Jason (3/5): It was day time all of the time. - It was in a very nice area and the apartment was nice. The window was located in front of a street light. The shade was broken and on the floor. I contacted maintenance several times to fix the shade and was told they would fix it, they never did, so my apartment was lit-up like Christmas. I felt terrible, contacting them so many times, but they were non-responsive. None of the amenities were available or they had crazy guide lines for using the amenities. We had a great time in Quito, but I would not stay here again.
