלון נחמד מאוד, מיקום נהדר ממש ליד הפארק, נוף משגע של האגם וליד תעלות המים עם הגשרונים והברבורים. החדר מרווח. אין ערכת קפה בחדר, לא נתנו מים כלול במחיר החדר כמו בשאר בתי המלון.נראה לי שהמלון היה ריק, היינו לבד בחדר האוכל, לא היה מזנון, הגישו לנו ארוחת בקר קבועה שלהם בלי יכולת לבחור, וגבו תשלום נוסף על עוד כוס קפה.

nisnoune (8/5): Hôtel agréable pour visiter Pogradec - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour visiter Pogradec et profiter du lac. Le personnel est agréable et la literie est très confortable ! Les chambres sont propres dans l’ensemble. L’eau de la piscine était assez trouble et le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de choix. Dommage que les boissons chaudes soient en supplément.

Sokol (8/5): - Most of things. Very comfortable beds, quite location. There weren't fruits or cakes at breakfast. It was a poor breakfast. You have to pay for the pool (i thought it was included on the price, as most of others hotels i visited in albania). The service on the pool wasn't good.

The breakfast, the way of servicing breakfast was not in the standart as other hotels offer. not enough meal. Small place of self service. You have to wait for meal as it finishes fast and you find empty plates.

Gertjan (7/5): Spacious room but not the best location - This hotel is bit far outside the center of Pogradec, but inside a park where you can have a walk or visit some of the bars and restaurants. You will need your car to go to the center which offers more excitement and better raked restaurants. The family room was spacious and the beds were good as well including nice bathroom. The place seems bit outdated and the breakfast was very simple and bit tasteless. WiFi connectivity wasn’t good as well (slow and losing connection). Also pity there were construction work going on which made it a less attractive location.

Piscine de la hotel est magnifique avec le bar au bord de la piscine mais nous étions surprise qu'il fallait payer extra pour l'accès au piscine.

Alan (10/5): - What a gem of a find. Beautiful location next to the lake. Staff so helpful. The food was excellent. I have never seen a Spaghetti Carbonara served upside in a large wine glass with the Parmesan cheese was on the top of the glass!!! Absolutely amazing. The Veal in Mexican sauce was like butter in your mouth, no real need to chew it, it melted in your mouth. Full size Go-kart circuit in the grounds too!! Well worth a visit. Thanks to all the staff, and especially the chef.
