• massimo (5/5): Comodo solo per la posizione - Posizione comoda rispetto alle zone del centro e di maggior interesse Nel terzo letto aggiunto é davvero impossibile dormire anche per un ragazzo, scomodissimo oltre che corto, non capisco come possano proporre una soluzione del genere anche per 3 adulti. Rubinetto del bidet con acqua che scende lentissima e fredda. Soffione della doccia incrostato di calcare e che non permette all’acqua di defluire come dovrebbe. Nella prenotazione era indicato macchinetta del caffè con capsule, non pervenuta. Porta del bagno che striscia sul pavimento emettendo forti rumori e che non si apre del tutto. Pareti non insonorizzate come indicato in descrizione,si sente davvero tutto dalla stanza a fianco. Sotto il letto matrimoniale c’è una grandissima quantità di polvere. Riguardo alla possibilità di parcheggiare o meno all’interno del parcheggio condominiale non ho più avuto risposta se servissero codici o altro.

• Michela (10/5): Confortevole e comodo - Casa Flaminia è una struttura accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort. Gli ambienti sono ben riscaldati e ben puliti. I padroni di casa molto disponibili, socievoli e ben disposti a rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti. Zona servita dai mezzi pubblici: autobus, tram. Si trova a poca distante dal parco della musica dove poter seguire concerti, mostre. Se si vuole camminare piazza del Popolo si può benissimo raggiungere a piedi. Nei dintorni si possono trovare bar e negozi per alimenti. Io e la mia amica siamo rimaste molto sodisfatte.

• Alicia (5/5): Decepcionante - Nada especialmente. Una habitación normal y corriente. Del apartamento, que tiene buena pinta en las fotos, no puedo opinar. Yo fui pensando que había reservado un apartamento, porque así se me indicó en Booking cuando formalicé la reserva, y cuando llegamos allí nos encontramos con que era una habitación. Se lo dije al propietario y me contestó que era un error por mi parte, porque tienen un apartamento y una habitación. Revisé la reserva y ponía que había reservado un apartamento. Si fue un error, creo que el proceso de reserva no es claro. En la foto de la reserva que adjunto, lo que yo interpretó es que he reservado un apartamento con una habitación doble, pero parece ser que solo era la habitación. Por el precio que pagué hubiera reservado una habitación más cerca del casco histórico, que las había, ya que aquí, aunque es una zona céntrica, dependes mucho del transporte público. En mi opinión, no tiene nada especial para la puntuación que tiene en Booking. No lo volvería a reservar.
• silvia (8/5): Ottima esperienza - Tutto perfetto, host disponibilissima, tornerei molto volentieri. Stanza spaziosa, bagno altrettanto, tutto nuovo. Peccato il lavandino del bagno otturato, probabilmente il cliente precedente ha causato il disagio. Non abbiamo potuto lavarci comodamente poiché l’acqua non tirava e il lavandino si riempiva di acqua. Veramente peccato. Come benvenuto una bottiglietta di acqua in frigo la inserirei.
• Sara (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio in Via Flaminia e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. La posizione è semplicemente ottima: ben collegata e immersa in un quartiere vivace dove si ha tutto a portata di mano. A pochi passi si trovano negozi di ogni tipo, supermercati e bar, il che ha reso la mia permanenza estremamente comoda. L'alloggio era pulito e accogliente, ideale per chi vuole godersi la città senza stress. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi praticità e comfort. Ci tornerò sicuramente al mio prossimo viaggio!

La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e comodissima per muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici e metro. L’appartamento è elegante, moderno e arredato con gusto, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Gli spazi sono luminosi e pulitissimi, il letto molto comodo. Anche la connessione Wi-Fi è eccellente, perfetta per chi lavora o vuole restare connesso. Il proprietario è stato gentile, disponibile e attento, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. In generale, un’esperienza eccezionale — consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia visitare la città in tutta comodità e stile! Nulla tutto perfetto

• Graziana (10/5): Esperienza molto positiva! - Tutto perfetto: stanza molto bella, spaziosa e ben arredata. Il bagno è ampio ed il letto molto confortevole. Comodo il check-in anticipato e l’apertura automatizzata di portone e porte (ma bisogna avere il cellulare per aprire tramite il pin che inviano al check-in). La struttura è vicinissima all’Auditorium e con una passeggiata si arriva a Piazza del Popolo. Zona tranquilla anche di sera e servita dai mezzi. Peccato aver potuto soggiornare solo una notte!

• Chrisavgi (8/5): - Auf Anfrage konnten wir etwas frpher einchecken. Sehr modernes und helles Apartment mit sehr viel Platz. Es war sauber und einladend. Leider fast nichts vorhanden, Eiswürfel oder kaltgestelltes Wasser bei der Sommer Hitze wären sehr erfrischend und nett gewesen. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden aber leider kein Waschmittel und auch kein Zucker für Kaffee. Betten waren sauber und weich und die Klimanalagen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein wenig mehr Gastfreundschaft hätte ich mir gewünscht.

Il proprietario è disponibile, preciso nelle informazioni richieste e professionale. Il portiere è stato gentilissimo, professionale e molto disponibile nel risolvere qualche richiesta specifica (es. chiamare un taxi). È una piccolezza e sicuramente un aspetto soggettivo, ma avremmo gradito un materasso e cuscini differenti, meno morbidi…ma ripeto, è una mera questione di gusto personale.

The ingress/egress system, which required the use of an app, was horrible. If your phone died and you didn't have a charger. The standard of cleanliness was also not ideal.

Location was handy for the work event I was attending and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Could hear people clearly in apartment below but luckily they were not noisy during the night. The digital lock worked ok but there were times my signal had dropped and I was waiting outside for it to reconnect. Would have preferred a physical key. Think it would be sensible to have one in case phone loses battery, get mugged etc. The trams did not appear to be running during our visit.

• Olga (10/5): Lovely place! - Lovely place to stay for a few days. Pleasant and welcoming hosts. Perfect cleanliness and comfort. The room is quiet, has a comfortable bed and everything you need, including kettle, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries. I arrived late in the evening, the owners personally met me and provided with everything. In the room I found carefully left for me mineral and still water, which is very pleased. All problems were solved very quickly. In particular, I had a broken kettle (it works when I arrived), which was very quickly replaced with a new one. The location is safe and quite convenient. The metro is 2 tram stops away, although I walked (just 10 minutes). There are several stores nearby where you can buy everything you need. I am going to come to Rome again in a few months and I know I will stay here again. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect

Staring from the organized communication with the host (Mr. Paolo) before departure until the time we left the apartment. Mr. Paolo was following our flight and made arrangements for the apartment to be ready for us when we arrived few hours before the typical check in times given that we were travelling with kids from Canada. He met us upon our arrival showed us how to enter building/apartment and showed all the apartment facilities. The apartment was super clean and smells fresh. They provided us laundry and dishwasher pods, clean towels and the other stuff you get with a hotel room (soap, shampoo, iron, hair drier, etc). Mr. Paolo was accessible via WhatsApp whenever we had a question during our stay. Checkout was very smooth and took few minutes. Overall excellent place, quiet,close to bus/tram stops and the host was amazingly friendly and professional.

• John (10/5): Lovely modern apartment. - Ease of access via an App. Lovely new rooms in an old building. Modern and clean. Its also virtually opposite a lovely restaurant called the Treehut. Try it !! Within walking distance of the main sites and is 150 yards away from a tram stop which will take the strain off your legs.
