Guest Reviews
- Sue (9/5): Cosy and comfortable in a quiet but very central location. - Had everything you could need for a stay. Well equipped kitchen. Good comfortable beds. Nice courtyard garden for good weather and a log burner for cooler evenings. Great location. Some mouldy grouting in the bathroom and the shower head could be cleaner. Otherwise everywhere else was really fine.
- Andrew (10/5): Fabulous accommodation, chocolates and water much appreciated and also Prosecco was a nice touch. Being able to make tea - Very clean and spacious, good shower, comfy bed. Nothing to dislike, very small sink a slight problem.

- Tanja (10/5): Einfach perfekter Urlaub.
- Darroch (10/5): - Lovely apartment, beautifully furnished in a good location.
- Sally (10/5): Super Accommodation Near Berwick-Upon-Tweed - Lovely accommodation and beautifully furnished! Great location. The log burner is great and makes for a very cozy time. Highly recommend.

- Lisa (10/5): Stylish house in a great location! - Great location! The furnishings in the property are new, modern and the whole house is very well maintained. Welcome gifts on arrival were a lovely touch and very much appeciated. Lovely enclosed courtyard was nice to sit out in the morning with a coffee. Wished our stay was longer.
- Brian (9/5): A home from home. - Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. A well presented house. Good location. Convenient supermarkets. And good quiet location. Nothing
- Sue (10/5): Comfortable place to stay, would certainly come back - Everything you needed The internet rooter could be in a better place, and the password in the information package
- stevie (9/5): Warm comfortable cosy stay - Really good location, Berwick just a short walk over the bridge, Asda a five minute walk, parking really good. The location was quiet which we liked. The property was a nice size for the four of us, there was a log burner and wood to use which was lovely because it was very cold outside. Nice cosy stay. The only slight criticism I would have is the sink in the bathroom was cloakroom sized and hard to get a wash in but it wouldn’t stop us staying again.
- Mark (10/5): Great value house within easy walking distance to Berwick town centre. - Lovely home from home.

- Ian (10/5): - A lovely well equipped cottage in a great quiet location,10 minute walk in to Berwick and would definitely recommend /return.
- Suzanne (9/5): A lovely relaxing stay. - Very comfortable and clean accommodation.
- Johnson (10/5): - It was excellent Nothing
- Seann (6/5): Nice 2-bedroom flat with a fireplace close to the town centre - It was in a good location close to the town centre, had a nice communal garden and fireplace. There’s a large smart TV which also includes Netflix, Disney+, TikTok, etc. There’s plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, and a bidet in the bathroom. Unfortunately the property wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, and we could only find one tea towel and one small bin. The bathroom sink was difficult to use due to its size, and there didn’t seem to be any dishwasher tablets.
- Linda (8/5): - Very quiet. Easy street parking.
Great walk across the bridge into town.
- Barry Horrod (10/5): -
- Jacqueline (10/5): Lovely, clean property with good facilities. Walkable distance to Berwick. Would recommend. -

- Valerie (10/5): - Superb accommodation in a great location. We just lived it. A real home from home and we can’t wait to go again. We met the owner during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for her . Can’t think of anything. Fantastic

- Hannah (9/5): - The property is in an excellent location. It's cosy but relatively spacious, decorated with care and very well equipped. Communication from the host was very good. Keys and access were easy and there was a wonderful information folder. We hope to return and stay again. If I was nit-picking, we would have liked more tea towels and a bigger bin in the kitchen but I'm aware we probably stayed a bit longer than the average guest.
- Ian_McE (10/5): A very enjoyable 2 night stay with visits to Lindisfarne and Bamburgh Castle. - Well appointed and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of Berwick city centre via a bridge over the river Tweed. Reasonable price. Gift of wine and chocolates on arrival was very welcome. Free parking in front of the property. Good and friendly communication with the owner. Nothing, everything was fine.
- Alice (10/5): Exceptional - The house was really well equipped and very clean.
Nice peaceful location and easy to get to, and use as a base.
- William (10/5): A great find in a lovely town - Stylish and cosy. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Spotlessly clean.
- Alan (9/5): Superb -
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (9/5): Superb - Great location, just 10mins walk into Berwick The accomodation was lovely with everything we needed. There was a small outside courtyard where you could sit, but maybe could do with a bit of a freshen up.
- Heather (10/5): Enjoyable short family break - The property was very clean had everything we needed very quiet, quite central near a few lovely pubs and a nice stroll into the town which only took about five minutes There was nothing we didn’t like about the property
- David (10/5): Lovely house - Equipment over and above expectation.
Spacious with everything we could need At age 76 we struggled slightly with spiral staircase but we coped
- Jill (9/5): Excellent house for enjoyable stay in Berwick-on-Tweed - Location was perfect - 5-minute walk to Asda, 5-minute walk to old bridge into Berwick, well-located for longer walk to Spittal, easy to drive out of town, always got a free parking space right outside house.
Area was very quiet.
House was very well equipped. Minor point - bathroom basin was rather small, without (space for) a mirror for shaving.
- Kairen (9/5): Lovely stay - Lovely property. Plenty of space for the four of us.
I do wish they accepted dogs as we would come a lot more often.
- Linda (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat with easy access to town and walking trails. - The location was quiet, and a short walk across the historic old bridge into Berwick itself was pleasant. There are two locations for groceries close by. A short walk puts you on the England Coastal Path. The medieval wall walk is a must. There was no drying rack or dishwasher, but otherwise the apartment has all necessities.
- Haggerty (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent Weather
- Richard (9/5): Clean, quiet and very comfortable with everything one needed for the stay. - Clean, quiet and very comfortable with everything one needed for the stay. Great location for exploring the area as only a short walk into the town. Excellent updates from the host with booking confirmation and how to access the property. Good range of appliances.

- Fiona (10/5): Lovely 2 night stay- great base for exploring the area. Would recommend to others. - It was a home from home- had everything that we needed.
- Serena (10/5): Great stay, very homely. Kitchen has everything you need for a fabulous stay. Great location and good communication fr - Cosy, warm and comfortable beds Nothing
- Kairen (8/5): Better than expected. Fairly priced 😁 - The house was much better than the photos suggest. We will return. My partner found the bed too firm (personal preference)
- Andy (9/5): Perfectly placed for peace or bustle - Excellent location - perfectly placed to make it in to the town or just to walk and enjoy the peace of the beachfront Would have been nice if the fridge had at least a small freezer compartment
- George (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - No light switch at the top of the stairs, by the main bedroom.
Also another standing lamp in the living room perhaps to the right of the fireplace would be nice.
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Redpath (9/5): Superb - A lovely little place, clean, very comfortable and cosy. Everything you needed for an ennjoyable break was catered for. Nothing at the accommodation. It was only bad weather that dampened our break.
- Andrew (9/5): A very nice comfortable stay in a very good quiet location, but close to town and beach - The booking and communications around the booking were all very good.
The apartment is in an excellent location for gentle walk into berwick or a little further to Spitall beach.
The accommodation is very comfortable, well equipped and recently refurbished to a good standard. Everything was provided by the host , with plenty of good quality towels and bedding, and good comfortable beds. A fully equipped kitchen with dolce gusto coffee machine complete with coffee pods, and a very nice welcome pack including water, milk and Prosecco. There was also tea , coffee and sugar provided. There was nothing really not to like.
- Richard (10/5): Fantastic - The property was stunning, obviously just refurbished. Had everything you would need. Nice touch with the bottle of bubbly
