• Elitsa (10/5): - The best place in Iraklitsa by far! In terms of space, comfort, experience - 10 out of 10. The host is exceptional, the apartment is cosy and spot on! Whatever you need it is there in the apartment, if it is not - the host will provide it within minutes. There wasn't anything. Everything was perfect!

• Mengüç (10/5): - Öncelikle daireye ilk girdiğimizdeki tertip, düzen ve ikramlar harikaydı. Daire aile için oldukça kullanışlı. Tüm Ekipmanlar yeterli, çift klima, L şeklinde çok büyük manzarası mükemmel bir balkon, wi-fi çok hızlı, sokak sakin, otopark sıkıntısı yoktur. Çarşı ve beachlere 5 dk dan az yürüme mesafesindedir. Ev sahibinin iletişimi oldukça iyidir. Memnuniyetle tavsiye ederim.
• Guest (10/5): Exceptional time again - What a wonderful week at Teo Apartment - again! My family and I rarely go to the same place on holiday let alone stay at the same accommodation. But after our visit last year it was clear we want to go back in 2025. The hosts were quick to respond to all our enquiries, and hugely patient and accommodating with our moving plans and us keeping things on hold so we can sort out vacation diaries. Once there, we felt like we never left “our” vacation home. It greeted us with a lavish welcome gift and the fabulous mountain and see views which make this place so special. So park the car, march the teens up into the apartment and sit down on the terrace with a glass of chilled wine (which the hosts thoughtfully left in the fridge for us) enjoying the laziness of the early evening. As usual, the apartment was perfectly clean and nothing was changed to the lovely interior from last time. We typically went out for meals, apart from the occasional salad or light breakfast at home, but the apartment has everything needed should one decide to do own cooking and dining with friends. The hosts left plenty of coffee pods and my wife and I enjoyed the sunrise every morning with a cup of good cappuccino. It is 100m, possibly even less, to the promenade and the beaches, so those who don’t want to hang at the beach all day can easily go back to the apartment to chill before popping up later again when the midday heat is gone. Very convenient also for our kids who could go back-and-forth as they wish without us having to worry or to accompany them. Seven days were gone in a flash again. Sadly, we didn’t manage to do any of the things we set out before coming - visit Kavala, go on a day trip to Thasos, drive around the area - there are plenty of pretty beaches nearby, etc. Nevermind, leaving this for next year. 😇 Nothing one could possibly think of

• Maria Kehayova (10/5): - Amazing place! The apartment was cozy and it had everything we needed for our staying. The host was extremely helpful and kind The place is near the beach bar, restaurants, shops and we parked our car on the street without any problems. I strongly recommend this place!

The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming – they even left some lovely gifts for us. The terrace is amazing – big, private, and with a great view. We really enjoyed spending time there.
• Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional - Location-2 min from the Marina, 5 min from the beach and taverns. Bedroom, living room and kitchen, all good equipped. Free parking infront. Big terrace with a view, very beautiful by night, good wi-fi. Wonderful host with taste for good wine :) When we arrived there was a lit of gifts for us - a wine, fruits, coffee capsuls, water ... The host thinks for everything. No such thing.

The host is great and responds to messages immediately, and during our stay he made several pleasant surprises and gifts that we didn't expect and with which he made us very happy. The host had provided us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.I really feel like home but with the greatest see view :). There is also no problem with parking which is also important. The bed in the bedroom was a bit short for my husband
• Iveta (8/5): Pleasant place to stay for a short vacation - The view, it was very clean and very well equipped apartment. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The bathroom - there was issue with the water coming out of the floor when you wash your hands, take a shower or just use the washing machine. The water was coming out as a geyser and going out in the corridor. While we were washing our teeth our feet got wet. The noise coming from the busy street.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for our family vacation. The apartment itself was beautifully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s spacious and well-maintained, ideal for a group of four adults and one child. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday spot. We would love to come back again!

• Ognyan (10/5): We wish we could stay for the whole summer! - We just spent 6 nights in the property and did not want to leave! The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything necessary for our stay. It is nicely decorated and immediately gives you the feel of being home. The hosts left some fruit and a bottle of wine to welcome us - a testament for their hospitality. Communication was fantastic - every question got addressed within 5mins. The apartment is very close to the beach and allows you to go and come back by foot several times per day, should you get too hot and want to rest in the flat for a little. Huge balcony with unrestricted view to the sea and the surrounding mountains - my personal highlight! There is nothing that we disliked. Everything was in great order. It is a great place to spend your holiday - highly recommended for a relaxing stay.
