The owner kindly allowed us to leave our baggage a few hours before check-in time. There was a smell in the bathroom, i the second bed have a deepening

• Rebekah (7/5): We were very happy with our stay. - The location was perfect for exploring Naples and the host was friendly and very responsive. Very nice to have an elevator for our bags. Just be aware that there is little natural light into the apartment. There are 2 windows but they are curtained. There is a very narrow balcony to look out of but it’s too narrow to stand on. Also be aware that the stairs to the loft area are extremely steep. The shower room had a sewer smell that was always present but got stronger at times.

• Katarzyna (6/5): 50/50 - 1. The apartament was huge and tidy. 2. Good localization. 1. The windows were leaky, so almost the entire room was cold. The air only heated the mezzanine where the bed is located. 2. One toilet paper for 2 days for two person. 3. Only cold water in the bathroom sink.

• Bela (6/5): Correct basic accommodation at an excellent location - The location is excellent, all major areas of the city (historic centre, Chaia, Via Toledo) are 10 to 15 minute walk away. Basic accommodation. Some essentials were missing: No small spoons in the kitchen. Toilet seat wobbly. No table or shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on. The stairs from the bed to downstairs are uncomfortable to walk, especially during the night.

Also close to the port and main station. 30 minutes walk to sea side old town 10 minutes walk. You a minute from great restaurants. The accommodations big clean great value for money. In a very central location I wouldn't hesitate to use this apartment again . Nothing no worries excellent place

• Raquel (9/5): Napoli na melhor localização. - Localização e atendimento. O imóvel está todo restaurado e adequado para o conforto de uma família com 4 membros. Bom anfitrião. Com elevador. Trocar as espumas do sofá cama.

(aggiungerei un po' di scottex o dei tovaglioli di carta). Ottimo l'ascensore (essendo al terzo piano) Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Il divano letto ha un pessimo materasso troppo sottile, utilizzabile solo da bambini (ma noi eravamo 4 adulti) La strada e' trafficata e un po' rumorosa.

En el baño también sería recomendable una limpieza más detallada, ya que el plato de ducha no desagua del todo bien y el olor en el ambiente era algo intenso. La limpieza en las zonas comunes también se podría mejorar.

• Hsin (7/5): Good - This apartment is clean and the location is pretty good, not far away from ferry and sea shore. It's very hard for new tenants to get in the apartment. Since the manager to owner didn't show up, we need to call a phone number and they will open the main door. Then we get a message about how to open a box with certain PIN number in order to get a keys. And how to control the lift is tricky, all need one of keys. We spent about 30 mins to figure very thing out and finally entered the room. Although the manager could respond our message quickly, it's still hard for foreigners to handle the process.

• Xinjun (9/5): Nice stay in Naples - The apartment was spacious and modern. Host is helpful, has provided clear instructions to check in and responsive during the remote check in process. Great location, next to main street and a few minute walk to metro. Has a lift. Would be nice to have a microwave.

• Annette (6/5): Pleasant - Good location for exploring all of Naples. Great shower pressure. Good luck getting a night's sleep. The noise outside is all night and very very loud. The bed sags in the middle and the pillows are particularly uncomfortable.

• Sawitree (10/5): What a lovely place in the heart of Naples!! - AC is the BEST! in mid of Aug in Naples, you NEEDED a good AC. Location is fantastic too. Only short walk to the train station, really easy. As it closes to the main road so it can be a bit noisy
• Irina (10/5): Nice apartment to stay in the center. - We were in the apartment with bed upstairs. First of all the owners are very friendly and whatever you need they will help you. The apartment was very clean. Good decorated. It was exactly like on the photos. Separate toilet and bathroom, as well renovated. Very comfortable bed. Easy access as it has an elevator. For me it was no problem , but actually does not have balcony, you can not sit outside. The position is good, very close to center city. it has some restaurants and coffee shops close to apartment and 24 h open bar restaurant across. Metro station close by and a supermarket. If you have a car, you can or park in garage, or park on the street with parking fee. Free parking is not available near, but if you are ready to walk you can park 20 min walking. Everythink was very nice
• Kevi (8/5): Apartment close to the harbor and attractions in a real Neapolitan house - We were looking for cheaper accommodation close to the port for a night because we were traveling to an island in the morning. The plane was late and we arrived after 23 pm instead of 9 pm, but the host told us not to worry, to call us upon arrival and gave us the code for the key storage. There is a staircase leading to the bedroom from the living room, but it was enough for the four of us with two children. The kitchen equipment is suitable for a few days. It's in a good location, shops, bars, restaurants, shops are next to it and it's within walking distance of the subway and sights.

• Jolin (10/5): Super location and nice stuff - The owner was extremely helpful. We arrived very late during the night but she gave us super convenient access. The location is superb too especially if you need to take a ferry or do a city walk. My daughter complained the sofa bed was too soft.
• Selma (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and clean. There is also a little balcony. Location is perfect. I would stay again. I didn’t like sofa bed. It was terrible. Very uncomfortable. The other bed was very good.
• Erika (9/5): Superb - This apartments are so good situated, near to everything by walk distance. Bar Dolce Víta was perfect choice for breakfast, every day! I Can recommend! Only couch was not comfortable (for 2adults) I would say is only for children. Left apartment is much smaller, but super quaiet!

• Felipe (9/5): Comfortable and good kitchen - The apartment has new, modern and good quality furniture. Bed and bath linen are also of good quality. The environment is clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owner of the apartment, Vittorio, is a polite, attentive person and let us check-in in the advance. Location is great. You can walk to the central train station. The building numbering is in random order. The entrance to the building has a sinister appearance that changes radically as soon as you enter the apartment. In fact, the sinister appearance only scared me at first and it’s not something that really bothered me. The mattress was very soft and could have been a little harder.

• Robert (9/5): The perfect hideaway - The breakfast was delicious and fresh and the room was clean with all the facilities you could need catering to everyone Vitorrio was friendly and chatty and was very helpful Finding the apartment was a little difficult but just make sure to contact and let them know you are outside. It is the large door just left of the barbers

We liked the location and the host was really helpful with suggestions for where to eat and things to see. It was really clean. Loads of towels. A hair dryer and iron. Lots of hot water. Nice smeg fridge and television. Good storage. Lift to apartment. Only minor thing as we were staying one night- the mattress on the sofa bed was really soft!

The host was so helpful and contacted with us days in advance and even spoke directly to the taxi driver to make sure we arrive precisely at the location. The apartment was beautiful and spacious in an absolutely wonderful location right in the best part of the city with the port near on foot and restaurants, bars cafes all very close. The host who greeted was a very polite lady and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely chose this spot again when I visit Napoli!
• Imogen (7/5): Lovely few nights exploring Naples - The apartment was clean and very well thought out, with everything we could need. Hosts were kind meeting us late at night. Good location between train station, port and centre. Water on arrival TV was broken so unable to use but did not bother us. Very noisy. Appreciate is an old building but was very noisy at night and we are not light sleepers. 1 night napoli won football game so streets were packed until 4am. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

• Joanne (6/5): Family stay - It was very clean and plenty of room. There was fresh water for us and shower gel. The apartment was well equipped. Having to wait to check in. I appreciate that it was after the usual check in time but I had liaised about this and been told 12 was ok. Waiting at that time with 2 young kids after travelling all day wasn't ideal! It's also not signposted or labelled so really hard to find. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as they sagged in the middle, leaving you feeling like you were asleep in a hammock!
• Angela (6/5): Okay, but could have been so much better! - The apartment was spacious. It’s location was on a main road (C. Umberto) and you could walk to the port and the railway station. There were sufficient crockery and cutlery provided. Vouchers were provided for breakfast, which was served at the restaurant adjacent to the apartment building. There was a lift in the building (MC Apartments on 3rd floor). Washing machine was available, although we didn’t use it. Shower was good. The traffic noise was incessant, and didn’t stop overnight. The windows didn’t have any effect on noise reduction. The mattress was extremely hard, we had to sleep on top of the duvet (luckily there was an extra throw for the bed in the wardrobe). Sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable to sit on. Breakfast was limited to 1 drink and 1 filled croissant - on the first day we chose 1 chocolate and 1 fruit/caramel filled ones; as a one off these were okay but we didn’t want them every day. We paid a little extra on day 2 for sfogliatelle, but didn’t bother after that. There were a number of minor snags in the apartment, e.g. net curtain at main window was ripped and was left hanging down; a patch of plaster on the ceiling had fallen off, and all around it the plaster was loose; odd bits of polystyrene skirting had fallen of the bottom of the wall by the fridge. Our MAJOR issue was identifying the property and checking in. The pictures of the building are taken at night and lit by fairy lights, very forgiving and flattering. In the day time, the large wooden door is well worn and unwelcoming. There is no signage to confirm that MC apartment is actually located in the building, nor on any of the door bell buzzers. Because this is just 2 privately owned apartments, there is no reception and the owner has to meet you there. This didn’t work very well for us even though we arrived at the time we said we would. Make sure you sort this before travelling and agree a meeting place somewhere you can sit down while you wait. There is no parking at the apartment so we suggest you use public transportation.
• Helena (8/5): Veľmi pekný apartmán v centre a v blízkosti prístavu. - Beautiful and spacious apartment with a balcony. We booked the apartment because of its proximity to the port, to the airport bus stop, as well as to the regional bus stop. We only stayed for one night, but we are very satisfied. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, so making coffee or tea was not problem. Communication with the owner of the apartment was very good. The neighbourhood may not be the most beautiful, but the street on which the apartment is located was quite quiet and pleasant, even though it was adjacent to a very busy street. But it didn't bother us. Nearby there is the possibility to buy pizza and something to eat even late at night. Everything was o.k.

• Marie (9/5): Excellent location, very clean apartment and comfortable bed! - Location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the port (leaving for Capri) but a very easy walk to the city historical centre. The apartment was quiet even if it was in an active neighbourhood. Everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower handle kept coming off, it would be nicer if it didn't!

Located in the center you can find the principal attractions close to you. We really recommend this place. Fabulous!

• Martin (7/5): Nice apartment, close to the historic centre. But don't book here if you're over 1.80meters tall. - Nice renovated apartment close to Centro Historico. The beds were too short, and not very comfortable. Also, there was a terrible smell from the bathroom, and the noice from the street was crazy.

• Quang (10/5): Very nice place - Friendly manager Andrea. Very nice apartment. Brand new (or recently renovated). Good shower, good air conditioning and convenient kitchen. On two levels. Very good location, close to ferry terminal and historical centre. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is served at the cafe in front of the building which is nice because they have a terrace. Plenty of good restaurants around. Nothing. Maybe a bit dark but keeps the apartment cool, given the Sun and heat outside...
• Amira (8/5): excellent value and location - very clean and looks newly renovated. excellent location within walking distance to the port. took an airport transfer which was cheaper than other taxis quoted. the apartment itself has all the facilities for cooking your own meals, we needed a room for a late arrival in and we were very happy with the property. there is a lift to the apartment so had no problems with our luggage. there is also a 24 hour restaurant directly opposite the apartment which was great for our late arrival. nothing
• Diana (10/5): Very good choice if you want to be close to Naples attractions - The location in town is perfect, the host is very nice and helpful, the apartment is great. The building is more then 100 years old, with a lot of character, functional elevator. The apartment is very modern, with very good wi-fi , AC and well equipped kitchen. Great big door from entrance in the building and also the door from the apartment entrance (like old original style). A little noisy, but you are on a busy boulevard, close to important attractions, to port, train station and historical part of town with all that specific narrow streets. • Camelia (10/5): Very good - Walking distance to the main points of interest for us: 5 min to the historical center, 15 min the ferry, 15 min to the train station... We liked the Italian style breakfast at La Dolce Vita bar. Very friendly & helpful staff. The elevator is strange....but we've managed.
