Guest Reviews
- Melissa (1/5): - Place is full of mould and damp Damp and mould
- Kesaobaka (1/5): Terrible. - Nothing. The host was very rude and the key collection arrangement is very dodgy. After our booking had already been paid for and confirmed, and after spending over £40 on travel to the area, the host told us we had to pay a £300 deposit. It was late in the evening and they had no compassion for two young girls who had been dropped off in an Uber and were waiting in the dark and put us in a very vulnerable position. Very terrible service, and something fishy is definitely going on! I would STAY AWAY!!!
- April (9/5): Stigma - Both rooms ensuite. Beds are low and thin mattresses, but ok for a night. The other point is to get in the building pls note if you have luggage. You will have climb stairs up to the level 2, to get to the apartment.
- daniel (5/5): -
- sunita (1/5): Awful - Nothing It was filthy with torn sofas , ringtones on kitchen floor , lipstick stains on glasses , stained bedding . The list continues . As fir Moroccan theme well that was a few photos and torn cushions on floor
- Jacqueline (1/5): Unhappy - Keys where collected from a shop with too much information on how to find the property The place was dirty
- James (2/5): Nothing morracan about it, Pure shit!!! - The apartment was ok The beds were horrendous, the sofa was ripped in a few places had a parking pass that was obsolete as the designated space was taken up by a range rover so had to find elsewhere to park which incurred a parking ticket so unfortunately I would not be staying again!!!!
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (5/5): Great location beds were a little hard - Plenty of room clean beds, clean towels the whole apartment was very bright Beds were hard, we had tea bags, coffee, sugar and kettle to make a hot drink but didn’t have any milk. The kitchen floor was a little dirty didn’t look like it had been swept
- Fenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Great value for money, clean had everything we needed and it was spacious, would book again. - Location was great and loved that there was secure parking inside locked gates. It was difficult to find once in the street, texted the organiser who helped me out straight away.
- Odibi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (8/5): Would happily stay again, good location and nice apartment - Nice spacious apartment with 2 en suite rooms This is no fault of the host.
Very noisy outside
The car park was a nightmare , work vans blocking routes
Someone was smoking weed in the car park, the smell was horrific
- Najeeb (8/5): Very good -
- Ramona (2/5): Very poor - The apartment Not cleaned well. There was a used condom on the window seal which was disgusting and it was too complicated to drop the keys of the apartment before we left.
- Deanna (8/5): Lovely friendly hosts, comfortable, spacious accommodation - The hosts were amazing and kept in touch from the minute I booked til after I left and nothing was too much, they offered help and support throughout my stay
The property was spacious and comfortable and me and my family had a lovely time there The car parking space was tight!! but it was better than having no where to park
- Nav (8/5): Very good -
- Nne (6/5): We had to wear ear defenders to sleep, but found the bed really comfortable. Lovely decor - The rooms were comfortable The neighbours were too noisy, they sat talking all night. There were no mugs, cutleries and cooking facilities
- Naziya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (7/5): Nice apartment, well located and very secure. - Location for us was perfect. Very secure apartment block. The bedding for the pull out bed definitely was not fresh. It hadn’t been cleaned, make up on the pillowcase and sheet dirty.
There was no tea towel.
The broken downstairs door was a bit of a nightmare, but I fully appreciated that wasn’t the fault of the apartment.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Mccarthy (7/5): Good - Good location Difficult to find the entrance and door to apt was difficult to lock and unlock
- Chipiwa (9/5): Superb -
- Victoria (8/5): Great apartment more suited to 4 or 5 guests rather than 6. - Clean and spacious with a central location. The property stated it was suitable for 6 guests as it has 2 double rooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge, however the sofa bed is only really wide enough for one person. Also, there are only enough glasses for 4 people and no cups or mugs at the property, which would have been useful for tea and coffee.
- Danna (6/5): Pleasant apartment - Lovely and roomy everything you need in the kitchen not far from town centre and hospital, found very tidy nice touch with the toothbrushes and toothpaste. Easy access to shops across the road and friendly take away, secure parking available but we didn’t need it . Good communication from the owner nice and polite . It needs some well deserved TLC tired and a bit shabby in places could be a gorgeous flat with a little time and money spent ..no working lights bulbs in on-suite tv remote hard to use, broken lampshade in living room the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable pillows weren’t great but fine for the one night. As a Landlord myself I appreciated its not easy catering to all needs and tastes but there should be a level of appropriate maintenance for the property and importantly a comfortable night sleep.
- Tanya (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Nina (4/5): Disappointing - . A very confusing location, took us 40 min to find it, the bedding was not clean, found long and short hair on the sheets. The bedding looked like it hasn't been changed.
- Grace (9/5): Homely and comfortable. - It was very neat, spacious and had all the essentials you need. The decor made it look really homely as well. We wished we booked more nights as we didn’t want to leave! It was a perfect stay.
