- Tim (1/5): Would not recommend - Avoid this hotel. The hotel was of very poor quality. The staff were poorly trained, unprofessional, and willing to put the safety of guests at risk.

- Nerolie (7/5): A comfortable stay which would be enhanced with breakfast being available. - The room was large and warm and the bed comfortable. The manager was very helpful and approachable. Comfortable sitting rooms downstairs. Housekeeping was somewhat unreliable, sometimes forgetting to replace items needed. Provisioning breakfast would be a real asset.

- Zhang (10/5): Excellent！ - The reception manager is extremely warm, kind and thoughtful. The hotel has a safe private parking lot, which is really convenient for self-driving guests. The rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet and private, with very comfortable bedding. The overall atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, just like staying at home. Highly recommended!

- John (9/5): John. England. - Three nights stay in double room(single occupancy). Warm welcome from Sarosh, General Manager on arrival, very efficient and couldn't do enough. Small bed linen issue which was sorted immediately by Sarosh. Only other issue was small corner damage to a piece of furniture, but this had no bearing on the enjoyment of my stay. Very nice quiet room with excellent shower. Good location and would stay again.

- Susan Florence Ivy (10/5): Very comfortable, safe, quiet and the staff and Manager were extremely respectful and kind - It was immediately obvious that the hotel was clean and decorated to a very high standard. Free parking was available too. Very close to all amenities, beach, shops, restaurants etc: I wouldn’t say it’s something I didn’t like, and it wouldn’t stop me staying here again, but It would be nice to have a restaurant on site.

- Angela (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again in the future. - We were given the delux room which was an exceptional room. It was super clean comfortable with everything we needed. The only thing I probably could fault was that we couldnt get the shower started so we used the bath instead.
- Johnny (8/5): The stay was comfortable and warm, decent facilities and parking with easy access to the building - There was a great breakfast room, however they weren't serving food during our stay, which wasn't an issue as it was out of season. They had a shared fridge and microwave available which was helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 21 - some areas of the bathroom looked unkempt, like a towel rail by the shower was hanging off (which is an easy fix with screws and wall plugs) and there was a stain on the ceiling by the window, looks like due to a leak from the room above. Also only one key for a room with two people, key cards would be more practical than physical keys. The ceiling in the bedroom is paper thin, so I could hear talking and walking all night coming from the room above. It desperately needs sound proofing. I can sleep with noise, but sensitive sleepers would have a real problem.

Basics such as tea, coffee, bottled water all included. We liked that there was communal areas to use such as th living room, the Cwth, and the bar seating area. Great location. The host was very friendly and accommodating. N/A - we liked it all!
- Madeleine (9/5): Excellent stay, 10 mins to station, 10 mins to beautiful coastal path. path - Very comfortable, good shower and bathroom, the largest bath towel I have ever used. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sound proofing not brilliant and neighbouring guests seemed to be walking around and talking quietly all night. Squeaky floorboards didn’t help. 2nd night was fine, I was maybe just unlucky.

My room was upgraded from standard to double at no cost 😊 The staff were always helpful and polite. I stayed for 4 nights and throughout my stay, my room wasn’t cleaned or serviced despite hanging out the sign for service. I always emptied the bin myself and pick up new bin liners from reception. I also had to collect milk for tea from reception when the one provided finished.
- Emma (10/5): 10/10 fantastic place definitely worth booking here great value for money! - Absolutely fantastic place to stay, stayed for my birthday whilst visiting a family member at the hospital. Staff were so accommodating to us arriving quite late. I did worry when we drove down a residential street but there was parking around the back and the hotel is lovely. The room was absolutely lovely couldn't fault it at all! Bed was lovely and comfortable and really nice to have bottles of water there as well as tea and coffee. Would definitely be back. Staff greeted us and showed us to our rooms they were so welcoming and polite I felt so at ease there. 10/10
