• christopher (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt alles in allem - Tolle Lage etwas abseits von den großen Touristenströmen mit sehr nahen tollen Möglichkeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen Für 4 Erwachsene wäre die Wohnung recht klein, grad das 2. Schlafzimmer, aber für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern top. Leider standen im zweiten Bad noch reinigungsutensilien in 2 großen Plastikbeuteln, sodass das zweite Bad nur sporadisch genutzt werden konnte.
• Will (8/5): Great spot with a couple drawbacks - Great location away from the crowds. Fabulous layout and space. The apartment was very roomy and well equipped. The main bathroom had a persistent bad smell. And the apartment above was loud until well after midnight the first night as well as starting at 5:30am both mornings.

• Josune (1/5): Horrible - Tiene lo necesario La comunicación con los que lo llevan horrible, les he pedido factura de la estancia y me han dado largas, se trata de un alojamiento ilegal que no cuenta con los permisos necesarios, mucho ojo con alojarse en él porque si ocurre algo nadie os va a cubrir nada de lo que pase. Habría que denunciarlo a la policía y hacienda italiana, yo al menos lo voy a hacer.
• Michela (8/5): casa comoda e pulita in quartiere storico di Venezia - soluzione vicina alla stazione santa lucia in quartiere storico. casa pulita e comoda. quando leggevo le recensioni che si lamentavano dell'accesso macchinoso alla abitazione pensavo che fossero chiacchere. effettivamente e' difficoltoso. una volta capito come funziona tutto ok. la proprietaria e'disponibile a qualsiasi orario.

• Sarah (9/5): - Apartment is lovely. Great space, easy walk from train station and ferry stop. We loved having coffee, bars, restaurants, gondalas etc on our door step without it feeling overly touristy. Check in was all online/digital which was pretty smooth.

• Sandrine (7/5): - La localisation est parfaite, dans un quartier agreable et vivant. L'appartement est grand et confortable. L'ouverture de l'appartement, le système est compliqué avec la clé et quand à l'ouverture électronique, il ne faut pas tomber en panne de batterie. Le système de ramassage des poubelles car chaque jour est un ramassage différent( verre, carton,...) mais entre 10h et 10h30 . Si l'heure ne te convient pas ou que tu veux attendre la fin de ton séjour, il fait aller les porter toi même à 5,10 minutes de marche
• Yamil (9/5): Excelentes condiciones facil llegar a la terminalde tren si sales temprano es mejor - Espacios amplios Ubicacion centrica Estado y limpiexa del apartamento Tienen enfrente un excelente bar para locales hay que probarlo Fue muy facil llegar a la estacion de tren saliendo a las 6am que aun esta oscuro No habia lavadora ni plancha disponible El acceso depende de tener internet. La calle en si tiene mala recepcion de red celular. En un momento pasamos problemas porque no teniamos internet para abrir la puerta. Afortunadamente los del bar de enfrente fueron muy amables en darnos internet. Asi que un tip importante hay que probar el bar ser muy amigables y eso puede ayudar si no tienes red celular buena

• Amanda (10/5): An enjoyable stay, thank you again! - We loved everything about this property, the ease of check in was great and the location for us as it was close walking distance from the train and also the airport ferry which made it easy when leaving with suitcases. There was nothing we didn’t like!

• Viktor (9/5): Would use that rental again. It is cozy. - Location was great, it is less than 10min on foot from the train station. It is quiet and it has everything that one would need inside. Bathroom is excellent and it has a place for everything. And the full kitchen is fantastic. My son was fast asleep on the sofa so it was comfortable as w(h)ell. Also near by there are some bakeries and restaurants as well which looked great. One thing that I would be happier with is if the small bedroom both beds are normal beds, one as a foldable one. But that is me being picky, and my daughter did say the bed was ok. One other thing that could be better is a description of the light switches, they were confusing :D Again these are small 1st world problems and you can comfortably stay there as a family of 4.

In a good location The process to get access to the apartment, and to rely on Internet only to be able to access the building and to get the code for the apartment door. It took us a long time to get in. Check out is at 10 am, and there's no option to leave the luggage there.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - A very nice host, good communication, clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, keys through the lock box, if the WIFI does not work by the apartment door to unlock the apartment through the site, try walking up a few stairs to unlock it from there, for us it worked. location within walking distance to the city center and Piazzale Roma where the bus from the airport arrives, many excellent restaurants nearby as well as coffee places (but the grocery shop is a bit longer walk). The apartment is spacious and warm (you just need to set the temperature on the boiler). I would appreciate more cutlery, a cutting board, and a microwave in the kitchen. Also, it would be good to have stationary beds. Our 9-year-old daughter slept on the folding armchair and during the night, the part under her head folded down :(

• Karyna (7/5): Lovely stay at Lovely Venice - The location is great, the apartment is rather modern, 2 bathrooms are perfect for bigger families, the flat is rather spacious. We visited in November, and even though the temperature outside was quite warm (+16), it was really cold on the apartment. There are 3 conditioners that also provide a heating function, but neither of them was working (at least we didn’t manage to turn them on and no one really instructed us how). And there were no tea/coffee that are usually provided at the rented properties.

Only a 10 minute walk to where all the shops and nice restaurants are. Very helpful host! Advertised as two bathrooms but it only has one shower. The lone toilet was not clean on arrival! The way to get in to the apartment was not the easiest, and we're young people who know how to work technology!

Clean and well equipped apartment. Recommended by us :) You need to know - no lift in the building, which were no problem for us.

The location is brilliant - so quiet and in a historically interesting part of town. The property has everything you need. The check in system with Vikey didn’t work well and the owner had to open up for us herself. The host was brilliant though - so helpful when we were hot and tired!

• Denise (10/5): We stayed at the Lovely Venice for two nights with friends. Having two washrooms was great. The location is within walki - The property was clean and roomy. The location was within walking distance of the train station. Any questions I had were answered quickly.

• Jonea (10/5): Great apartment stay in the heart of Venice - The apartment was great and served our needs. The location was great and not to far from the train station. It took us a bit to figure out how to open the door to the apartment the first time.
• Claire (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay in "lovely Venice". The flat is quite spacious, with 2 separate bedrooms - which is hard to find. The location is fantastic: 10-15 mins walk to the train/bus station (ideal for late arrivals or early departures), and in the Cannaregio: from there you can walk to most of the main attractions, and enjoy a lot of local venetian addresses for breakfast, dinner etc . We never met the host but she was available through WhatsApp and answered all our questions by message promptly. The flat lacks a bit of personality, deco is a bit outdated. Also the kitchen lacks a bit of basic items, it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Thankfully there was a very nice bakery across the road. We also find the system to get in (with remote access link) could seem a bit complicated for some people (especially you need to make sure your phone is charged and that you take it with you when going out for a small errand), but this might not be an issue for most people.

• Wade (8/5): all good. Nice apartment. Great modern upgrade - Location was fine - quiet. As a newcomer to Venice, it was very hard to figure out how to get around. It would be nice if there were a guide - Venice transport for Dummies. It took us 2 days to figure everything out - by then we were leaving. The better way to handle this would have been a phone conversation - but the phone was never answered - only text. Lack of discussion on phone

• Julie (10/5): Wonderful for family of four - A beautiful and spacious apartment right next to the Jewish Ghetto. The Vikey check-in was easy and we were in a quiet and peaceful area of the city where we saw the pre-school children arriving on their scooters to school each morning as we breakfasted at Majer cafe (great coffee and pastries). The apartment was clean, well-presented and a lovely space for our family of four. Guglie vaporetto stop is less than 5 mins walk away and the canalside abounds with eating options. 25-30 minute walk to St Mark's square.
• Goran (9/5): Superb - Spacious, no humidity, very clean, calm area, easy access by boat from the airport... I would add a microwave in the kitchen to quickly warm up milk and food or boil eggs...

• Liza (9/5): Superb - Good Location. 5 mins walk from Guglia station, within 15-20 minutes to tourist spots, clean, modern facilities and well decorated Everything is digital, you don’t get to talk to anyone in person. Check in must be done online - Challenging for us since we did not have working wifi ( relied on free wifi)The property manager was at least responsive and allowed us to store our bags since we arrived early.

• Pavel (10/5): Spacious design apartment in Old Jewish Quarter - Well located in quiet area, yet close to the station. It was very easy to find and get to the apartment. Exceptionally good communication and support from the owner. Apartment itself is fully equipped with a lot of space, including storage space. Duper fast WiFi.
