- Alexander (2/5): - We were not accepted at Gasthof Poltl. The owner said they had no available rooms, despite the confirmation we presented. Payment was required immediately upon booking, with no possibility of cancellation. We had to urgently find new accommodation at 9 p.m. The owner called a nearby hotel, and we went there to spend the night. Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be significantly more expensive. We had to pay an additional 120 euros for the night. I hope Booking.com will resolve the issue with compensation.
