• Androniki (9/5): Πολύ όμορφο οίκημα σε σημαντική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο αλλά και με ησυχια - Άνετο σπίτι για 5 άτομα σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Μερικά βασικά υλικά για μαγειρική όπως αλάτι,πιπέρι,λάδι και κάποια βασικά εργαλεία για μαγειρική όπως τρίφτης, μπλέντερ κ.α.

• Martin Laššák (9/5): Wonderful - A very nice appartment within the Greek part of the old city of Nicosia. The property has a website, where there are tips what to see and where to eat, which we found very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host was also very neat and helpful.

• Barbara (7/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - The location is great - only ca. 10 minutes into the old town and the border crossing. To us (myself and my daughter), the area felt safe. The apartment is spacious, light, and has a friendly atmosphere. The host was responsive. We would stay here again! Cleaning wasn't very thorough (including some of the dishes in the cupboard). Generally, maintenance could be better at little cost, e.g. fixing loose door handles and a leaking faucet, greasing the main entrance's lock, disposing of a mouldy towel basket, adding some kitchen equipment etc. The location as such is quiet, but be prepared for some meowing of stray cats, neighbors'/guests' noise, and a strange humming sound that went on and off every 30 seconds.

• Mikhail (3/5): - Это самые грязные апартаменты, которые мы когда либо снимали: - волосы в душевой комнате были везде- на кабине, коврике, раковине - у самой душевой кабины была сломана дверца, вместо нее приделана шторка - на полотенце была какая-то присохшая грязь ( возможно его вообще не стирали) - в холодильнике на каждой полке были крошки и волосы!! Даже в морозилке были чьи то волосы!! При написании отзывов, букинг дает возможность вставить к сожалению только 4 фото, но из этих апартаментов мы могли бы прислать 50 фотографий, настолько все грязное - посуда тоже с остатками присохшей чей-то еды - вторая спальня это комната, заставленная спортивными снаряжениями, в которую поставили небольшую кровать. Но хоть небольшую тумбочку можно поставить около кровати - отдельного упоминания заслуживает постельное на кроватях, которое воняло каким то химическим ароматизатором, из за которого с трудом удалось уснуть, но утром пришлось всем долго мыться, чтобы смыть запах, так как это всех начало буквально вонять этим запахом и оно с трудом вывелось Некоторыми вещами в апартаментах мы даже не стали пользоваться, потому что несмотря на то, что мы довольно таки не брезгливые люди, было просто противно 🤢. Так нельзя!!!

(10/5): Great Stay right in the Centre. - We had been concerned about finding a parking space, but in the end we managed to park directly opposite the property (and we left the car there during our stay). The flat was large and had everything we needed. The host was lovely and the instructions (on a laminated sheet) for finding good restaurants were very welcome. The location is great - you can walk to all the sights in the southern part of the walled city and the Ledra Street crossing was also just a short walk away. The facilities at the back of the building are shared between all the flats and we had the misfortune of having some inconsiderate neighbours. We soon sorted that out, though. :-)

I can see some people disliking the fact that there's no parking for the apparent but there's is free parking only 5 minutes away from the aparment and you will always find parking spaces there.

• Dafni (7/5): Close to the centre - The flat is close to the central area of the old town in Nicosia and 5-10 minutes from the new town. The flat is spacious and offers a kitchenette and all amenities. Good for the one night we stayed or longer. The flat is in an area that’s quite sketchy and we did not feel extremely safe walking around in the evening. There is no parking, so keep in mind that you will most likely have to pay for parking privately next door. The cleaning could have also been more careful, as we found breadcrumbs and hair in the living room.

Сейчас там идет реконструкция соседнего дома и с 7 утра - Интерьер, мебель, кухня, все есть для проживания, даже мини спорт зал) Есть кофе машина с кофе, чай, сол и столовые приборы. Хорошие кондиционеры. Старые окна очень стильные и аутентичные. Уборка могла бы быть лучше: - На полу за телевизором были разбитые стекла. Мы были с ребенком и он везде исследует и это было не безопасно. - Слой пыли в некоторых шкафах. - У кухонной гарнитуры ручки липкие. Дверная ручка у спальни вылетает. Сковородка была вся в масле и жире.

Really well decorated and spacious apartment and Anastasia managed to accomodate me when I only booked at 4am and wanted to arrive 20 min later which is extremely appreciated. Second time staying here as it is a great place with easy parking, well thought out with the coffee pods and local guide and clean etc. Would not hesistate to stay here again! Nothing

• Georgianna (4/5): A stressful and uncomfortable experience with poor communication and an unsafe location, definitely not worth recommendi - The interior of the house was fine once we finally managed to get inside. The location was in a very sketchy neighborhood, and we had to walk through unsafe-feeling streets to reach it. Upon arrival, the host did not answer our calls for over an hour despite more than 20 attempts, leaving us stranded outside. We had to ring random doorbells, and a neighbor tried to help but couldn’t. Parking was stressful as we were surrounded by aggressive stray dogs. When we asked about using the jacuzzi as a goodwill gesture for the trouble, the host refused, saying the garden was locked and it was “impossible.”

• George (10/5): It was a self catering stay filled with comfort, kindness, and a real sense of being looked after. - I keep coming back, and that probably says it all. This self-catering apartment in the heart of Nicosia’s old town has become a real home away from home for me. It’s full of character, with all the charm you’d expect from such a historic area, but also incredibly comfortable and well looked after. Very safe too. Pageant Homes has thought of everything, and the owner is just wonderful, kind, attentive, and always ready to help without ever being intrusive. There’s a warmth to this place that’s hard to put into words. I always leave feeling grateful, and I’m already looking forward to the next stay. As for the Jacuzzi, a comfortable and awesome way to wind down, relax and watch the night sky. Cypriot hospitality at its best. There was absolutely nothing I did not like.

The place is very large, spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could need. The owner had kindly left us bottles of water, which were very useful throughout our stay, especially with the warm weather. We also really appreciated the coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate pods – my son especially loved the hot chocolate! The location is absolutely perfect, in a quite area but right in the heart of Nicosia, just a few steps away from all the main attractions, including the Ledras Street and the old town. Everything was within walking distance. The host was extremely kind and always available, providing us with great tips about local restaurants and places to visit. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommended, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

We forgot a cable at the apartment and she worked with is to send it back! The only regret is that we could not stay longer. Would definitely reccommend.

• Stefan (9/5): Better than expected - The apartment was bigger than I thought. It had an extra room with a bed and some sports equipment, also the living room was really big. Smart TV with internet connection, I could watch my local TV channels. I found three adaptors for the wall sockets in the apartment (as my chargers have the usual plug) Clear instructions, friendly host. Close to the Ledra street, the apartment is inside of Venetian Walls (so in the middle of the city) There were 6 bottles of water on the kitchen table - I really appreciated this as I was very thirsty. There was a strange noise (like a buzzling) that takes 5 seconds and it is repeating every 20-30 seconds, it's annoying especially at night (I think it was coming from the celling - I'm sure that it was not the fridge) The water from the shower was getting progressively cold - e.g. first person who was showering got hot water, the second person got not-so-hot water, then the last person got cold water. I search on the internet about the boost button outside of the bathroom but I couldn't get it work, so I showered with cold water. (some instructions about how it is working would have been nice) The area is sketchy at night, however I didn't encounter any issue with any person - everything was fine.
