• Thomas (9/5): See the above - Accommodation was very good, comfortable and as expected There was a problem with directions to the property, address, location etc We were not informed that the accommodation was in a block on an estate,. There was a number of blocks, and it took time and the need to ask for directions to locate the block where the accommodation was The shower was unsuitable for our use The lift was not working and the accommodation was on the 2nd floor, making it necessary to carry luggage up and down stairs

• Jeff (8/5): Zion Properties Report - Ok, the good things: It was good to have a parking spot. The area was very quiet The block itself was clean, but a couple of odd bits of furniture on our floor There is a lift just behind stairs which was clean. Very close to Crystal Palace Bowl. One bus at the top of the road bus number 363 was 4 stops to the bowl. On reporting the issues, they responded quickly and rectified the towels, bed clothes, and toilet issues. They replaced with brand new bed clothes and towels so we were happy.

• Clark (1/5): Bad - Told there was parking as advertised. Just been charged and fined. Bed is broken and extremely uncomfortable. Also stank of weed outside the flat
• Michelle (10/5): Fantastic and will be staying again! - Clean, homely and comfortable The only downside would be there is no mirrors at all so I’d add a mirror 😊
