• Eloise (10/5): Exceptional - Izzys retreat was a beautiful home with all the comforts of a home away from home. The home was beautifully designed and presented in a stylish manner. The amenities were exceptional. The central heating was such a relief to come home to on a very wintry and wet weekend. The host was amazing and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

• Janice (5/5): Disappointed - The property was spectacular and well fitted out with a lovely welcome pack of treats. The major disappointment was that we could not get the heating to work! The temperature dropped to 5deg C on the Friday night and 1deg C on the Saturday night and it was freezing. I contacted the owner to let him know we could not turn the heating on but no-one came to check it out. The accommodation was expensive for the weekend, the least I expected is that we would have heating!
• Bee (10/5): Definitely worth it! You should never missed staying at this amazing retreat at Creswick! - The cleanliness blown me away. Host provided surprise goodies as welcome gifts. The items selected were very well thought. The amenities selection from the hosts made me speechless. Ten times better than staying at the five star hotel. The bed linen, mattresses, pillows are amazingly meeting the 5 star hotel quality. I am speechless. Never thought this would beat the 5 star hotel quality. My very first time and wow! Nothing in this house is not likeable.

• Nikita (10/5): Stunning - Everything. This house is gorgeous and it's in a beautiful location. I didn't expect a theatre room and after using it, I'm going to need one in my house. The owners left a very thoughtful welcome basket. Nothing. It was amazing.

The cinema room was fantastic and the gift hamper a lovely gesture. The host was great, getting back to us promptly in a very friendly manner. Thank you for a wonderful stay The master bed was very soft.
