• Milan (8/5): Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönen Terrasse und kleinen Schwächen - Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Wohnzimmer! In dem größeren Schlafzimmer ( mit Terrasse) sollte eine neue Matratze angebracht werden, die vorhandene ist sehr hart und unangenehm. Da wir aber nur zu zweit die ganze Wohnung benutzt haben, konnten wir im kleinerem Schlafzimmer übernachten. Im Bad gibt es kein Duschvorhang und keine Wandhalterung für den Duschkopf 🚿, dies sollte auch gemacht werden!
• halef (9/5): Güzel manzaraya sahip düzenli ve temiz bir daire - Temiz, düzenli ve mükemmel manzaraya sahip Eve giden sokak biraz tekinsiz duruyor ama herhangi bir olaya şahit olmadım.
• Vlada (10/5): - Замечательное расположение дома вблизи всех достопримечательностей, свой спуск к морю (для рыбалки или позагорать в тишине и релаксе лучше не придумаешь) , рядом необходимые магазины , аптеки, кафешки . Вид с террасы - неповторимый!!! Комфортный столик с креслами . В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отсутствие бесплатной парковки (но это старый город… что сделаешь?) . Очень твердый матрац в одной спальне . Отсутствие микроволновой печи и стандартной кастрюли. Но на фоне всех преимуществ, это не проблема. Просто легкое неудобство .

The house is very comfortable, arranged with taste and attention to details, and offering everything you may need. The location makes the place truly special, but it is worth mentioning that one has to walk the last 200 m to reach the house - something to consider by people with limited mobility.

• atilgan (9/5): - For a winter visit,heating was important which is satisfied by 3 air condition and a small heater.hot water was ready in any moment.beds are new and enough for 4 adult.sea view from balkony was breath taking. location was perfect and easy access to castle and old town plus marina and city centre.land lord is quite nice and helpfull.there was a big car park area entering the location and it was free of charge.if you go to kabala do not hesitate to book.

• Ilias Taxiarchis (10/5): Μια χαρά και για χειμώνα - Για χειμώνα στην Καβάλα ήταν πολύ ζεστά με 3 κλιματιστικά και αρκετά παπλώματα + κουβέρτες και παρόλο που είχαμε ηλικιωμένη μαζί δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα όλα ήταν μια χαρά. Δεν υπάρχει πάρκινγκ εκεί κοντά και έχει λίγο περπάτημα μέχρι να βγεις στις καμάρες (κανα 5λεπτο)

• Sebnem (9/5): - Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war gemütlich und hatte eine tolle Terrasse/einen tollen Balkon direkt am Meer mit super Aussicht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Gerne wieder! Alles bestens.

• Daniela (9/5): Superb - The view was amazing, the location was great, it was comfortable, and the air-conditioning did a great job. The lady was very nice and answered all the questions fast. There is no parking space, but the lady told us one paid parking, which was not that far, that's normal because the apartment is in the old town. the shower holder was broken, and you should have in mind that to get to the house, the street is very tight.

The area is very quiet and suitable for relaxing. Just note you can’t park anywhere near the old town and we got a ticket because we did. Better find a paid parking spot in advance. The washing machine was not working properly unfortunately, so ensure to bring enough clothes. washing machine :(
