• GURCAN (2/5): - Tesis yol kenarında olduğundan kolay erişim sağladık. Otopark ve giriş çok hızlı oldu. Verilen odanın tuvaleti temizlenmişti. Biri tuvaletini yapmış ve izleri vardı. Odayı tam temizlemeden vermeleri çok kötü.

• Mehmet (1/5): Bad experience with the motel - We checked the hotel's Google Business page, and it was written that they accept pets. I have made the booking according to this information. Unfortunately, when I went to the hotel after a long journey with my dog, we were fired from the hotel. The lady couldn't speak English and didn't even try to understand.

Не ми хареса отношението на едната дама на рецепция. Беше леко груба като и зададохме няколко въпроса. Освен това в банята мирише на цигари, въпреки че в хотела е забранено. Препоръчвам да се следи строго.

• Salih (5/5): Hotel war ausreichend, der Parkplatz super. - Der große und gesicherte Hoteleigener, der sich mit Kameras und einem Security mitarbeiter befindlicher Parkplatz. Der Parkplatz verfügte auch über mehrere Stromanschlüsse für Elektroautos. Die Zimmer waren ok. Da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, war es für uns ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut. Aus diesem Grund mussten wir die Fenster öffnen und dadurch war natürlich ein erhöhter Lärm zu verzeichnen, da wir uns direkt an der Autobahn befanden. Der Weg, nach dem verlassen der Autobahn, hinweg zum hotel war sehr schlecht. Die Straße hatte sehr viele Löcher, die man unbedingt vermeiden sollte, da es unmöglich ist all den riesigen und tiefen löchern auszuweichen. Ich kann nur empfehlen, sehr langsam zu fahren. Die Krönung jedoch war der Parkplatz Security mitarbeiter, der uns den Zutritt zum Parkplatz ermöglichen musste, jedoch die Rezeptionistin schlecht gerdedet hat und uns den Tipp gab, nicht bar zu bezahlen aber uns im Gegenzug um Kaffeegeld angebettelt hat. Er war über 1 Euro nicht erfreut, die er von mir bekam. Er erklärte, dass man dafür keinen Kaffee bekommt. Von unserem kuseng, der ebenfalls mit seinem PKW mit uns war , hat er 2 Euro gebettelt. Haben wollte der Mitarbeiter 4 Euro. Ich finde diese art des Geld anbettelns sehr störend und wenn ich mir vorstelle, dass er von mindestens 50 Autos am Tag, 1 bis 4 Euro bettelt und die Gäste dies auch bezahlen, damit der Mitarbeiter die Fahrzeuge [ eventuell] nicht beschädigt, sehr unprofessionell.

• Andreas (7/5): Für die Durchreise ok - Die Zufahrt von Burgas aus kommend ist mehr als nur eine Zumutung! Die Dame am Counter war nett aber völlig planlos trotz Vorbuchung. Englisch ist schwierig, der Gast hat die Aufgabe in der Landesprache zu übersetzen.

• Grzegorz (4/5): Never again. - Clean room andvery clean bathroom. The smell. All rooms, corridors and public areas are extremely flavored with suffocating aroma. In the morning on the ground floor urine smell appeared.They don't have a normal restaurant. What they have is a kinda "fast food" service - food is stored in heaters (bemars) and You can buy what You like. Closing time of this so-called restaurant is 8 p.m. Breakfast is a set menu. We chose omlette and scrambled eggs. You get this plus "bacon" and chemical, packed in plastic buns.Some veges (tomato, cucumber) included. VERY GOOD Lavazza coffee! omlette and eggs pretty good. Such meal set costs You 8 leva per person. All facility looks veary weary, demanding refurbishment to european standards.

• Barry (10/5): Exceptional - The room was of adequate size and had all necessities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean tidy and in general good repair. A large shower made access and egress easy as did the wide doorway and lift. Reception staff were fantastic in our several contacts, always friendly and helpful. Though not necessary for our stay There was plenty of car parking available and the reception staff arranged for safe keeping of our tandem bicycle by prior request.
