Bates (8/5): Very good - Lovely location, great rooms, comfy beds. Everything was clean and fresh. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. The only problem was the list of instructions left, rules and things expected of us. Other than that it was great.
