• Réka (1/5): Borzalmas - Elhelyezkedés egész jó volt Nagyon piszkos volt, látszott, hogy az előző vendég ágyneműjet kaptuk meg, hajszalak és szösz volt rajta mindenhol, a fürdő nem volt kitakaritva, kaki nyom volt benne, minden poros volt, a padló mocskos, a falon lyuk tátongott, a bejárati ajtót nem lehetett kinyitni. A tulajt kellett felhívni és ő magyarazta el, hogy nagyon erősen kell rántani. Ezeken felül a mikrohullámú Sütő nem működött, mosógép sem, meg ajtaja sem volt, az agy alját oda rakott lecek tartottak egyben, ami szörnyen kényelmetlen volt. Alig volt zuhanyzaskor víz nyomás és az egyik lámpa le volt szakadva, egy kábelen lógott. Senkinek sem ajánlom!
• Glenda (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid. Booked it for the laundry machine which was not functional. Door didn’t even lock or latch from the o - Nothing. I literally watched her break into the place when I was supposed to be checking in. The last person had clearly wedged a piece of plastic in the door, coke to find okrirs be ase the door doesn’t latch or lock. and then when I informed her of this she insisted I was actually lying and I was the one being inconsiderate towards her by deciding to check out by the following morning. Insane woman, worst host imaginable. She should be banned from this site frankly. I travel a lot and this was the absolute worst host experience imaginable. Additionally, LOTS of loud drunk people and foot traffic ALL through night. No sound isolation at all. It was like trying to fall asleep at a raging house party. I’m a very heavy sleeper and don’t sleep at all the night before and STILL and kept waking up through the night. Just so you understand just how loud it was. I can’t imagine anyone living here. This space should be turned into an office or something…
• silvana (6/5): Posizione ottima - La posizione. Il bagno.Abbiamo avuto risposte veloci ad ogni richiesta. Sono presenti, frigo,asciugacapelli, bollitore piastra e micronde La camera è molto piccola. Mancava una scaletta per salire sul letto a castello, e un doccino adeguato in bagno. La serratura un po' difettosa.

• Nicolas (6/5): - Die zentrale Lage und die Kommunikation mit dem Host. Das Studio ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört nicht nur alles von draußen, sondern vor allem die Geräusche des Gebäudes. Wenn jemand duscht, das Pfeifen des Wasserboilers und Stimmen. Es war nicht möglich gut zu schlafen. Die Dusche hat einen sehr dünnen Strahl und es gab keine Fußmatte. Das Badezimmer war durch das Duschen immer etwas unter Wasser. Das Bett ist relativ alt und alles wirkt etwas zerfallen und in die Jahre gekommen. Es waren auch leider einige Haare auf dem Bett und dem Fußboden. Es ist erschreckend dass man dafür mittlerweile über 70€ pro Nacht im Februar zahlt.

• Roberto (6/5): - La posizione è ottima, ben vicina a due fermate metro! Ottimo prezzo per una camera con bagno privato a Madrid. Il bagno era pulito. Letti a rete, sfondati e quindi scomodi. Sono state aggiunte delle stecche di legno, ma la soluzione non è molto efficace. Sebbene ci sia la lavatrice non c'è spazio per stendere la biancheria. La pulizia è un po' troppo approssimativa. La prima volta che ho provato ad aprire il sotto lavello mi è caduta su un piede. Nessuna indicazione sul wi-fi (se vi serve chiedete info alla proprietaria).

• Velislava (9/5): We had a nice time - The location was perfect. From the airport and to the two train stations the metro station was very close. There were grocery stores by that station and a lot or cafes and stores. On Sunday at the end of the street there is a flea market with a lot of merchandise. The property is small, but have all that you need and it is clean. It was small.
• Susan (5/5): We slept here, and enjoyed our time in Madrid. - The very central location, and the price The electric outlets should be secured! The place is tiny: certainly not 16 sq m. Why there is a washing machine there, so you have to move sideways to get past it, when there is absolutely nowhere to hang anything up (or even to unpack!) is beyond me. The door lock needs to be either replaced or mended. The bathroom door does not close.
