• Michael (8/5): - Gracious and helpful host. Decent location about 5 mins walk from the harbor. Clean. Nice neiborhood. A little complicated to reach and had to roll my suitcase quite a distance. Finicky front door key.
• james (10/5): Greek paradise - House was beautifully furnished and given a warm welcome by our host. View from the balcony was fab. Lovely restaurants and places to chill out nearly. Fabulous old fashioned supermarket nearby Bit daunted with how high up in the village the house was, but we found our way round the steps and actually found lovely restaurants and places to chill out near the property....
• JUDITH (10/5): Beautiful Apartment with Stunning Harbor Views - We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Skopelos! From the moment we arrived, Maja was an incredible host – warm, welcoming, and always available with great advice and recommendations to help us make the most of our time on the island. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the terrace, which offers stunning views of the harbor, the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or relax in the evening. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Skopelos. Thank you, Maja and Nikolas, for your hospitality and kindness! We loved everything!
• Maria (10/5): Καλαίσθητο duplex με υπέροχη θέα - Πρόκειται περί πολύ περιποιημένου και ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητου καταλύματος, με φανταστική θέα. Στο πρώτο επίπεδο, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και πλήρες μπάνιο, στο δεύτερο επίπεδο, η κουζίνα με μικρή τραπεζαρία, δεύτερο πλήρες μπάνιο και το εκπληκτικό (μικρό) μπαλκονακι με την υπέροχη θέα. Δεν μας έλειψε απολύτως τίποτα από άποψη εξοπλισμού. Τέτοια καταλύματα περιποιούν τιμή στην ελληνική φιλοξενία. Ίσως λίγο τσιμπημένη η τιμή αλλά και πάλι άξιζε!

• Anonymous (9/5): Nikolas House is the perfect place to stay on Skopelos! - Staying at Nikolas House was delightful! The view from the terrace is spectacular!! The location was just steps from town and many wonderful restaurants and shops! Easy access to rental vehicles and ferries. Nikolas House is right in the community so we really felt like we were experiencing how it would be to live on Skopelos! Maja was a most wonderful host and made our stay so enjoyable...and even some local treats along the way!! Nothing!

Absolutely stunning stay in the heart of Skopelos with an amazing host! - Absolutely fantastic stay here at Nikolas house, stayed for four nights with my daughter for her 18th birthday, brilliant check in from Maya showing us everything in the home and telling us about everything on the island, she had left some amazing amenities the best I have ever experienced from a home rental, there were eggs from her chickens, wine, fruit juice, a bowl of fruit, cans of soft drinks, bottles of water, beer and a selections of snacks! Not only that there was a selection of cooking items, oil, salt pepper etc and in the bathrooms shampoo, conditioner and body was and even cotton pads and cotton buds! She also left a washing machine tablet in case we wanted to use the washing machine and when we checked out we were presented with an amazing homemade Skopelos cheese pie made by nikolas grandmother it was still warm! It was an amazing treat after we climbed up to the mamma Mia chapel, Maja is such a wonderful host! It is a really lovely clean Greek home in the heart of Skopelos town but so lovely and quiet about 7 minutes walk down to the port with shops, bars and restaurants, the view from the balcony is unreal I would 100% book this again and hope to come back to the beautiful Skopelos ❤️ thank you ❤️ Norhing! It was perfect!

Maya was a wonderful host; allowing us to check out later because her next check-in wasn’t arriving til la - We loved that the Greek authenticity was maintained whilst being so comfortable and practical. The washing machine and air conditioning in the main bedroom were fantastic additions and the balcony view was amazing Nothing - it was beautiful!

She gave us very useful information for our holiday and she was always available whenever we had any questions. The flat is spotless, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has all you need. The house is perfectly located 3 min from the harbor and the view from the terrace is breathtaking.

The location with a couple of minutes down to the port and among the small streets of Skopelos was a genuine Greek experience. Lovely with the Greek women who sat outside their houses and liked to chat (although we didn't understand each other☺️). The house is incredibly charming and has everything you need. In the afternoons and evenings we have enjoyed the fantastic terrace with a view over the harbor and all the nice houses. In the morning we had breakfast in the cozy kitchen where there is the same fantastic view over the harbour. It has been a pleasure to shop at the bakery, at the butcher and to shop locally at all the supermarkets. Everything within a couple of minutes on foot. In the harbor there is a large selection of restaurants and bars. Everything feels genuine. We have explored the island by scoter, car and bus. The icing on the cake was Maja's care. When we arrived there were eggs from her farm in the fridge. One morning she brought home-baked Skopelos pie that we took on today's excursion. Another day, her mother-in-law had baked Greek doughnuts. She was a big help with everything we needed to know. There is nothing we didn’t like.
